I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location was absolutely perfect—central and convenient, with everything within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Communication with the owner was excellent. They were always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. Upon arrival, I found the room to be very clean and well-prepared. There were drinks already stocked in the fridge, and toiletries were provided, which was a thoughtful touch. Cleaning could also be requested during the stay, which added to the overall comfort. I would definitely choose this location again for a future stay!

The floor was quite uneven, which made walking around a bit uncomfortable at times. However, this was a minor issue compared to all the positives.

The property is in an excellent location, literally seconds from excellent restuarants and bars. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had air con to combat the heat. The balcony with views of the Acropolis was a particular highlight and used regularly thoroughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future when visiting Athens.

Not a major issue but to get to the elevator you need to go up around 20 steps.

First - with 2 couples, we booked the Venus room which had a suite with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a kitchenette/seating area. It was perfect for what we needed. After a long day in the Athens heat and sun, it was so nice to rest and chill all together (while playing cards). Second - the cleaning crew was very kind to let us store our luggage until our room was ready. Third AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - Our host Yiannis was phenomenal! His overall communications (storing luggage, how to access the building and room, etc.) was timely and accurate. In person he had a smile on his face and was incredibly friendly. Yiannis even helped us plan and book our taxi ride to the airport. Great service!!!

The accommodation is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Athens, with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Its proximity to the Monastiraki metro station is especially convenient, not just for exploring the city, but also because it connects directly to the airport in about 40 minutes. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and, most importantly for me, the pillows are of great quality. Communication with the host is quick and efficient, and any issues are resolved promptly. This was my second stay, and definitely not my last.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant to criticize. If I had to mention something, perhaps a small personal preference or two, but nothing that impacted my overall experience.

The location of the apartment is amazing. Very quiet. The bathroom was clean and had enough space, and also the owner left us enough towels, and they came to clean the apartment at the middle of our stay

Facility is not that well maintained, the floor feels like it's about to collapse into itself. The small patio is not very clean and it has a lot of flies in it. The furniture are pretty old. And there is no place to leave the luggage after checkout. One thing you should know although the owner write it clearly, there are 20 stairs you have to take up to reach the apartment, so with a baby was a little bit uncomfortable

Amazing location, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Can see the Acropolis from apartment balcony. Super easy check in process. Mr Yannis explained everything in detail perfectly. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed.

Not a complaint really but just something you need to keep in mind. The elevator starts from Level 1 so you have to walk up a flight of stairs with luggage to get to the elevator.

We liked the spacious and clean room, in an ideal central spot in Athens. Walking distance (5 to 15minutes) from all landmarks. Minutes from the Monastiraki square. We chose the smallest room but it was larger than expected. The checking in info from the host was very clear and detailed. Lots of restaurants around. We took a transfer from the airport but used the X95 back from the Syntagma square, very convenient.

Omg the host was exceptional!! Super caring and adaptable! Second of all- his place is located in the very safe area and that helped me a lot because previously I booked a stay at the very shabby neighborhood!! The hotel is in a central and safe location, right in the heart of the city and close to Monastiraki metro station. The room was clean, with plenty of towels, toiletries and other essentials. The bed was comfortable.

Didn't pose a problem for me but you may hear some noise from the street due to its lively neighborhood. Also my room didn't get completely at night dark due to card reader's light.

The apartment is spacious, and is located in a very quiet part of town, and an hour away from the airport. However, there were lots of restaurants downstairs that offer authentic Greek food. It's a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum, and 6 minutes to the Monastiaraki. Highly recommended.

All is great, but a suggestion to extend the Internet range to reach the living room.
