There were great cafés, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The property itself was well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A special mention goes to Manos, who was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was delivered fresh to our door each morning—absolutely delicious and such a treat to start the day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic stay in Athens, choosing a wonderful Athenianian accommodation in the heart of the Old City. The location was perfect—walking distance to all the best shopping, bars, and restaurants. The vibrant, colorful atmosphere of the area brought it to life, especially at night, creating a truly authentic Athenian experience. Our room was well equipped, and we slept soundly thanks to the block-out blinds. Manos was an incredible host, an encyclopedia of local knowledge—he provided great tips on accessing the Acropolis, the best shopping and dining spots, and perfect places for sundowners. The hotel was secure, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable, safe base to explore all the sights and activities in the area.Dont drive in Athens ,parking is an issue . Overall, a beautiful and lively part of Athens—highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the authentic local vibe with plenty to see and do.

Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, streaming services in the TV. Superb terrace with a pool was a great refreshment in Athenian summer heat. The host - Manos, is a super nice guy, he was helpful and we felt very welcome. He even bought us a breakfast-to-go as we had an early flight and coulnd’t have the breakfast at the accomodation. He also gave us a recommendation for a great authentic restaurant just around the corner. The neighbourhood is lively, full of nice restaurants, bars and shops, it’s also close to Acropolis. We stayed only one night, but we will definitely return:)

There is a bar/club on the street and it was noisy in the evening. I used earplugs and slept well anyway, but people might mind this.

The staff was excellent, very friendly, and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with everything we needed to see within walking distance. The streets in this area were beautiful with lots of trendy cafes and restaurants. The breakfast came with so much delicious food and great options. Our flight out was in the evening and they let us store our bags after checkout. Everything was perfect!

We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was perfectly situated for our party including teenagers- close to shops, bars ,restaurants and attractions. The apartment was excellent- well proportioned,very clean,charmingly styled and well equipped for self catering. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.Manos and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and provided advice and guidance to ensure our days went without issue.

Beautiful spacious modern apartments right in the heart of Athens and walking distance to many great restaurants, subway, and attractions. We were a family of 5 and the apartment was very spacious for all of us. Great bathrooms and shower too. The breakfast is lovely and the orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. The little plunge pool was a great addition for the kids to relax for a little after a hot day exploring. There are amazing restaurants less than a 2 minute walk from the apartments. The manager Dimitris is super friendly and helpful with anything you need, including getting taxis, directions, and recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Athens and if we return, we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, very authentic! Dimitri the owner was so friendly, made sure everything was 200% perfect! I would recommend this apartment and would return again ! Located right in the center of a little town with restaurants right out your door! Entertainments for blocks to walk and choose ! Local Breakfast of your choice delivered by Dimitri’s staff to your door each morning! My husband and I were totally satisfied!!!!

You must be able to climb circular stairs located in some of apartments. Two entrances, one from each level! Wasn’t bad at all!

Located right in the heart of downtown, this place is a true hidden gem. Everything you could possibly want is just a stone's throw away—whether it's sightseeing, shopping, or restaurants. Our room was spacious and perfect for our family of four: Comfy beds, a place to eat, and even a place for our youngest to draw and play. It was super clean, the staff was super responsive, and the breakfast delivery was delicious and always on time. If you spot this place available when you come to Athens, book it!

Most apartments require many stairs (and no elevator) to get to; we were OK with it, but it is worth highlighting on the booking page.

Everything! Especially the space itself. The apartment we were in had everything we needed, plenty of facilities and room to spread out. The staff Dimitris and Joseph were incredibly helpful and friendly, I felt no hesitation asking them for assistance as they were so knowledgeable. They made an otherwise great stay amazing 😊 The breakfast was so great, partnered with a nearby business to deliver us fresh breakfast each morning. Will most certainly come back if we are in Athens again.
