Everything. Super friendly and easy check in. Spot on breakfast and additional a la carte breakfast dishes available each morning. One morning we ordered a variety of the breakfast items + a la carte breakfast dishes to our room. It was brilliant. Amazing service every time we needed room service. The house maids work like stealth. Super fast, very good and you hardly feel/see them. Amazing views of the Acropolis and the location is bang in the centre. Most hotels get weird if you order food online, but they were so helpful they wanted to make sure we had everything to enjoy the food in our room. Overall I have been going Athens for 20 years, staying in many 4* to 5* hotels, this is the best so far.

Very quick check-in and check-out, very friendly staff, you cannot go wrong when receiving an upgraded room. The room is very nice, spacious with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Free minibar! The breakfast is basic and sufficient.

The wifi signal was weak, had problems with my laptop to stay connected all the time. Smoking neighbours, the smoke somehow enters our bathroom en bedroom through the ventilation system. I mentioned it to the reception and they would have a look, but I guess you can't watch ignorant people 24/7.

Very central and yet off the hustle & bustle of tourists. Gave us the opportunity to explore other neighbourhoods other than Ermou/Plaka etc. We got a free upgrade to a suite w/ Acropolis view which was very nice. The hotel & the room itself was very clean and they provided a bowl for my pet. They unfortunately did not have a dog bed for my pup to use during our stay. The staff were all very polite & kind. They even prepared a breakfast box with whatever we wanted before we checked out around 2:40 am to the airport.

The TV was a bit confusing on how to operate but didn’t really use it that much.

The location was fabulous- right in the heart of Athens with an Athenian feel to it. It was easy to get to all the ancient sites from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the efficient air conditioning was perfect in the August heat. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.

There were no wash rooms on the ground floor and the website pictures were slightly misleading as it did not make it clear that the roof terrace with the Acropolis view was only available to occupants of the penthouse suite.

Everything was beyond our expectations, really! The location is conveniently located literally next to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Everything is at a walkable distance. The hotel (room and common areas) was extremely clean and tidy with attention to every detail. The room was so beautiful and spacious and the view was breathtaking. The bed, big and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Selection from a small buffet and some a la carte options. The staff was truly the most attentive hotel staff we’ve ever came across. Polite, helpful and they go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. We really thank and appreciate each and every one of you for making our stay in Athens perfect!

Nothing negative, just noting that the entrance of the hotel is located in a small alley next to the main road which can make it bit little tricky to find the first time if you are getting there by taxi. Also, due to the hotel being located close to the night-life area, it can get a little noisy during the weekend at nights. The windows do block out most of the sound, but not 100%.

It was new so everything was great. Staff were exceptional they would go out of their way to help you. We only ate breakfast at the hotel food was beautiful they had everything you wanted. Also the hotel was central to everything. Perfect spot. I would certainly stay there again.

To be honest I can’t say anything that I didn’t like about the hotel. Maybe a few more English channels, however it didn’t bother us too much as we were out most of the day. Definitely a five star in my opinion.

1.Staffs & services were very good. 2.The shower room was pretty spacial. 3.The view of Acropolis from the balcony was breath taking. Worth ordering a nice original cocktail apéritif from the hotel and enjoy it with the view. 4.The breakfast is up to standard, there were a great list of hot dishes, such as egg benedict, scrambled eggs, different pancakes....all tasty. 5.Amenities kits in the shower room are great.

1.The noise isolation is quite lousy. In day time you'll heard a lot of things from the corrido. In the night, the hotel was right located upon 3 bars/clubs, and the double layer window is poorly installed, even with it entirely closed, ou'll heard everything downstair. You'll not only heard the music but even the lyrics, people screaming from the bars/clubs, car noises from the road etc. I 54dB noise measured with a decibel meter at 2 a.m. Saturday. 2. The mini bar was completely empty, but you can order anything from the frontdesk at anytime. Still not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. 3. There were small cracks on the walls, espacially in the shower room.

The hotel and room were just what we wanted for the Athens portion of our honeymoon trip to Greece! The facilities were nice, we loved the included breakfast and buffet, and had a very warm experience with the concierge and other staff. We appreciated receiving a personalized note and treats to celebrate our honeymoon, and felt taken care of. We also enjoyed the central location of the hotel since we were exploring central Athens and could easily walk to most of our destinations during our stay. We also enjoyed having a spacious room with a large balcony that included a view of the Acropolis!

We didn't have any complaints and overall had a very nice experience at Perianth.

We booked your hotel for $420 per night because you advertised a room with a view of the Acropolis. When we arrived in our room the only view was from the small balcony when sitting at the small balcony table and chairs only one person could see the Acropolis. We discussed this with the front desk and they graciously moved us to a room with a beautiful view out of ever window😀🙏 The breakfast was phenomenal, just delicious! Every member of the staff we encountered were just amazing!!!

The property is in a prime location just a few steps from cafes restaurants and bars The staff were very friendly and mostly obliging Markets and shopping is five minutes walk away, great shower

The noise, The Noise, THE NOISE, it started about 5.00pm and went on until after midnight every night, wearing ear plugs was a solution offered by reception, our room 205 was double glazed but you might as well of left the door open to the deck outside
