Very good location, the hotel is modern, very tidy, the rooms are comfortable. Plus with balconies, it's a lot of fun. I highly recommend it, as all attractions are within walking distance, and the fun Psyri quarter is just around the corner.

The only note about the breakfast: the guy who works at the breakfast place is acting quite strange. He carefully watches what you put on your plate, but doesn't bother to clear the tables, which run out of guests when it's busy. Breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m., but by 9:00 a.m. there are no more scrambled eggs or sausages, you can only choose what is left of the cold snacks. When we made a note that we needed a refill, that guy stated that everything was over and there would be no more, the same situation happened every morning.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a great variety and quality to start the day. The room was very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a restful stay. Although the location is not in the very center, it is still highly convenient, with easy access to main attractions and public transport.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant, but we would like to mention a less positive aspect regarding the bathroom. The taps operated solely by sensors which, although modern, were a bit inconvenient for daily use. However, what we found most uncomfortable was the fact that the shower did not have a dedicated enclosed area — every time we took a shower, water would spread across the floor, soaking the surrounding area, including the toilet. This made using the bathroom afterwards less comfortable. We believe that a simple solution, such as a partition or shower enclosure, would greatly improve the experience.

The hotel Is very quiet, clean, well furnished, rooms are big. It's very comfortable. Has a lift, very useful when travelling with bags. Breakfast is good, even if not exceptional, I would have appreciated fresh fruit. Coffee is good even for an Italian standard. From this location is very very easy to reach the city center, it's at 9/15 minutes walk. Services are good and personnel is very helpful, nice and friendly. I will surely come back to this hotel.

The green safety exit light on top of the door, I side the room, is too bright, I like to sleep in complete darkness, perhaps the staff could screen those indications in order to reduce the light during the night.

The hotel is very fine. Brand new, modern accommodations, with a very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good but paid apart. It is close to Monasteraki square (about 500m). Not to far from Sintagma square as well. There are good restaurants nearby but you have to walk through a very unpleasant area.

The location is in a very bad place and unsafe area. Many old shops closed around and a an abandoned area just in front of the hotel. At night it looks very dangerous. Another bad thing is the fake information that the hotel has a top floor with view to the Acropolis. This is not true. The top floor door is locked and there is nothing out there.

The property was very modern and clean. You could tell that the owners have very clean and intentional plan as you how they want you to feel and enjoy your stay. The space was very relaxing and welcoming. Very exceptional experience and talking to the staff especially, the lady who was on night duty the two nights and i got to speak to. She was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken and helpful. She understood exactly their purpose and dreams of the brand. I did enjoy all my time at the hotel and would recommend HLH Kerameikos to everyone

We had a lovely stay at NLH Kerameikos. Our room was spacious including a huge terrace with view to the Acropolis hill. We got refill of water in the mini bar every day. The breakfast was tasty and had several delightful choices. The receptionists gave us useful tips for resturants and a good recommendation for places to visit at the coast. The surrounding area seemed rough at the first glance, but soon we realised that the streets were safe and it was easy to find our way to Psyrri and Monastiraki in short walking distance.

No cons worth to mention!

We stayed four nights. There are 7 floors and our room was at 7th. Hotel is clean and quiet. You see Akropolis from the balcony! The Pireus road makes noise, but when you close the balcony window/door it doesen't bother. Beds are extra nice! The silicones in the bathroom must change. They are dirty and there are black parts. Not good. Water comes and the pressure was almost ok. I fixed shower and it worked better! Few hooks on the wall will help life! Breakfast was good enough. Good coffee machine. Ten points to George, Eldina and Elizabeth in reception. Thank you for the tips and discussions. Eldina! You are not anymore trainee. You are pro!

It takes five minutes to walk to nearest Thissio metrostation and ten minutes to Omonia. The area is ok if you don't mind graffitis everywhere on the walls and homeless people and drug users in the parks and streets. It is sad!

Really new facilities and rooms with good quality mattresses, linen and pillows. The mezzanine area is very comfortable to chill in, feels safe with the hotel lobby locked at night. The staff was really sweet and responsive as well.

The area was close to key tourist spots but definitely shady and felt like a rough neighborhood. We saw prostitutes being picked up at night on a nearby street, nothing wrong with that, just something to be cognizant of, while booking the place. None of the other reviews mentioned it so we were slightly taken aback. They only give two bottles of water at check in and no replacement everyday. They claimed they have a refill station on floor 1 but the machine was also paid and broken down so you had to buy 50c bottles from the vending machine.

The hotel design is beautiful! Room is comfortable, well designed. Location is walking distance to everything you need for the perfect holiday. And most importantly- the staff was the best! We had a medical emergency and they super helpful, especially Sofia who kindly did everything she could to help us through, while being sensitive and companionate.
