The hotel and the room were quiet, pristine and felt safe. The location was in a prime spot, situated on a secluded back street of a busy and buzzing area in the city - with lots of options to go for food and drinks. The hostess, Anna, was always very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay in there if we ever go back to Athens again.

Just as a friendly suggestion, it would have been a nice gesture if we had been provided with complimentary water every day, as part of their daily housekeeping service.

The location was great,next to the center and all the night life. The team was very friendly. The bad was very comfortable,there was always warm water in the shower.

We arrived after our flight in 9:00, we asked if we can check in earlier but they said it’s not possible and it will be ready after 11:00, long story short we get the room just about 13:00 and we were very tired and it was very hot outside and the air conditioning in the wine bar was very low which was very uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. Especially the bathroom. There wasn’t a good smell that you’re expecting to from a suite. But overall it was ok. They didn’t clean the room once we were there, so it was unpleasant in some point. The elevator is very small and serves the rooftop also, sometimes it was very stinky. The balcony was tiny.

The location was excellent, at walking distance of all main highlights. There is a supermarket around the corner and plenty of coffee / food options close by. The room and bathroom are comfortable, especially the bathroom is spacious. Communication was smooth and had no issues.

It is quite noisy, not from outside but the door/walls/ceilings are quite thin which makes it easy to hear rolling of suitcases upstairs or people walking around in the hallway/opening doors. For me it wasn't a huge issue, but light sleepers might want to bring some earplugs

Very good location right in the heart of Athens, few minutes walk to Plaka, Monastiraki Square, a lot of shops and restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay, the room was clean, we had coffee for every morning, organic shower product and the staff was very friendly. Also 10% off at the rooftop restaurant. Anna was very kind and helped us with everything we needed, including late check out (because our flight was late in the evening), so we can enjoy our last day in Athens. Thank you!

The suite was located in the perfect area. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops, monastiraki square. There is also a train station near by which is important. Our host was helpful in requesting transportation and checking in to make sure we were happy with our stay. The suite was very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Very central location. Quiet neighbourhood and accessible to the restaurants and train station. Everything is only a few minutes walk and the room was spacious and had great amenities

Safe did not have a key so couldn't lock anything away. Wifi speed a bit slow but maybe because we stayed on the 3rd floor.

Nice room and great bathroom. The rooftop bar was fun but no views. There was a dj in the evenings which was a fun idea but we only spent an evening and wanted to see Athens so didn't get to enjoy that . Great location for the metro taking you 13 mins to the port and 30 mins to airport and right in a lovely area.

All good. Room was modern and comfortable but with no views again. It had a fridge, kettle and iron which was great.

It’s in the perfect location close to all the shops cafes and restaurants. Anna and Costa and all the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

A kettle in the room would have been helpful as I need my coffee and soon as I wake up :-) But the positives far outweigh the one negative.

Beautiful little hotel, amazing roof top bar. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, everything is newly refurbished. Anna at the cafe was super friendly and helpful with our lagguage and helped us get around and feel at home. Great central location. Lots of pampering products in room, nespresso machine, etc.

Minor problem with shower as it isn't sealed well the water runs out to floor

Location was great! We were able to walk all over Athens from this spot. There were also great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing.

We weren’t able to sleep through the night as the hallway was very noisy and you could hear every sound! We were also disappointed that there was no reception desk as we assumed there would be from the listing.
