The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with bars, restaurants close by. Metro Station withing 5-6 minute walk. Breakfast was good.

The hotel copied our id cards/passports on check in. They said it's the procedure but made us feel uncomfortable and since we weren't informed in advance (not mentioned in the site) we didn't really have an option. The hotel should just see the id/passport, write down the number....not copy it. The copies were returned to us upon check out but still - one could have made other copies.

Our family of six recently had the pleasure of staying at Pure Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels from February 14-17, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We booked a family suite and a double standard room, both of which were beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The family suite provided ample space for us to relax comfortably, and the double standard room was equally well-appointed. The modern decor and thoughtful amenities made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. They even arranged a shuttle service for our arrival and departure, which made our travel so much smoother—such a thoughtful and convenient touch! The breakfast each morning was outstanding. There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, catering to all of our preferences. The selection of pastries, fresh fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. It was the perfect way to start our days exploring Athens! The location of the hotel was also fantastic—convenient to many of the city’s attractions while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room was lovely and the bed was wonderful - I rarely sleep so well in hotel beds. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful, esp over Booking messages, and the breakfasts were outstanding. Also the bar on roof was great. Not much of a view but the bartender was so friendly and a master mixologist.

Our only complaint was that the jacuzzi jets on the tub on the balcony weren't working. But it was still a nice soak after a day of walking around Athens.

I stayed at the hotel with my family — 13 of us in total. A lot could have gone wrong, but everything was great! The staff were super helpful, patient, and always smiling. The rooms and the whole hotel were very clean, and the location was perfect — we could walk everywhere easily. The breakfast was also amazing — just like at home. I highly recommend this place! Actually, we all highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome location with modern rooms and facilities. The area felt very safe and was conveniently located near many food and shopping options, with about a 10-minute walk to Monastiraki station. The breakfast was delicious, with an ample selection of high-quality meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, and various Greek delicacies.

The hotel is situated near a few very popular bars. There was significant noise pollution at night during the weekends. The views from the rooms were not that great, facing mostly drab concrete apartments.

Everything & more you might need for your Athens stay !! Perfect location - in center of anywhere but still quiet and remote from the city rush. Excelent breakfast, proffesional and welcoming staff. Special thanks to amazing Celia and Daria. Would definatly return.

It could be nice if it had an inhouse spa, but there are many around the hotel in 3 minutes walk so its not too bad.

The breakfast and the localization of the Hotel are wonderful ! It's very nice to be in the heart of Athens !

It is a "boutique hotel", but we miss a comfort lounge at the entrance; the one that exists is too cold... it's important to have a nice "social place" to stay, and not only inside your bedroom. Even if you stay 4 nights at the hotel, nobody really recognized us, because the reception people was always changing; we missed a little bit of welcome... and we think that you could install a swimming-pool (even a small one) in the roof, with the lounge bar... it would be a wonderful place to stay at the warm summer evenings !!!

First of all, the location of the hotel is great. You can easily reach everywhere by walking and the hotel’s neighborhood is good. In addition the Hotel is new and clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also quite sufficient compared to similar class hotels. The room was cleaned every day and our towels were changed. The hotel generally met our expectations. If we come to Athens again we may consider staying.

We stayed in an economy room. The room overlooked the apartment space. Even though the top and side of the apartment space are open, it is not easy for the sun to enter the room. If you want a room facing completely outside, we do not recommend the economy room.We did not mind this as we accepted this situation and stayed with it.

The location is great, in the city center, close to many restaurants and attractions. The room was on the smallish side but comfortable with huge bathroom. There was a safe-box, coffee machine and mini fridge available. Breakfast was nice, a variety of cold and hot dishes.

The walls a re pretty thin so if you have a bad luck to have noisy neighbors this could be a problem at 2.50 a.m. The bathroom design is great, but the lightning above the bathroom sink serves only as decoration and nothing much else.

We liked everything at Pure Hotel. It's not the first time booking a room here. Every time we come to Athens we stay here and we love it. The rooms are super clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is perfect, the staff is super kind and friendly, the breakfast is great so for us it's a ten out of ten. We hope to come back soon.
