Really good sized, clean apartment, with very good amenities. Had a really good shower and the kitchen area had everything we needed for our short stay. The apartment is in a very central location, close to Monesteraki metro station, and within walking distance to most shops, popular areas and of course, the Acropolis. Gigi was very helpful with recommendations, guidance on exploring the city and also arranging airport transfers.

In order to access the apartment, you have to walk into a shopping arcade where there are a lot of knives and combat items displayed. Not ideal when you have an inquisitive child in tow. The apartment is located on a street which hosts the Monesteraki flea market, so can get noisy, but we weren’t really troubled by it.

The apartment is very spacious compared with most in central Athens with high quality fixtures and fittings, most notably a very comfortable bed. The staff are excellent and extremely reactive too. We can also highly recommend the rooftop Couleur Locale bar for breakfast as suggested by the reception manager which is virtually next door. So all in all, the Muses represents a great package right in the heart of Monastiraki giving fantastic access to all the major tourist sites. We would return without hesitation.

If we had to cite one thing that could be improved is the sound proofing within the building. The internal corridors giving access to the rooms are painted concrete and very echoey. As a result we were woken on a number of occasions by other guests coming and going when speaking in the corridor and banging doors. Some soft decoration/sound deadening therefore would be a definite improvement.

From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and memorable — exactly what you hope for on a city break. A special mention must go to Gigi, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel at home right away. Her friendly greeting, local recommendations, and helpful attitude really set the tone for our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and ideally located for exploring Athens. We loved how easy it was to get to the main sights, restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return.

Muse Urban Suites is outstanding! Communication with Gigi early on allowed us to seamlessly move from the airport to the apartment as she arranged our transportation and we could contact the driver (Achilleas) before and at arrival. The apartment suite was large, neatly decorated and clean. Please note this is an apartment suite not a hotel so room cleaning/towel changing occurs every 3rd day unless you request more often. The location is in the heart of everything making it easy to reach every tourist location (Acropolis, Agora, Plaka stairs etc.) in minutes by foot. Due to its location there could be a little bit of nighttime noise but not enough to bother us 60 year olds.

Location was perfect - near the Acropolis, shopping, restaurants and the metro. The room, which included a kitchenette, was very clean, a/c was great, and we could see the Acropolis from the room. Gigi was the perfect hostess, staying late for our late arrival, explaining where everything in town was, and even turning on the a/c before our arrival so the room was nice and cool. The area around it is very eclectic with a great vibe. Would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Athens.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was new, spotlessly clean, and smelled fresh. The water temperature in the shower was perfect, whether hot or cold, and bathrooms in the hall and in the room clean as well ensuring a comfortable stay. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and made us feel secure from the moment we arrived. The easy access in and out of the hotel was convenient, and the location couldn’t be better. With numerous restaurants and fun activities nearby, we were never short of things to do. Highly recommend Muse Urban Suites for anyone visiting Athens!

The pest team. I experienced issues with booking and made a corrupted booking. Nevertheless, it was a no-refund option, but that team was more than professional and customer-friendly to help me sort it out. It resulted in a perfect stay in the heart of Athens. During our stay the team was more than supportive and professional. To be honest, this was probably the best service experience I have had.

Everything is perfect . Location is at tourist attractions. Many shops and restaurants around. Just 3 minutes walking to Monastiraki Metro Station. Just walking distance to neighborhood area such as Plaka, Syntagma, Acropolis. Most importantly, the lady at reception, Gigi is very helpful, superb friendly and kind. She allowed us to early check in since we reached there around 10.30am. Check in and check out process was very easy. Thank you to Gigi!

Location is amazing. Close to the train station, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist sites are all within walking distance. Room was great and a place you could live in.

Not much of a view (at least from my room). Also the privacy between courtyards. Better screening required, as sometimes you can see into the other apartment. This would be my most dislike of the place.

Location is very close to the Monastiraki Metro station. The front desk is located in a hallway off the busy shopping street, which initially threw me off. But it ended up being amazing. I was traveling w my daughter so staff brought more pillows and a blanket for the couch, which was very comfortable. We booked the Acropolis view room and would do so again- totally worth the extra money!! Loved it!!
