The hotel has a perfect location in a lively part of central Athens, full buzz and great restaurants. The check-in process was easy and smooth and the room very smart and comfortable. We loved the welcoming touches: the nice bar of chocolate and the great big comfy bed for our dog. And the huge TV with zillions of channels was very nice too.

We did not particularly like the frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower areas They looked smart, but made a terrible noise when you tried to open them - particularly annoying if you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Anyone else asleep in the room was certain to be awakened by the noise.

The location is just perfect. Also, the immediate online feedback from the staff is amazing.

Unfortunately, they do not supply cleaning services under 6 days. While we were able to get fresh towels from the laundry room, we accumulated rubbish which we kept in our room. In hindsight, we could have asked them if they could just take the rubbish but we didn’t know if that was possible. Also, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and made too many noises when one turns from side to side. In our case, a child slept there, but wouldn’t imagine an adult sleeping on it.

Location was totally perfect. At the hearth of everything. Every place that you will visit in your Atina trip was only about 7-8 mins walk distance (Monastraki, Plaka, Sintagma…) Room was amazing and the furniture was very modern and new. They are thinking every detail, even phone charge cables:) Digital key code system is working well and ita so easy to enter the building and room. For the guests who will have a car, there is a carpark (Parking Klaftmonos) at 200 mt distance and it has a electic car charger as well We will stay BOB at our next Atina trip.

The only thing that caused me not to give 10 points was the bell ring of church which is located 15 metres far from building. Hotel is face to face with the church and the church bell starts ringing at 7 pm. For the ones who is a light sleeper way be unconfortable.

Comfortable, modern room with the added benefit of a kettle, tea and freshly ground local coffee. The room was exactly as depicted in the photographs. The location is a five minute walk from Monastiraki Square, with nice restaurants nearby.

The shower and toilet opening directly onto the bed area was a bit odd, as was the opaque glass. More suitable for couples than mother and daughter. The bells of the nearby church were loud, and there was some street noise, but you get used to it. The interior sound proofing was excellent. Bob should provide mugs as well as those tiny cups! The camera had no film, which really disappointed my daughter. But these are small complaints in the scheme of things.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an excellent experience. I appreciated receiving all the necessary information, such as how to access the outer door and my room, as well as the Wi-Fi password, prior to my arrival. Opening both doors was straightforward, and the room was impeccably clean. Thank you for upgrading me to a homy room, which was much more spacious than the comfy room I booked. The team made my arrival pleasant, and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and teas provided. The toiletries, especially the hair conditioner, were top-notch and made my hair feel soft. Although there is no room service, this was not an issue for me. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to many attractions. I stayed for four nights and felt very safe throughout my stay. If I travel to Athens again, I would definitely choose this hotel. For those deciding on breakfast options, there are two places to eat: one just down the stairs attached to the hotel and another that I didn’t visit. If you prefer convenience, the downstairs option is good, although the same menu might become repetitive. However, the flavors, especially the feta cheese, were excellent. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again but would likely opt out of the breakfast to enjoy the many nearby dining options instead.

I would not include breakfast. The location is close to everywhere and there are many options for the same price.(15EUR) Taxis do not enter the area. (I only saw one or two in the morning when it is not crowded.) The location is not suitable for car access. If you want to call a taxi, you can go out on the street (it doesn't matter which direction you go) and call one. Dont worry, it is close. You can use Uber

Excellent place to any adjacent places like cafes/restaurants/and other major attractions on foot. I really like the interior design, and the basin is set outside of the toilet. The check-in/-out processes are smooth for me and the communication with the staff as well. Great that they provide the earplugs (but I use my swimming kind of earplugs, which is more effective but may be uncomfortable for some) as sometimes it might get noisy downstairs, and I am a light sleeper.

The water from the shower place will leak into the toilet next to it. There's no drain hole there so I can only use the mat to absorb the water, a bit inconvenient but I can ask for extra mats.

It was a great hotel, great location, clean and very modern. We liked its location the most, whenever you would go you would always come to hotel in a matter of minutes. The room was clean, modern with nice bed, smell, tv and evrything you need, they even had a extra things like, chocolate, tea, organic coffee and french press, instant photo camera for free, some stickers and bags this extra tiny details made this experience even better.

Only things thats bothered us was Church bells starting at 6:00Am and another thing was that the man was standing in the corner near the hotel and playing saxophone on very loud noice starting from 9:00 Am on Saturday, so we could not sleep well in the Holliday afternoon. Another thing is that all doors are operated through mobile app and codes, nobody was there to help if we had some kind of problem, once there system was down and we and all the other hotel guest could not enter the room for 1 hour.

The hotel is very central , close to everywhere. In some 300 meters on Athina street you can find the metro station Monastiraki. It takes you to walk in a safe Vyssis street just 2 minutes. To Ermou street( the main shopping street in Athens ) its also just in 5 min walk , to Sintagma square 10 -16 min walk. Many nice restaurants very near. The Falk restaurant is in same building ( very tasty food by the way) . Ok, now about the new sistem . No reception here, but the chat is always active. You seem to have a very good friend living here in Athens, always ready to come for help. Its great experience. I liked feeling safe . And a good present was late check out as I joined the inner Circle. The room is big with everything you need, even more ,and a nice bag to take as memory from Athens. I will return here, or to any other Bob w hotel in other cities.
