Its really close to the center of athens. 5min walking distance from the subway. The service was really good. Everyone was very kind and explained to me What would be the best way to visit the city. If you need transportation to or from the airport they can arrange that aswell at the time that you’d prefer. Also the reception is open 24/7.

The only thing that didn’t go according to plan for me was that the staff forgot to gave me a wake up call to leave to the airport and forgot to give me a breakfast box to have in my way to the airport, since I had an early flight.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed – simple but comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is also a big plus – just a short 5-minute walk from Monastiraki Square and the Central Market. Most sights are easy to reach on foot. All in all, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely consider coming back on my next visit to Athens.

We asked for a lunch box the previous evening because we were leaving very early the next day (before breakfast), but they forgot to do it and the boxes weren't made the next morning. They made it pretty quickly, but only after we asked them to.

The staff is very nice, the location is relatively close to the center with a 2 minute walk from Ermu Street, the room is small but enough for a couple

There is no variety in breakfast, especially for those who don't eat meat. The shower in the room is open so when you shower all the water sprays all over the shower room and the whole floor fills with water after every shower. We arrived late one evening and the hotel was closed and there was no one at the reception so we waited outside until someone happened to hear and opened it for us. The building next door is undergoing renovations so at 8am we could already hear construction work. Our room was close to the elevator and the door was apparently not sealed so we could hear every person walking in the hallway and talking

The hotel was very well appointed and was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way, offering help and advise on the best way to see the beautiful city of Athens. The hotel was in a superb location for walking around discovering the city and is situated in a lovely quiet lane. There are plenty of very nice restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk and the area is safe even at night. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights 18th-24th November and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Athens on foot. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and we will be back.

This is not really a complaint but the system for keeping the hot food hot at breakfast time is not sufficient as the food was sometimes not really hot enough. That being said, the variety of breakfast foods on offer is excellent and we still enjoyed it.

Great breakfast. Lots of choices. No reason to go hungry. The room was clean and the housekeeper did a good job. The location was a little hard to find (typical in this area) but was very close to.lots of dining choices.

The room was smallish but nothing that made the stay difficult. The design of the shower enclosure made using the rain shower head a problem with splashing water all over the bathroom. Thankfully, there was an optional shower wand. However, the partial enclosure of the shower made it easy to drench the bathroom with the wand, too.

Breakfast was more than expected. Lots of choice. Room/bathroom had lots of storage, very clean, modern, has a small fridge, soap & shampoo supplied + hairdryer Close to metro, shopping, restaurants Off the Main Street so quieter. Has elevator.

I’m sure if we had asked these issues would have been remedied but 1)Remote for heating not working well? 2)Only 1 key card for 2 people. We never asked for another though! 3)more cream needed to be supplied for the tea/coffee in the room-we never asked for more! 4)extra blanket & pillows would have been nice in room…again we did not question. Nothing was an issue for our short 2 night stay so we never mentioned.

Central property, near Monastiraki station - Relatively close to monuments such as the Acropolis and the Plaka area The room was spacious and with nice views - You could see the Acropolis from the window which was nice Very kind and helpful staff - Available to support with any queries I had. At check-out, I was given the opportunity to leave my luggage and collect it later in the day as I had a late flight back

I had the impression that the hotel facilities looked a bit old - the overall experience was great, but perhaps a point worth mentioning

Very central in Athens Air conditioning Staff very helpful and friendly. The reception staff went out of their way to help us. Smiling all day. Clean hotel . Very Technological hotel. Continental breakfast available 6 floor hotel. Small reception area with housed the bar and it was comfortable area. If I return to Athens I would use this hotel About 50 mins from airport.

First night the room had a sofa bed which was extremely hard and uncomfortable and was charged extra for the pleasure of sleeping on it. They had no room to move us too.. hotel should provide a mattress for such bed. No air conditioning in the landings. Taxi service in Athens seemed to really over charge us and had an attitude with handling luggage . Fasten seat belts as they have no fear on the roads and narrow streets of Athens.The taxis had nothing to do with the hotel, just though I would mention it to make people aware.

The location was great, walking distance to Monastariki station and the Plaka, surrounded by restaurants and shops, but not noisy. Walking distance to all the main sites as well. They provided a good breakfast selection, the room was comfortable and clean, and a few issues with the sink in the bathroom were resolved immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel as a great mid-range option. Another bonus was the cost of sending out laundry was very cheap compared to other hotels I stayed in.
