Rooms were top notch, clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we had any issues. Best of all, the hotel is located perfectly if you want to be part of the old Athens and be in walking distance of all the sights.

The main problem we faced with the hotel was that the elevators were shared with the popular bar on the top floor - this meant that we sometimes needed to wait 5 -10 minutes in line before getting to our rooms on the 5th floor. The same bar was also super noisy until late night. The breakfast was very poor compared to all the amazing breakfast restaurants that are all around it. The location is great for sightseeing but also full of life and sounds, don’t expect quiet when wanting to go to sleep - but excellent if you want to participate in all the Athens has to offer.

Staff provided excellent recommendations to eat, organized laundry service with same day delivery. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The view of the acropolis from the breakfast area (sixth floor aka the first floor of the rooftop bar) was beautiful. Very close to a main metro station and lots of restaurants to choose from.

The elevators were typically always busy with only a capacity for 4 people and being shared with the rooftop bar, at night there was usually a queue to get to your room. As we were on the on the fifth floor, on busy nights we could hear the noise from the rooftop bar.

The presidential suite was very nice, better than in the photos. The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, just by the metro and with short walking distance to Akropolis and everything else.

The hotel shares elevator with a rooftop bar. Hotel residents do not have priority (!) in the elevator queue. So coming back to one's hotel room could mean having to queue 15 minutes for the elevator. Ridiculous! Our group had rooms on two different floors. The stairs were all the time closed off (why?!), so we had to wait for the elevator even when just wanting to go 1 floor up or down. The lighting setup in the suites is very ambitious. However, some of the lights in the bathrooms could not be switched off manually. We had to wait for it to be switched off by timer. Not nice at bedtime for the children, as the light in the bathroom lightened up the bedroom as well.

This location is top notch! You really can’t beat being right in monisteraki square. The restaurant for breakfast looks right out onto the acropolis and the views are amazing. The roof top bar/restaurant hyper is also one of the best hot spots in the area with very good food. The room itself was also decent and modern enough.

There was no security to get into the hotel AT ALL! In a location right in monisteraki square anyone can walk right in and anyone going to hyper bar above can wander through the hotel. No key cards and no dead bolts on the doors. Having hyper bar above was extremely loud and we had to buy ear plugs to manage staying there. We were on the 5th floor so late night noise from the club on the 7th until 2am and early am noise from the restaurant opening at 7:30am on the 6th. One of the 2 elevators broke down and we got stuck on the working second one for a few minutes which was very scary but thankfully it came back to the lobby. Not sure if an elevator technician. Came at all as it was the weekend.

Right in Monastiraki, this hotel could not be in a better position if it tried. Literally everything is on your doorstep, from the interesting markets that went in all directions from the square to an incredible choice of restaurants. Pretty much everything is within walking distance from this hotel. A walk to the base of The Acropolis took no more than 30 minutes. The rooftop restaurant had a wonderful view of The Parthenon as did our hotel window. Room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory & staff friendly.

Couple of things bugged me. The TV would not connect to any apps so watching Netflix was a problem. Also, the large rain shower head was partially blocked & instead of a fine shower spray, it was more like huge rain drops. Fortunately the smaller shower head worked. Surprised that the cleaning staff missed this & a little letdown I think considering how much this place has going for it.

The location was perfect. The rooftop is the best in the area. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and nice, the afternoon/Night Shift staff of the rooftop were perfect. I strongly recommend the hotel, just avoid the breakfast.

The breakfast was an absolute disaster and don’t recommend it to anyone. They brought one slice of bread divided for two people and the bread was stale and probably toasted for hours. We asked to replace the cake with fruit and said no, and the banana cake was similar to the bread, definitely not fresh. We asked for the person in charge and she did not even apologize and then on top of that they decided to clean the already cleaned tables around ours and the cloth was dirty and smelled horribly.

Great central location opposite Monastiraki Square. The room was comfortable with great Wi-Fi, a medium-sized sofa, and an exceptional bathroom. The reception staff were very polite. The room also had plugs with USB ports. Access to each floor from the stairs required a password. They offer luggage storage after check-out if your travel plans are later in the day.

Occasionally, you could hear noise from the hotel corridor. There was only one kind of bed pillow, which was a bit tall, making it uncomfortable to sleep without neck pain. The elevators were almost always busy, sometimes with long lines, as there is a rooftop bar on the 7th floor.

Exceptional view from king suite. Rooftop bar is great. Reception personnel great. Entrance makes you worried because it's in between shops and set back from street but otherwise great place. Location is perfect for walking to all major sites, restaurants, shops. Look at pictures for view from room (king suite 401 is huge with windows on 2 sides).

Breakfast buffet is ok, 15 euros but plenty of places right outside the door for breakfast.

Great location good area lots of options nearby for everything.. food.. sights transport etc.. the rooms are nice and clean and aircon works fantastic.. was very hot 38 when we stayed..

Was pretty happy..

Clean and modern close to markets. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very good. It was welcome after a long day of travelling. Air conditioning was also better than other rooms we had stayed in making it more comfortable.

Room was much smaller than expected and lift was extremely small. For two people’s luggage and us we only just fit. Room we had was right near the lift / stairwell and could hear all the noise of those in the hallway. If we weren’t as tired as we were it might have been more bothersome.
