Really loved the staff , location, roof deck and the breakfast. We ended up with the room located on the deck. We ate breakfast on the deck each morning and really loved that. The view from the deck to the Acropolis was really nice too especially at night. We also ate dinner at the restaurant associated with the hotel and it was very good. We noticed that the area around the hotel was noisy and lively into the late hours of the night but we didn't hear anything once we were in our room which made it really easy to sleep.

Only thing that was a little bit of a pain was getting luggage up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Other than that it was great.

Really nice hotel in the center of Athens and within walking distance of every major landmark and going out districts. The room was cozy and clean, with a balcony from which we had an amazing view of the Acropolis. The staff, from the receptionist to the restaurant waiters, and including the cleaning ladies, were all welcoming and friendly. They also did their best to be helpful, especially when our trip got postponed by a day because of a national strike. The district is lively, with lots of bars and restaurants around. The Monastiraki subway station is a 5mn walk away.

The water pressure is too strong, so water from the toilet flush would often spill out of the bowl. The district is very lively, so expect a bit of noise until late at night (very bearable with the windows closed). The hotel is also facing a church, the bell of which will ring very loudly in the morning (at around 7am, if we remember correctly). Light sleepers, be warned.

The hotel is perfectly located! The staff is extremely friendly! There is a local restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served, which is included in the hotel stay. You can choose your breakfast from the menu, it’s not a buffet. For five days in a row, I had avocado toast because it was perfectly prepared! The rooms are beautiful, the only downside is that there are no doors on the shower cabin in the bathroom, and the bathroom is small, so after one shower, everything got wet. Water splashed around the shower area a lot. That’s the only complaint, and I hope they will fix it soon. Everything else is a solid 10!

The only issue is that the shower cabin doesn't have a door.

The hotel's location is great. It is located only few minutes walk from the Monastiraki square. It is also within walking distance from the majority of the landmarks in Athens including the Acropolis. There are numerous food options available and a supermarket near by, which the guest will also find them convenient to use. The breakfast is provided by the restaurant that the hotel partners with on the first floor. The guests can also receive discount in there for lunch and dinner. It was a pleasant surprise to receive complimentary drinks from the hotel to celebrate our special occasion.

It would be better if the hotel could accommodate early check-in.

Everything was excellent! An unforgettable stay!What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. They truly made us feel like home. The housekeeping staff are amazing and the cleanliness also exceeds the expectations. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity we could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend Athens City View Urban Suites, and we will definitely choose you again!

Everything was perfect!

We stayed twice. The location was excellent, well placed around exceptional eating options and a straight shot to the Parthenon, if you have a room with a balcony you’ll be able to step out and see it. We loved the breakfast options! Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

There was a little bit of odd noise, maybe folks moving furniture on the rooftop, but surmountable. Some minor maintenance was required but we left a note about that and it was apparently addressed. A flight of stairs before you get to the elevator (they do have some kind of stairwell lift if you need accessibility, and staff assisted with bags).

Hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It is in a great location for visiting the Acropolis and other Athens attractions. The room was big for a city hotel and had a nice bathroom, shower and balcony with a partial view of Acropolis. Easy access to Monastiraki metro station. Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

It was not a problem for us, but hotel is above restaurant so there is not a formal lobby or elevator from street level. There was a chair type lift that could be used for access from street level but we just used the stairs.

The staff was very friendly and kind, helped me with everything🥹 The view is amazing! And the location is cool: lots of coffee shops and cafes. I really enjoyed my stay. I definitely now have a favourite place to stay in Athens:)

The only thing was just a little bit uncomfortable is that it was pretty loud outside at night and i didn’t notice first that there were earplugs in my room. But when i finally have found the earplugs - the problem was solved. So basically the hotel thought through even this situation and offered you the earplugs in the room😍

We were there for 1 week, and it exceeded all the expectations we had. The staff was awesome! Just after arriving, the staff explained to us all the things we should do in Athens, and provided us with the room with the best views without extra cost. In any request we had, they were more than happy to help us. We included breakfast and dinner, and it was perfect. It covered more than we could eat, and the staff in the restaurant was awesome! One day we arrived at 00.00 from the airport, and we asked if they could prepare some food for us, and they brought it directly to the room!! The location is just some meters from all the points of interest of Athens. On the last day, we were also gifted with some drinks from Greece. It is with a difference our best trip ever!

Not having been more time there

I recently stayed at the Athens City View hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the super friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The à la carte breakfast offered a delightful variety of dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. It was a fantastic way to start each day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, the combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a prime location makes the Athens City View hotel a top choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended!
