good location

The apartment I stayed in was separated from the other apartment by a door. I could hear all the noise in the other flat.There must be a slipper in the apartment because the floor is cold

I loved the location. Cleaning staff was very helpful & nice. Room was nice & clean.

The elevator situation was not fun. The host for this apartment failed to mention how the elevators work so we thought we got stuck since the lights turned off. It was a horrible first experience. Host failed to help us get a taxi from the airport at 10am because it was too late (ridiculous since she didn’t even try to reach out for a taxi even if “it was too late”) host said 3pm is check in but when we went to our floor to have the cleaning crew keep our luggages in the mean time OUR ROOM WAS READY & host failed to mention we can check in early. Idk why they force you to wait until 3pm if the room is ready. Overall I didn’t like the lack of communication & rudeness of the host. Everything else was good

We stayed here a year ago when we visited Athens and loved its proximity to the Acropolis and to all of the night life downtown. I chose it again this time for our stay in Athens and it is still a fabulous place to stay. It is secure, clean, comfortable and quite and yet it is only a couple of minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in Monestiraki and also very close to the metro that connects directly to the airport, It is not a prestigious looking location from the exterior but the room is very clean and comfortable and, just like our last visit, the shower is amaaaazing!

It would be nice if you could exit the main entrance when it is locked using a push button. You are issued a building key when you arrive but you have to leave this in the apartment when you depart. We left at 5:30am and we had to use the key to open the main building door and then go back up to the apartment to leave the key. Could be a problem if you were traveling solo but I guess you could just put it back in the lock box outside when you leave

I liked the modern decor, the simplicity of the furnishing, which allowed everything to be kept clean. They were adequate kitchen, supplies, towels, bedding. Everything worked well, the TV lighting. Very smart design! Plus the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Finally, very convenient location to the Metro line going to airport and Piraeus port.

There’s nothing  in particular that I didn’t like. However, two things stand out as improvements. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen for spills, an extra dish towel , and an easier way to unlock the front door, perhaps using a mobile app. Putting in the combination was extremely frustrating at times.

Great location in the city centre, close to main sightseeing places, surrounded by numerous nice cafes, restaurants, various shops. The room was clean, nicely furnished, there were numerous compliments in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Despina has provided additional set of bed linen on the first request.

Very noisy, rubbish containers are located in front of the building and something was going on there the full night, not saying about the rubbish truck emptying them early in the morning. The water is heated with the boiler which had to be checked from time to time, otherwise it was not operating. I recommend to advise the guests on the boiler specifics in advance.

This property is in a great location right in the centre of athens. You can easily walk anywhere from here. The rooms are modern, clean and comfy. Great shower facilities and lots of space. I would definitely recommend.

Key code access. The key code didn’t work when we first arrived. We contacted the property manager who soon allowed us to get a key for the room which was much better. The key code was fixed but we preferred to use the key just in case. The key codes were very long as well making it more difficult to know if you had entered everything correctly.

The apartment looks a little sketchy from the outside, but it is a gem! It's SUPER close to Monastirakie Square and lots of shops and restaurants. There is an elevator to carry your luggage up to the apartment. The cleaning staff was very nice and accommodating since we arrived in Athens early in the day. The apartment was HUGE and very, very nice with excellent air conditioning (for the Americans ;)). I was quite surprised to have so much space in a European city. We highly recommend this property!

The location was definitely a 10, and Anastasia the cleaner was a lovely friendly cleaner. The bathroom was well equipped with a superb shower.

On arriving at the building the entrance was covered in graffiti and out of all the surrounding properties seemed to have the most un appealing entrance lobby. These feelings were dispelled when arriving at the 3rd floor entrance. No onsite reception all correspondence by what's app or email.

Central location and within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Loved the little care package of biscuits and other yummy things when we arrived. An unexpected treat!

The digital access to our room was temperamental, and we had to try the key code multiple times before we got in. I'm not sure if it was because of sweaty or greasy fingers. Eventually, we got the hang of it, but not without some anxious moments. However, we knew staff were on hand in case of emergency, so it was ok.

It was at a very convenient location, clean and comfortable. I was worried about no reception desk and getting lost in the building but check in went smooth and the room was better than I expected. …especially the bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Check in was unusual and the code I had to get in with was very long so I had to make sure I had it with me all the time but it was ok. The lift confused me a bit as only one of the two lifts stop at the floor you want. Also, be mindful of the step right in front of the doors.
