Very safe and convenient location to visit Acropolis. Metro station nearby. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staffs very helpful and efficient. Very safe access to rooms. Newly decorated rooms with good beds and clean / large bathroom. Windows are sound-proof, but not good enough. Fantastic view of Acropolis from the room.

Due to the location, lots of loud random noise from the street all night. If you are sensitive to noise, this is not the place.

This hotel consists of two parts located in separate buildings on opposite sides of the road. The room is in one building, while the reception and breakfast area are in the other. The location is great — close to Monastiraki Square and the metro station. It’s quite noisy in the morning and evening, but quiets down after 10 or 11 pm. I really liked the soft linen and towels. It was my first time booking a room with a massage shower, and it actually worked! However, I wouldn’t say the room was cozy. I had a spacious room with a balcony and a view of the Acropolis. There was plenty of space to do my morning yoga on a mat. Breakfast was okay, but not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. The omelet wasn’t very tasty and had a strange texture. There were also sausages, cheese, pancakes, cakes, and jams. I was disappointed by the salad with cucumber and tomato — it was mixed with oil and spices, which didn’t feel like a good option for breakfast. Also, there were no regular-sized cups for tea. Thanks to the lady at the breakfast area who kindly brought me a big cup — she was very nice and helpful. I don’t like single-use soap and shower gel. Please consider using dispensers — they are more eco-friendly. A real shock: there was no iron or ironing board! They charge 5 euros to iron one t-shirt!

Our stay at Lotus Inn was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Athens, offering easy access to all major attractions. We booked a Junior Suite with a panoramic view of the Acropolis. The suite is located on the top floor and features a private terrace, offering breathtaking views both during the day and at night. It was truly a highlight of our stay. The room was very clean, and the hotel maintained a good standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out at no extra cost, which made our departure much more comfortable. We highly recommend Lotus Inn to anyone visiting Athens.

Right in the city centre, just a few meters away from the bistros, bars, restaurants and some famous spots like Hadrian’s Library, Roman Agora and Ancient Agora. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was OK, continental type.

Since it’s at the heart of the city centre and close to bistros/bars, it can be very noisy during night despite of the soundproof windows because of loud music from the neighbouring rooftop bars. You can’t hear the street traffic when the music is on. The breakfast is the same every morning, so not a big variety of meals offered but what you get is delicious.

We stayed in the panoramic junior suite with acropolis view. Great big room with the spa on the balcony. Had our own private lift which was a nice touch.

Some of the features in the room were a bit tired. The bar fridge looked like it came from the 1990’s. The toilet seat was loose as were the drain covers in the shower and floor of the bathroom. We were here in winter so the immediate area wasn’t too busy or noisy however in summer it could be quite noisy despite the double glazing. But that’s what you get for being in a great location.

The staff, both at reception and at breakfast, are very friendly. Breakfast options were tasty, with a nice view of the acropolis from the breakfast room. The room is clean and comfortable, but would class this as a nice 3 star, rather than a 4 star accommodation.

While the location is fabulous for walking to most major sites, and right around the corner from a train station, it is on a really busy street, so there is a fair amount of traffic and noise.

The location is excellent — walking distance to the main historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great balcony view. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice touch with beautiful views of the Acropolis.

There was some street noise at night, but that’s expected given the central location, nothing to worry about

Super well located right in the middle of the monastiraki, around many restaurants and just a couple of minutes away from the parthenon and so many other points of interest. They’ve organized shuttle for us, and the house was extremely quiet even though our windows were right in the main street. We had a partial view of the parthenon too! Breakfast was good, and price was on point.

I needed a hotel as close as possible to Monastiraki Square for a 1 night stay, this hotel proved to be perfect just 2 minute walk away. On the Booking.com website I had read several reviews saying the annexe rooms across the road from the main hotel were disappointing and of poor quality. That was not my experience! I requested a room with a view of the acropolis and was told these are all located in the opposite building. I found the large room I was allocated to be very comfortable and extremely clean with a very modern shower room. The rooms have wooden floors and occupants of other rooms could be heard walking about, but at night it was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable, I slept very well. The view of the acropolis was amazing. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay there again.

Finding the hotel is quite confusing. The correct address for the main hotel and reception is 95 Ermou. 90 Ermou, the confirmation address, is the address of the annexe. A note on the side door of number 90 redirects customers to the reception at number 95 across the street.

Very clean, specious room reflecting contemporary Greek style. Loved the breakfast at the roof top with a spectacular view over the eternal Acropolis. Make sure you take your time and enjoy Miss Evangelia’s “superfood” selection. Next time trying their spa.
