The staff was friendly and welcoming with great communication before our arrival. At the checkin, in the room was provided a complementary basket with some cookies, snacks and water bottle. The bed was comfy and not too soft. The shower was spacious and with a good water pressure. At the check out they kept our luggage in a locked store room. At the reception there is the receptionist 24h. Nice restaurants and nightlife at few blocks away from the hotel.

Although the hotel is 12 min by foot from the city center (positive side), the neighborhood is not very nice during the night. It is common to bump into people who are drunk or under the influence of heavy drugs. I would not recommend this area for a solo traveler or women. However, during the day is full of tourists coming in and out from the hotels.

The staff on reception were there 24/7 - our flight was delayed and we were greeted by lovely Panos at past 2am. Nikos was also very helpful to us - we were able to leave our bags after check out time as we had a late flight home. The apartment had excellent aircon, was kept very clean by the cleaners, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. And a great balcony. And excellent sound proofing. We discovered some short cuts into the centre which were really interesting and varied.

Athens is a noisy city, the area is a little run-down, but it is on the edge of Psyri a vibrant and very noisy part of town, and apartments like this can only help the whole area.

From a very warm welcome to the spacious and spotless room, everything was perfect. Great location close to a dozens of bars and restaurants, just a short walk from the metro. Wandering around we also found some more local-feeling cafes and bars. Within walking distance to the Akropolis and other major tourist attractions.

The apartment was really comfortable, quite big and very clean. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable as well. The host was really nice and helpful , even though his english was basic. We could communicate without problem, and anyways there's always a person available per telephone or WhatsApp ready to help you with anything in English. We recommend it!

The neighborhood wasn't the most beautiful in Athens, but it was quite all right. It had a very good location and we could walk around at night without inconvenients.

Excellent location close to the city center, metro stations and to the main touristic area. Clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped. Smooth check- in. Pleasant and friendly staff, reception service 24/7.

The neighborhood is a bit run-down, but we did not feel unsafe. We walked everywhere from the property.

The staff and facilities were lovely. The apartment was cleaned every other day also. The big walk in shower was really nice. The large balcony is nice however we didn’t use it much due to the lack of view etc. The staff were so lovely, always happy to help and answer any questions we had.

The door handle was broken and even when the door was closed and locked there was a slight gap. The wifi wasn’t great either and was constantly dropping out. If you could lift these apartments and move them out of the area then they would be a great place to stay. Although you are only a 15 min walk or so away from the main parts, the streets surrounding the apartments are so run down, derelict and there are needles everywhere.

The apartment is very clean and host Efi was very collaborative. After the second day they changed the sheets and cleaned every day. It's several minutes walk till center and all archeological locations. If you are planning to be almost all day out, this accommodation is perfect and good value for money.

There are not enough clothespins in the bathroom. The neighborhood is not so nice, one corner behind and there are a lot of people who are junkies and you can find a lot of syringes on the ground. They don't bother you, but it's not pleasant to see them. And also on the street there is a bad smell, but in our room we didn't feel it when we opened the windows. However, you just need to cross the street and you are in another world.

Equipped studio apartment, comfortable double room, large balcony. Excellent value for the price. The only problem is the location, not far from Omonia square but no problem, order an uber and go anywhere at a cost of 5-8 euros. The room is very clean and the communication with the owner Efi is direct and convenient. We were very comfortable during the four nights in Athens [3+1] and there is no doubt that we will return there next time

Completely new building, furnitures and all other stuff. Personnel was kind and helpful, especially Efi. You can find anything you need in the room and also they provide iron for clothes.

The only negative thing is the neigborhood. It's quite stressful to walk to/from the hotel especially in the night. There are junkies and homelesses in the streests around.

Comfortable bed, new apartments, the place itself was really good. The neighborhood of plaka, or the Acrópolis is 20 minutes away

Location is strange, even though it is in the city centre, the neighborhood is decayed. Full of bad odours and felt buildings.
