Muse Urban Suites is outstanding! Communication with Gigi early on allowed us to seamlessly move from the airport to the apartment as she arranged our transportation and we could contact the driver (Achilleas) before and at arrival. The apartment suite was large, neatly decorated and clean. Please note this is an apartment suite not a hotel so room cleaning/towel changing occurs every 3rd day unless you request more often. The location is in the heart of everything making it easy to reach every tourist location (Acropolis, Agora, Plaka stairs etc.) in minutes by foot. Due to its location there could be a little bit of nighttime noise but not enough to bother us 60 year olds.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was new, spotlessly clean, and smelled fresh. The water temperature in the shower was perfect, whether hot or cold, and bathrooms in the hall and in the room clean as well ensuring a comfortable stay. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and made us feel secure from the moment we arrived. The easy access in and out of the hotel was convenient, and the location couldn’t be better. With numerous restaurants and fun activities nearby, we were never short of things to do. Highly recommend Muse Urban Suites for anyone visiting Athens!

Everything is perfect . Location is at tourist attractions. Many shops and restaurants around. Just 3 minutes walking to Monastiraki Metro Station. Just walking distance to neighborhood area such as Plaka, Syntagma, Acropolis. Most importantly, the lady at reception, Gigi is very helpful, superb friendly and kind. She allowed us to early check in since we reached there around 10.30am. Check in and check out process was very easy. Thank you to Gigi!

Location is amazing. Close to the train station, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist sites are all within walking distance. Room was great and a place you could live in.

Not much of a view (at least from my room). Also the privacy between courtyards. Better screening required, as sometimes you can see into the other apartment. This would be my most dislike of the place.

Location is very close to the Monastiraki Metro station. The front desk is located in a hallway off the busy shopping street, which initially threw me off. But it ended up being amazing. I was traveling w my daughter so staff brought more pillows and a blanket for the couch, which was very comfortable. We booked the Acropolis view room and would do so again- totally worth the extra money!! Loved it!!

We loved the room and the location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do - Acropolis, shopping, restaurants. The place looked all new inside and perfectly clean. Gigi was especially helpful in arranging transfer from our cruise. We could see the Parthenon from our window! Would 100% stay here again, it was perfect for us. The suite let us have our grown daughter and her friend with us but in a separate area with a door in between. So awesome!

Nothing we didn’t like!

This wasn't your normal hotel room - it was more like a small apartment. We weren't real sure at first what we were getting into as the location is a little hard to get to. The entrance is located in between a couple of shops and the street in front is for pedestrian only, so you have to walk with your luggage about a city block. We were very pleasantly surprised at how cute it was and how quiet it was, considering the location.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its standout feature. Nestled close to Old Athens, it is an ideal base for those keen to explore the city's rich history and many attractions. Every major site seemed just a stone's throw away, making our excursions effortless and enjoyable. Our room was another highlight of our stay. Not only was it well-appointed and comfortable, but it also featured a sizeable terrace. This outdoor space added a touch of luxury to our visit, offering a private spot to relax and enjoy the Athenian atmosphere. All in all, for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the heart of Athens while enjoying a comfortable stay, this hotel in Monastik comes highly recommended. The combination of its prime location and the bonus of a spacious terrace makes it a top choice for travellers to the city.

Given that you are at the heart of Monastik, the place can be noisy at night.

The best part about the stay was the staff! Gigi is a gem! She's so kind and helpful! The communication started before our arrival and extended till after our stay. She help us arranged our luggage storage after our stay and she was really very very respinsive! Thank you so much Gigi!

On one night it was really noisy...i think it was a Friday night.

Super centrally located, we walked everywhere in the city and it was no more than 15 mins for the key places. We had a lovely balcony in our room, and it was very safe with the lock in the front door as well as the card for the room. It had AC, heating, a kettle, quipped kitchen with cutlery, good toiletries - everything you could ask for. The room size was great, and the team provided Nespresso capsules for the morning, which was a nice touch. Also, a lift so you don’t have to lug any luggage up stairs!

Nothing really - it was great. You’ll need to take your suitcases approx 50m from the main square as cars aren’t allowed in the area, but honestly nothing to compare with all the benefits you have!!!
