Lovely boutique hotel within walking distance to major landmarks, room was the perfect size for two travelers, everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offerings were an added bonus. I was also fond of the birdcage in the lobby, and how well-kept the bird was. Learning that the hotel was a repurposed textile factory was a nice bit of added history.

More written information/instructions would have been nice, but not necessary. Television channel guide, information about the surrounding area, mini bar prices, not to flush toilet paper. (we knew this before arriving, but it might be helpful and prevent accidental plumbing mishaps)

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Athens. The hotel is cozy, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is incredible – always helpful, welcoming, and ready with a smile. Last night, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and a cheese platter, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They also provided biscuits, sweets, and hot drinks throughout the day at the reception. We will definitely return!

The breakfast had a limited selection, but it was still sufficient. The cleanliness could be improved.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Athens4 Hotel and it was an outstanding experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making our stay extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, situated close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special highlight was the surprise we received on our last night – a bottle of wine and a platter of meats and cheeses. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend Athens4 Hotel to anyone visiting Athens. It’s a gem in the heart of the city!

This property is well located - close to Monastyraki Square, railway station, Plaka, the HOHO bus stop and has lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. The Acropolis is about a 25 minute walk from here. The staff were fantastic and it was easy to check-in after hours when our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the whole place was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The foyer always smelt great when entering the hotel.

We liked everything here - no complaints!

It’s central location and the size of the hotel. Most of the attractions in Athens are within easy walking distance - with the metro and many buses nearby. The buffet breakfast was fresh with excellent variety and options. Our double room was comfortable and well maintained by the house staff. All of the staff were immensely helpful and polite.

The local area in Athens is vibrant - well into the night. Some might find that noisy but that is a feature of this area.

We had a family suite and there was enough space for the 4 of us. Parents' bed was large and very comfortable, however the bunk-bed of the kids was not too comfy and was a bit shaky. Our son eventually landed in our big bed. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly at the check-in and during the breakfast. We could leave our suitcases in the hotel after check-out to continue sight-seeing until the evening before our late flight back.

There were two sinks in our spacious bathroom but we missed a shelf, even a portable one, where we could simply store our cosmetics. Also, wi-fi was not too fast.

Everytg. All the female staffs there were friendly n helpfull. They suggested good places to see n were always patience everytime the kids finish breakfast late. The hotel staff including the house keeping went extra mile by providing games n also a small tent with lots of balls for the kids in the room. For the baby they provided a baby cot n small pillow which is suitable for the baby. They provided juice for the kids, donuts and also small tidbits in the room. Room were cleaned daily. It was good stay for family( 5 of us; 2 adults n 3 childrens aged 6 months, 9 and 12 yrs)

If the breakfast can have more variety. The toilet flooring is a bit slippery due to the type of flooring/ tiles used. Probably have to be a bit careful esp for old people. Otherwise everytg else was great

The location of this hotel really couldn’t be any better. It’s on a quiet street but still only a minute away from everything. Considering it’s a 3-star accommodation, the rooms are finished to a really high standard, are spacious enough, comfortable, and very clean. You are given little treats from house keeping, water and nespresso capsules. The whole hotel smells great, including the rooms; there is no bad smell in the bathroom as is often the case in Athens. The breakfast is really good too; simple but high quality consisting of breads, cheeses, ham, eggs, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, nuts, spreads and sweets. The staff were also really nice, we were even given a little holiday gift as we stayed over New Year. The whole service is reminiscent of a 5-star hotel, much nicer than any 4-star hotel I’ve stayed in.

This is purely down to personal preference—and I know this is very common in boutique hotels—but I wasn’t fond of the glass door to the toilet. Aside from offering no privacy, if anyone gets up during the night to use it they’ll be disturbing anyone else in the room due to the light and noises from the toilet and sink. We didn’t have any issues with noise from the street, but from inside the hotel. The rooms are soundproof but the doors are not, so you can hear a lot of noise (kids screaming, for instance) that travels through the hallway. We were also disturbed by the elevator door slamming and people outside our room. We would definitely stay again if these two issues were rectified!

The hotel Location is very convenient to stroll in the old district. Breakfast is simple but effcient and fresh. The room was large and very clean. The bed was a real single single bed!

My room was at 1st floor, the first day a large tourist group was very noisy at the lobby. For longs hours in the afternoon they kept talking very laudly, I had diffculties to rest and sleep after the long hours of traveling..

Very friendly staff , nice decor and very clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the shower as well with very good water pressure which is a must for me :)

The mirror was in very inconvenient place right next to the bed and wall with no space to stand to have full view. It would be also be nice to have a smaller mirror next to the dresser which can be used to hair dry , makeup etc.
