- Host friendly and welcoming, easy to join, helpful and accepting early arrival - Flat Well located in city center, can easily be joined from/to airport and Piraeus port,plenty of restaurants and nightlife around (not too noisy) - Lots of space inside the flat, big terrasse and comfortable beds - Luminous

- Faded flat: all dead plants outside, missing lightbulb, cracked walls, torn sockets, old noisy A/C system. Overall flat could help a some repairs and refreshments - Average Cleanliness : dirty gaskets, stained curtains and walls, A/C filters not changed hence diffusing bad smell - Location : church bell ring right in your ear at 7h ish and on, if you’d like to sleep in the morning be aware - View on acropoli : well, you can definitely see it from the corner of the terrasse upstairs (not more), but you mostly see the building in front, mostly under construction (with related works from time to time)

Everything was really impressive. The unit was spotless, well set-up and lovely, and the location was in the heart of a picturesque dining district, convenient to everything a tourist might want, Our only surprises were positive - the unit was incredibly spacious, much more so than the on-line photos could convey. Communicating with the hosts was much easier than expected, because they were available by phone or email at all times. We were also pleased that they could arrange a taxi for us, since our departure time was well after midnight.

Nothing. The street was lit and lively until quite late, and some people might be bothered by the noise, but it wasn't enough to keep us awake. Also, on Sunday morning, services from the church next door boomed out loud and clear - the church is picturesque and we enjoyed the music, but it might not be pleasing to some one trying to sleep late.

Psyri is a great location to stay in athens, lots of fun night time activity and plenty of great taverns and restaurants. The street noise was not an issue. Close to metro and main attractions. The room was super spacious, a welcome relief after many small rooms. Could spread out, cook and unwind. Bed was comfy.

The only thing that lets this apartment down is the bath/shower. Somewhat mouldy, and nothing to put shower nozzle on the wall. Made shower time awkward. Im no fan of showers in baths these days though. I would still stay here again.

The location is perfect. I know this area by heart and for a tourist Psyrri is the greatest location to stay at. Also the size of this studio was great. The balcony is quite big and you can really stay here for a longer time to enjoy a drink or your own bought breakfast. Also you can walk up to the highest floor to see the Acropolis from there.

The studio wasn't really updated. Many things were broken. The tiles in the bathroom were broken, a door was missing in the shower, so water ran all over the place, the coffee machine was broken and had missing parts or brackets in the wall that were almost falling of the wall and the airconditioning was extremely loud. I think within a day work all this can be fixed for a better experience.

Such a good location 👏 3 minute walk from monastriki square...we were on mezzanine floor and could not believe our eyes when we opened the door of apartment...had everything we needed down to a dishwasher!!! Plenty of toilet roll supplied too...beautiful windows which slided open which is brilliant for apartment right in city centre and unusual too as most apartments I've stayed in Athens don't understandably have windows...so impressed with this apartment and communication was so good...I had messaged to ask if possible to check in early and we were accommodated very well...will definitely stay here again!!

Only criticism and not really very important is the shower was only the hold up type and contained within a bath which was kind of difficult to get in and out of...

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of one of the best parts of Athens with excellent restaurants and shops steps away. The apartment was very nice and well equipped. The space worked well for a family of four. The washing machine is a bonus and it was so warm the clothes dried in an hour. I wish we stayed here more nights to explore all the sights nearby.

The shower head does not attach to anything. The bath/shower combo works but it would be better if the shower head could be fixed to the wall so water does not spray everywhere.

Bad smell, noisy and just one bath instead of 2 that was in their room details.

Was a lovely spacious room, with air con and great walking distance from the centre and train. There were good kitchen facilities as well and close to a shops to be able to make out own meals.

The bathroom was not to the same standard as the bedroom and kitchen of the room. If you are staying over a weekend and want a quiet stay, I would not stay in the city centre as it can be loud, and this is close to a club/bar. However lovely stay for a few days to explore the city

The property was very well equipped, was very pleased to see everything we may have needed during our stay was provided. From a hand held mirror to kitchen roll!

The location although very central to all the bars and restaurants was great, but being able to hear all the bars and restaurants when trying to get to sleep was a bit of a struggle. Don’t get me wrong, the windows did a lot to keep the noise to a minimum, but it did still take a while to drop off.

We were in M1. A cool studio apartment - huge - and more than enough room to accommodate a family of 4 for a couple of nights in Athens. The location is awesome - walking distance of everything you would want to see in Athens. Had great aircon for relief against the super hot weather of July in Greece. Good washing machine and drying facilities.

We didn’t get a view of the acropolis from our room (which I did think we would get). On Sunday night the church next door did have a mass that went on very late and was quite loud. Also the aircon was super effective but very loud. But these are only small issues. The place was great and the price was excellent.
