Extra towels, toaster at breakfast

The hotel is in a very good location, easy access to the metro and also within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable upon our arrival. We appreciated the Nuxe brand cosmetics and breakfast. We also appreciated that they made our room available for an earlier check-in.

It would have been nice to have an iron or steamer provided for our clothes. Also, the bathroom door was glass and did not fully close, so be aware. More of an FYI that the only USB charging outlets are on the desk, not next to the bed.

The room was beautiful with terrazzo floors and a spacious balcony. I wish we had time to use the outdoor bathtub. The bed was comfortable and there were some free snacks and water included. Great location close to transit and some of the cooler cocktail clubs! Breakfast was a decent selection.

Our room didn't have any toilet paper when we checked in, and there were no staff available in the evening so it was the following morning that they could bring it. They initially did not know that we had already paid the tourist/City tax when we checked out and tried to charge us again. However these were just small things and didn't impact the quality of our stay!

The location couldn’t be better, staff was very helpful and friendly.

We paid $300 per night for a “hot tub” terrace suite. The hot tub ended up being a bath tub. So it was empty and had no jets. To fill it up took almost an hour or more which led to us just not using it. I would have booked other rooms if I knew I wouldn’t get any use out of the tub, and saved.m myself hundreds of dollars but it was my birthday and I wanted a hot tub. Also, for the price our towels were not in great shape, there was no mirror outside of the bathroom (and no out outlet in the bathroom) and outlet by the bed wasn’t working. I think I just feel cheated out of €600 to be honest. The staff was so friendly and helpful but the room needs either a price adjustment or some upgrades to feel as luxurious as it should for €300 per night

The location right in the middle of the Monastiraki area is great. The beds are big and comfortable and the shower very good. Even though we were in the middle of everything, we slept just fine on a Saturday night. Basics you want from a hotel room were there.

The floor of the room is the old mosaic houses would have decades ago. Lovely in hallways & kitchens, but very cold & unattractive in a bedroom. Room was very big but felt bare without any colour and minimum paintings on the wall. Toilet roll holder was on the floor and edges of shower didn’t look very clean. Big bed pushed so close to the window there was very little space to walk around. Handtowels (the tiny square kind) were not changed. The hotel basically missed warmth & character.

the gal at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, especially since we came in late, and had to depart early the next morning. she was able to help us secure a taxi to the airport the next morning, and point us to yummy options for dinner too. we loved that this hotel was close to the square, but also tucked away and not too noisy. the view of the Acropolis was amazing too!!

the elevator is strange and small, but it works!

The location. The breakfast. The style. The helpfulness of the staff. Fantastic shower. The aircon. The quiet (despite being in the heart of Athens!)

The mattress was too soft for me. Never knew which light switch to use of the many to choose from, we just kept trying them till one worked. The curtains were very difficult to open and close, and were hanging off (probably from the last person that struggled) There was no plug socket near a mirror to style my hair. There needed to be a second mirror thats not in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for getting around Athens. It was clean. Staff friendly.

Wasn’t much to do in the hotel. The hot tub was just a large bath outside. The property was situated next to a night club, so on a Friday and Saturday night you could hear the music all night. The view from my room was of an empty run down building.

Location was very close to Monastiraki Square in one direction and the central market in the other. Lots of places to eat and drink in the side streets around the hotel. Breakfast was a excellent self service affair with cereals, yoghurt, pastries and a small range of cooked items. Our room was large with a big bathroom and huge walk in shower. Staff were very helpful and keen to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, happy to recommend restaurants and book them for us.

There were no real issues.

Amazing place and perfect location!!! Was our second stay in Athens after an Airbnb and would stay here again. The gentleman at reception let me leave my luggage there for the day after checkout which was a huge bonus. Clean spacious trendy room, better than pics. Breakfast was perfect and simple. Thoughtful touches throughout the hotel like iced water spots and baked treats.
