Very well located near Monostiraki square. Modern, clean and well equipped room.
The app to unlock the doors wasn't working properly. No sound insulation, you can hear the noise from the street and the hallway. The hotel is located next to a nightclub, you can hear the music until 3am on friday night.

Clean, comfortable, very easy to get in with the code. The location is very near Monastiraki station and walking distance from monuments/sites, museums, parks, restaurants, bars, shops.
Would like to have some more space for clothes (like a drawer). There are some hangers. I would prefer to have more variety for the breakfast options. 3 out of the 4 options are based on eggs. The 4th option with the yogurt was very poor in terms of the fruit and nuts and the bread (basic slice). Also would be good to use locally sourced food and more fresh seasonal fruit. There is a very strong chemical smell in the corridors from the fragrance used. It is too intense.

Very central location, close to Monastairaki square and metro station. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Walking distance to Plaka district and access to Acropolis. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room, great shower. Nice balcony area with a street view. There is a small roof terrace also.
Just be aware that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar but this wasn't an issue as there is a wide selection of cafes/restaurants and bars very close by.

The location was great, very accessible from the metro station and close (walking distance from all the key Athens sights). Staff/reception were friendly and helpful. The app to access the accommodation and your room was quite useful, albeit a little slow. The daily breakfast is worth including in your package as it’s at the next door cafe which has excellent meals. Room was quite comfortable and spacious so definitely enjoyed that.
Only annoyance which could be off putting for many is that on a Friday / weekend night you can hear the bass from a nearby club (it’s subtle but when you put your head against your pillow you can hear/feel the beat). If you’re a light sleeping that may not be good.

The location is great, close to the metro and right in the heart of the neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Also, the famous Little Kook cafe is just outside the door. The room was clean and staff were nice. There’s an app to download that opens the doors which I found comfortable.
I stayed in room 8 which is located in the front of the building and I could hear everything from the street, really everything! They did provide earplugs which is thoughtful ( I guess..?) but luckily I was able to fall asleep and noticed the street fell quiet later on in the night. If you are sound sensitive make sure not to stay in the front rooms. For the Parea team- it would be great to make those rooms more soundproof!

This was a great place to stay in Athens, very comfortable and in a terrific location. It was a short walk to the Agora area with lots of great restaurants and an Acropolis view. Our room was big and well equipped. There was a good kitchen and a big bathroom. The wifi was great and there was an elevator to get suitcases to the upper floors. There was a keypad to enter but they also had very helpful staff at the lobby desk.
The best place we stayed on our trip!

Exceedingly clean rooms, a separate kitchen with not just cutlery but also condiments on hand and a well stocked bathroom with quality shampoos & hand lotions. WiFi connection was very strong and had no issues at all. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant just around the corner which is made fresh from a choice of options. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseers and shoppers alike, being moments from Monastiraki station (on a line direct from the airport) which leads straight out to a view under the Acropolis. A multitude of bars and restaurants are just around the corner as well as the flea market area. Everything is literally a stones throw away. The staff are also really polite and helpful with an added extra of somewhere to store your bags after check out for free if you wanted to explore more before catching a later flight.
Sometimes I had an issue with the app for unlocking the main building door but there is someone on reception and alternate access with the app so this really is grasping at straws! Also some people may not appreciate the view out of their window but this wasn't an issue for me.

Amazing location - everything we need and want to see is within walking distance so its quite convenient. We had a huge balcony overlooking Little kook. Just unfortunate that it was so windy when we were there but would still book the same room. Staff are great :)
We were happy with the hotel part but.. Breakfast service can be friendlier :) We didnt feel welcome in the restaurant downstairs which was a huge let down for us since that was the only time we didnt like the service during this trip. When we ordered cafe lattes, we were told right away that we cannot because we have to choose between juice and black coffee. I had to argue that I am paying extra for them - that I know what comes with breakfast but I dont like black coffee. We are hoping that this can be improved because the restaurant can also benefit from extra orders, right? Otherwise, there are other amazing options for breakfast and brunch around the area :)

Great hotel! We (young couple) booked a deluxe double room with balcony. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and big couch. Great and large rain shower with a little window to open afterwards. Empty and little fridge which was perfect for our waters and some wine. Water dispenser available in the lobby, lots of games (card or board) available for all guests as well. Our balcony was very big, we could even put up a laundry line for the new clothes we shopped and washed. It had a lounge for 4 people and an ashtray. You could see a tiny bit of the Acropolis’ wall if you leaned over the railing a bit. The staff was super friendly. From check-in to our requests (2nd blanked, ice cubes for our drinks, asking which is the right ticket for the metro to go to the airport). The room and hotel were also very tidy and clean. We had an air-conditioning. Breakfast was served at the Tartufo restaurant next door. Very delicious + friendly staff, just plan enough time for the meal, you won’t get served super quickly. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.
If you want your piece and quiet though it’s probably not the right hotel. It is located right next to “Little Cook” which plays Disney music all day long. Plus you’re right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and bars, which also means, you hear a lot of people walking by until midnight. If you’re going with the flow of the city you are anyway up until that time so it’s not bothering (we still slept with an open window).

The service was impeccable, the room was spacious, well lit and the balcony overlooking little kook was the cherry on top!! Absolutely loved the experience!! The attention to detail, coffee, tea options and snacks made the room perfect for our overnight stay! The hotel is packed with details and even offers a map detailing the areas to explore in Athens!!! Highly recommended for trips to Athens
The street is somewhat narrow but our taxi managed to squeeze through
