The hotel is in a very good, central location. The room was really clean, which is rare to see in hotels. The room is exactly as it looks in the pictures, for me it was big enough and comfortable. Opening the doors via website functioned without problem.

The impersonal nature of the hotel (you can only talk to someone via whatsapp) may not be for everyone. For example, my last day I couldn’t find a taxi to go to the airport and only after half hour of waiting I found out there was a strike. Wouldn’t be the case if there was a receptionist.

The hotel has a perfect location in a lively part of central Athens, full buzz and great restaurants. The check-in process was easy and smooth and the room very smart and comfortable. We loved the welcoming touches: the nice bar of chocolate and the great big comfy bed for our dog. And the huge TV with zillions of channels was very nice too.

We did not particularly like the frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower areas They looked smart, but made a terrible noise when you tried to open them - particularly annoying if you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Anyone else asleep in the room was certain to be awakened by the noise.

This was the first 'digital' hotel I have stayed at and thoroughly enjoyed the concept of accessing the building, the room and the facilities space. I really liked that 3rd party providers were used for breakfast and gym facilities, thought it was really clever and was a really good concept to show a code and there's your access to breakfast or the gym. It makes sense to use these 3rd parties that are experts in their fields and not a part of the hotel. For example, most gyms in hotels suck hard and only have a few hand weights, a treadmill and a skipping rope, by partnering with an actual gym the facilities were so much bigger and with greater variety.

There was one of those 'Polaroid' cameras in thee room asking you to take pics of your trip - thought that was a top idea, which it is - but upon investigation there was no physical film in it. The space where it was hanging asked you to take pics and either leave them behind or take with you - but no film in there (assumed it would be in there as it invited you to click away). That is thee only thing I could think of at a stretch, thats the only thing.

The location is just perfect. Also, the immediate online feedback from the staff is amazing.

Unfortunately, they do not supply cleaning services under 6 days. While we were able to get fresh towels from the laundry room, we accumulated rubbish which we kept in our room. In hindsight, we could have asked them if they could just take the rubbish but we didn’t know if that was possible. Also, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and made too many noises when one turns from side to side. In our case, a child slept there, but wouldn’t imagine an adult sleeping on it.

Property is perfectly located to visit Athens on foot. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Though no human reception presence is available on site, the team reach out via msgs to make sure the stay is no less than perfect. Breakfast options are both very good (though folk is our overall favorite). The staff and food at folk are exceptional. The hotel is surrounded by narrow streets full of authentic character and with plenty of dining options which is very convenient for families traveling with children. Though it is next to restaurants and bars we couldn’t hear noise from the 3rd floor. The giveaways and the polaroid camera are sweet touches to the stay and well appreciated. Would definitely return and recommend!

The location was perfection, close to EVERYTHING! The room was amazing, we could even see the Acropolis which lit up beautifully at night! The breakfast was superb!! We couldn’t even finish it there was soooo much on our plate, and a great selection to choose from! But the staff were a stand out for me, especially one lady Effie… she went above and beyond for us, we had medication for my daughter which needed refrigerating though unfortunately the mini fridge wasn’t working, she saw to it that the medication was taken care of and was soooo upset that this happened to us, she was the kindest, most loving and hard working lady I have ever experienced in my travels, both the ladies looking after housekeeping were soooo friendly and superb at what they do! I WILL go back to Bob when I return to Greece!!!

This hotel concept is amazing! The rooms were very confortable, spacious and modern. All necessary amenities were included, despite relying on little staff. We appreciated the complimentary tote bag 😀. I also think the price was amazing for the quality offered.

The rooms could be cleaner, we could see dust piles under the bed. Additionally (this is not necessarily a negative comment, more like a suggestion), it would be useful if there was a keycard in the room that we could carry around, as relying on remote access through the application proved to be a challenge when we almost ran out of battery.

Location was totally perfect. At the hearth of everything. Every place that you will visit in your Atina trip was only about 7-8 mins walk distance (Monastraki, Plaka, Sintagma…) Room was amazing and the furniture was very modern and new. They are thinking every detail, even phone charge cables:) Digital key code system is working well and ita so easy to enter the building and room. For the guests who will have a car, there is a carpark (Parking Klaftmonos) at 200 mt distance and it has a electic car charger as well We will stay BOB at our next Atina trip.

The only thing that caused me not to give 10 points was the bell ring of church which is located 15 metres far from building. Hotel is face to face with the church and the church bell starts ringing at 7 pm. For the ones who is a light sleeper way be unconfortable.

Comfortable, modern room with the added benefit of a kettle, tea and freshly ground local coffee. The room was exactly as depicted in the photographs. The location is a five minute walk from Monastiraki Square, with nice restaurants nearby.

The shower and toilet opening directly onto the bed area was a bit odd, as was the opaque glass. More suitable for couples than mother and daughter. The bells of the nearby church were loud, and there was some street noise, but you get used to it. The interior sound proofing was excellent. Bob should provide mugs as well as those tiny cups! The camera had no film, which really disappointed my daughter. But these are small complaints in the scheme of things.
