1. super clean. Full stop. That's the most important thing in a hotel and you just don't worry about it there. 2. sleep: mattresses, pillows and sheets were super cosy, the soundproof windows did their job. As soon as we closed them, we heard virtually nothing from outside. The air conditioning made it nice and warm for us in January. We slept well, which is rare in hotels. Fantastic 3. friendliness: everyone wanted us to feel comfortable and they meant it. It was exceptional service. We loved the little chats here and there with the staff who even disagreed on restaurant recommendations. It was so funny and made it even more authentic for us. (We ate very well throughout the week). 4. breakfast: It's a basket of love. Absolutely delicious!!! 5. location: the hotel is right in the centre of everything, you can literally walk to anything you want to see or do in Athens. 6. warning. I have one warning to give. There is a tiny little bakery about 30 metres from the hotel. Once you discover their absolutely delicious sweets, you won't be able to resist and may gain a pound or two. The stuff is simply addictive. 7. At this hotel we just experienced the finest art of Greek hospitality in the middle of a metropolis. That's rare. If you are looking for an insider's tip, this is a good one. Enjoy. :-)

The most amazing stay Went for a short city break to celebrate partners birthday and staff went above and beyond to make this stay the most comfortable and extraordinary. We have never experienced such hospitality, not even in the 5* hotels. Location: 2min walk away from the restaurant/coffee/bar district, 10min walk to central, 15min walk to entrance to Acropolis Rooms: bright, modern, renovated. Towels changed everyday, room service every morning. Beautiful view on the historical part of the city. Coffee maker, hairdryer, safe, tvs with some English channels. Mini spa, exclusively for us, in the basement including hamam, sauna, gym and mini heated pool - can book few hours in advance to rest after whole day of sightseeing (we were here in Novmeber though, in the season might be harder to find a slot). Amazing breakfast on the rooftop included in the price - fresh juice, coffee, eggs, salads, sausages as well as dry goods basket. Magical. Terrace available 24/7 with Acropolis view for romantic evenings with bottles of wine. Quick check in, including detailed recommendations and way to move around the city (don't use trains, taxis - everything is within walking distance). Very warm welcoming every morning, making sure we are not missing anything. Wonderful and unexpected gem in the middle of Athens. We are already booking another trip here in spring and bringing family with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Athens. The location is central and within walking distance of all the major tourist sites, which made exploring the city super easy and convenient. Breakfast is served either on the rooftop or directly to your room and includes a delightful basket with sandwiches, fruit, coffee, yogurt, and cake, along with plated omelets and pancakes brought to the table. It was truly a great way to start the day. The hotel also has a spa in the basement. Although we didn’t expect an additional charge (it’s a one-time fee of 15 euros per person for the entire stay), we ended up really enjoying it. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially the hotel manager. Due to an unexpected airport strike in Athens, we had to stay an extra night, and the team went above and beyond to assist us – we couldn’t have asked for more.

If we had to mention one thing for improvement, it would be the third room where our son slept. Since we're a family of five, he had to sleep in what is usually a small sitting room, and the sofa bed there wasn’t as comfortable as the two main bedrooms. The bed creaked with every movement, and the room couldn’t be properly darkened in the morning t.

Lovely stay at this hotel. We arrived quite late and the host left us some juice, champagne and sweets for our arrival. Very lovely gesture ! The host and personnel were very friendly and welcoming with us, providing us a lot of suggestions of activities to do in Athens. The hotel is beautiful, including its spa, it's very clean and very well located. Further the rooms are very comfortable with various amenities! I loved the terrace with the view to Acropolis! As for the food, breakfast was very rich with a lot of options. They even offered and prepared a breakfast basket for us for our last day when we left the hotel at 4AM. Overall, I totally recommend this hotel, it's an excellent choice!

I loved every part of the Stay! It was VERY clean in our room! Everything was avaible- tooth brush set, soap, shampoo conditioner even body lotion. Towels where cleaned everyday. Bathrobes were avaible and the TV has Youtube plus netflix etc so yes you can watch youtube from ur phone on the tv. The spa is small but it was such a vibe to drink a wine next to the pool at 22 oclock! Oh and the saunas were amazing! thank you sooo much nicos for everything you were a cherry on top! The Friendliness and overall Communication was so great! We stayed only 3 nights but thought about staying longer 😍 The location was perfect! literally everything in walking distance no taxi needed, and for any tourist coming here that is under 25 years old THE MUSEUMS, ACROPOLIS AND ANCIENT SITES ARE FOR FREE! UNDER 25 AND EU CITIZEN!!!!!! For 100% i will recommend this Hotel to my friends and family. I sadly forgott the name of the 2 beautiful ladies that are also at the reception, Ladies and Nicos you made our vacation thank you ❤️❤️❤️

It is so close to everything you want to see. You can walk everywhere or catch the train. We caught the train from the airport and walked less than 10 min to the accomodation. The staff were all very lovely. They gave us a map with tips about getting around town and where to eat. The room was cute. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was cute, a little odd, but they give you a few different options. They did ask for diet needs which was great. The view from the roof is so nice. You can see the acropolis from there.

Our kettle didn’t close (but they replaced this straight away). Sometimes the reception was hard to contact. I think they do things around the apartments. It’s not clear when they’re going to be at the desk. Getting things done can be a bit delayed- but I found that all over Greece. The elevator is very small and slow. There were 2 cockroaches in our room.

The rooftop view and breakfast were just perfect – really rich and tasty, with a gluten-free option available upon request. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no problem leaving our luggage at the hotel until the room was ready, as we arrived before check-in time. A welcome drink and a truffle were waiting for us in the room – such a sweet gesture. The room itself was really nice. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed it too – it’s not big, but it’s exactly what you need after a long day of exploring historical sites. The location is excellent, very close to all major attractions – no need for public transport, you can walk everywhere. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. This part of Athens had a great vibe for us.

The elevator is really small – not a big deal, but good to know in advance. There’s very limited space to store your belongings in the room. We travelled light, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be less comfortable for those with more luggage.

The front desk employee, I believe her name is Tanya, was truly a gem! She catered to every detail as if it was her own hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that all our needs were met. She was patient and accommodating to our family. Although check out was at 11 she continued to help us secure transportation to the airport in the afternoon. She didn't kick us out of the lobby when my kids came in to get some reprieve from the heat while we were waiting for our ride. She continued to be sweet and helpful even though we technically checked out hours earlier. Such a sweet person you can tell she's a warm and kind soul outside of her role. She is what made our stay truly special because she provided concierge- like service for an otherwise just above average hotel. And the lobby smells like heaven. Great stay and definitely would stay again.

This part of Athens although close to restaurants, metro, and the Acropolis isn't as pretty as say Plaka so the street itself is a bit underwhelming but if you just turn the corner there are streets with beautiful outdoor dining options and lovely floral filled cafe like eateries, but the street itself for first time visitors may be a bit 'meh'.

Location - Great location in the heart of the lively Psiri district and vey close walking distance to all major attractions. Apartment - we spent 1 night in the 2 bedroom suite then moved across to the 2 bedroom suite with the in-room spa / pool for the remainder of our stay. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was brutally hot during our stay so the in-room pool was very welcome and well utilised by our family of 5! Breakfast - Breakfast on the terrace with Acropolis views was beautiful and very generous. Each day we were treated to a basketful of delicious breakfast goodies as well as 2 hot options. Host - all the staff that we encountered were so warm, welcoming and polite. They were always happy to assist and help out in any way possible.

This is probably only an issue in summer, but a fan or some sun blinds would be welcome on the roof during breakfast as it gets very hot!
