Everything! We stayed in the Penthouse with the large balcony facing the Acropolis view …just beautiful. The whole complex is spotless and smells divine (hands up to the cleaners and products). The apartment was very comfortable and tasteful …real art works …everything worked well …and the bed pillows and bedding were luxury standard. Great sleeps. The heaters / air conditioner unit worked very well and easy (unlike many you encounter). Then there is the Psiri area. Even in winter it was buzzing. Think Camden with a Greek twist. You literally are next door to a street full of beautiful bars and restaurants. And a very short walk to Ermou Strreet, Monisteraki, and a nice walk to Plaka and the Acropolis. Communication from the host and self check in were very smooth and we got a generous late check out as it was out of season. Thank you. 🙏

Nothing. Literally nothing. The only thing which may be tricky for some people, especially in full season, would be the lively street below, as it could get noisy, but the doors and windows are double glazed, and ear plugs are provided. And if you love that vibe it’s perfect!

It’s even better than the pictures show it to be. It is very clean and tidy and you feel safe and secure in it. The lining is wonderful. The apartment is modern. The rooms have everything that you would want in them with great coffee. What is especially nice is that if you arrive early, or leave late, it has a place where you can shower, get clean, change and then safety store your bags. It is located in what we think is the best part of Athens. Lots of lovely, small bars and restaurants, but not the normal hubris of proprietors trying to lure you in to their location. I’d say a classy neighborhood with a nice mix of locals and tourists. All the main Athens attractions are within an easy walking distance. The arrival and departure procedure is simple and works well. I wasn’t easy with not being greeted by a person, but it was no issue at all. Definitely a 5 Star place.

Nice place in rhe middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars all around. Very lively neighborhood. Can be noisy at night with the windows open, but being winter, this was not an issue. Great views of the Acropolis and surroundings from the large terrace. Apartment was sparkling clean and well maintained. Will definitely consider staying here again during future visits to Athens. Great communication with the owner, who was very nice and helpful.

While the neighborhood is really nice and we felt safe at any hour (including as late as 3am -bars run late here), there are some rundown houses that are a bit disconcerting. Lots of restaurants and bars are not on Google Maps and the reviews can be off at times. As a rule, eat where the locals eat, and you can't go wrong.

Cosy room in the heart of the bustling Psyri district. The place is surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. We walked out the door straight into an amazing atmosphere, great fun. Our favourite cafe was Picky, just next door and delicious. Thes is a great place for dinner, but there are about 1 million great places to eat. The Ancient Agora was about 5min walk away and the Acropolis not far from that. Everything is easily within walking distance. The metro is also close by so it's easy to get to and from the airport. The room was super clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great, shower was lovely (just need to be prepared and heat the water).

The downside of being right in the heart of such a vibrant area is that it does get noisy at night. We're deep sleepers so didn't mind and ear plugs are provided if needed.

Perfect location in the heart of Monastiraki, surrounded by lively clubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. We stayed on the 3rd floor, in a big, comfortable and very clean apartment which was fully equipped. The manager, Lior was always available via WhatsApp and he made sure our needs were instantly met. Monastiraki metro station is just 5 minutes walk away from the building so, one subway from the airport and boom; you are there. I will happily stay in this apartment on our next visit to Athens.

My only advice to fellow travelers would be to bring some trash bags for the bathroom. You can’t flush toilet paper in most areas of Greece and room cleaning is once in every 3 days.

The cleaning staff was extremely friendly and nice. The room was amazing and the air conditioner saved our lives. The warning about how loud it could get in the apartment was very considerate and we were even offered an option to switch rooms, but eventually we stayed in this one - they kindly provided some earplugs as well. I don't recommend this room in the ground floor if you have a problem with loud noise (as the owner does too) but the rest was simply amazing - 20 mins to Acropolis, close by some very nice bars and restaurants and near Monastiraki and Syntagma Square for some shopping. It's also a really safe place, we never felt uncomfortable no matter which time of night/day we came back. Awesome stay!

Amazing location in Athens! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchens had everything you might need for a short stay. Beds were comfy. The apartment had a very good hair dryer and iron with a small ironing board. The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view of the acropolis especially at night. Even after you check out there are large lockers in the basement level with a toilet, shower and a common room you can use to get changed etc. This was very handy. Although there is no reception once you book you get a WhatsApp number you can contact and they are very responsive and helpful.

- The system for hot water gave us a bit of trouble on the first day, you have a button you need to press 15 mins before showering but we found you have to press it more often (not a major issue once we figured it out). - The shower itself is quite small. - Since it's on a busy street with pubs and bars it did get very loud on Saturday night - however ear plugs are provided.

The accommodation is fantastic. It is in a very good location, clean, comfortable, well equipped, easy to access, there is a luggage storage. The penthouse apartment has a beautiful view of the Acropolis from the large terrace and the roof terrace. Extra, that the apartment was pre-cooled in the summer heat. If we return to Athens we will stay here again

The accommodation is on a street full of bars. In an apartment not facing the street, the noise is not disturbing.

The room was very good, clean and had everything we needed ( kitchen's utensils, shower products, towers, etc). Clean towels and clean room. The views from the top were spectacular! And the apartment is very well located, you can access the main touristic points in athens by foot.

Because of its proximity to various bars and restaurants, the music at night was kind of annoying. The apartment had ear plugs and they helped with the noise, but sometimes the music at the bar next door was too high. I must say that the hotel warned us about it but we thought that it was going to be less noisy. If you're ok with the music until 4 am, the room it's perfect for you.

We absolutely loved this penthouse apartment. The location was fantastic with paid parking nearby. The views over this part of the city were pleasing with the pièce de résistance being the stunning view of the Acropolis and Parthenon, day and night. The shared rooftop terrace was a good added bonus even though we had both South and North facing balconies from the apartment. A vast array of delicious eateries within a short walking distance was a true benefit. We would definitely suggest this place in a heartbeat.
