We stayed several nights at The Foundry Suites, and it was such a great way to end our trip. Our room, C-1, had a really cool setup and plenty of space to spread out and relax—perfect after days of sightseeing. The rooftop was amazing, offering stunning views of the city. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations. They even gave us an interactive list of sites, restaurants, and things to do, and everything we tried was amazing. Definitely add in the breakfast option to your stay, you could curate the basket to your liking every morning and take breakfast in your room or rooftop. The location felt very safe and was central to so many sites, making it easy to explore Athens. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

Overnight staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. But the rest of the hours of the day they were great.

I recently stayed at The Foundry Suits, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay truly special. The place itself is stunning—every detail of the interior is beautifully designed, creating an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was breathtaking terrace! With beautiful view of Acropolis, it was the perfect spot to relax and take the beauty of Athens. The location is another highlight—perfectly situated at Psiri with loads places to eat, local shops, 2 metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, The Foundry Suits exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Great location in Psiri, walking distance to all main attractions and to metro station. Great breakfast! Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooftop sitting / eating area. Rooms have a fully-equipped kitchen, but we only used the espresso machine :)

In our room there was only 1 toilet, which wasn’t enough for us (we should have checked this is advance). The separation between the living area and the beds in the room is ‘simbolic’, basically it is one large space. So it is not acoustically isolated and sometimes not as private as one would like.

A gorgeous breakfast basket of bread, cheese, ham, fruit and yoghurt, from the local deli was delivered to our room each day. We could choose what we wanted the night before and specify the time we wanted the food delivered. It was a perfect way to start the day. The hotel is located in the perfect location with all the major sights within easy walking distance and an excellent mix of restaurants on your doorstep. We didn't venture far from the hotel in the evening as there were so many amazing restaurants near the hotel. The rooms are comfy and well looked after with lots of unique features and decor. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen well equipped if you wanted to eat in (which we didn't). The reception staff were always welcoming and on hand to help with any queries. And with the added bonus of a roof top terrace with bar and view of the Acropolis you couldn't ask for more.

Beautifully designed and renovated building. All the people were super helpful. Brilliant location - right on the doorstep of restaurants and historical sites. Love that it is set up like an apartment so you can prep things for yourself if you want. Rooftop is gorgeous with great views and shade. Love little picnic basket breakfasts on the roof - what a way to start your day in Athens. So glad we found this place.

There was nothing to dislike

My son and I stayed here last month and had a fabulous time. First of all, I really appreciate they accommodated our request for an early check in which allowed my son to rest and adjust to the time difference. The room was impressive! I love the fact there were two showers and a full kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The decor was outstanding. The unit was spacious, giving us different options to hang out (ex sofa, dining table, bean bag). The breakfast was delicious. Although the menu is the same everyday, the offerings were sufficient. We were also given the option to have them delivered in our room or the rooftop and they were delivered in a picnic basket! The location is perfect! It was within walking distance to many interesting sites such as the Acropolis and Plaka. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The hop-on hop-off bus terminal and metro were nearby. To be honest, we only used the metro once and walked the rest of the time since everthing was within walking distance to the hotel! Lastly, Constantino and Katerina were very helpful, welcoming and made our vacation in Athens truly memorable! Thank you so much!

Besides the nice location and quiet environment. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff members . The first staff we met was on the day we arrived at the hotel，He was a gentleman. Everyone of us was greeted with a cup of cool fruit juice . In the hot wheather we felt very refreshed and comfortable. His detailed introduction to the hotel made it very convenient for us to stay. In the afternoon,when we requested one hour delay to check out tomorrow. It was approved immediately by a woman receptionist despite the hotel good business. The next day when we encountered difficulties in finding a Uber taxi in the lobby, the third staff volunteered to help us solve this problem. After questioning we knew her name was Katerina. We don't know how many staffs the hotel has, we are sure they must be excellent. If I go to Athens next time, I will stay at such a good hotel. Chinese Yu LiDa

Great location… convenient, safe and not far from streets of yummy food and city shopping…also a nice walk to Acropolis and museum. Lovely friendly staff and very helpful. on the first night we enjoyed a delicious pizza on the rooftop which has a lovely view and f the Acropolis. Would definitely stay again !!

The Foundry Suites is perfectly located for all of the main sights of Athens. You are received by a warm and friendly team who are both very professional and very knowledgeable. The rooms are very comfortable, have air conditioning and, if you choose a suite, are well equipped with cooking facilities, kettle, coffee maker, etc.The rooftop garden looks out over the Acropolis and is an ideal location for the picnic style breakfast (the choice of hot and cold food is excellent and sourced from a superb local deli) although, if you prefer, you can also take it in your room. Opposite the front door of the hotel is a Taverna that serves great food and was noticeably frequented by local Athenians as well as tourists. A further 20m away is the Deli mentioned above - twice we enjoyed an evening meal of a selection of meats, cheeses and salads accompanied by a bottle of wine from the deli while watching the sun set on the rooftop. A very short walk further and you are in the middle of small lanes full of restaurants. As mentioned by other reviews, you are in the middle of a city and so should expect city life to continue around you. We deliberately asked for one of the quieter rooms, which was great, but I can see how a room overlooking the Taverna might be an issue. As you are in a warm country you should take mosquito repellent with you as the insects are a common sight throughout the city.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. We loved staying here.

Location is great. Beds are very comfortable. We were supplied with functional appliances quickly after reporting non functional ones. There are several markets where you can buy your own breakfast supplies.

The toaster was shorted and tripped the circuit breaker. The espresso maker didn't work. There is no head room in the loft. Breakfast was not included despite the cost.
