It's a modern building just a few minutes' walk from Monastiraki! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are very clean! Overall, it was an excellent stay right in the heart of Athens!

We didn't like the noise levels, but it's understandable since it's located in the center of Athens. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the shower room, which is within the room itself, was a downside for me.

The location was very good. The building is modern and stylishly designed. Our room was small but functional. The bathroom was almost the same size as the room—very spacious and nice. Receptionist in the morning (11:00am) was incredible, he was so kind and helped us.

The fridge was both noisy and very small. A chair or an armchair and a full-length mirror in the room would have been nice. Due to the hotel's location, there was loud music until midnight. Although it was listed in the hotel features (streaming like Netflix), there was no streaming available on the TV. Not even YouTube.

The location is walking distance to all attractions, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The staff are super responsive. I like the fact that I can store my big luggages at the hotel for a small fee while I go island hopping in Greece. The rooftop bar also offers a good view of the Acropolis.

It can be noisy at night. The hotel provides ear plugs. The rooms are smaller than I expected. The room that we had #2 had a transparent shower screen door. Hence if you are sharing room with a friend, it might not be as convenient.

Great location, easy to find, many restaurants and bars around. It was very clean, and very kind staff. It was very hot the day we arrived, so when we entered we were met with nice cold AC and the receptionist gave us a glass of water with lemon. Was a lovely first impression.

Everything was great. Of course due to location it’s not the most quiet area, but it’s worth the convenience and is no fault of the hotel ❤️ they even provide ear plugs which I thought was sweet and a little funny 🤭 loved that

We wanted a place close to the main destinations in the heart of Athens and Mosaikon was the right decision. It's a couple of min walk to Monastiraki Square and the metro station, 10 min walk to Syntagma Square, Plaka Street, or Anafiotikia. The room was relatively small. It had a very comfortable bed, a clothes hanger, and a small fridge. However, The toilet was spacious. The hotel is clean, helpful staff, and has delicious coffee.

We could hear the noise of the street and bars, especially on weekends since our room was on the first floor but it's not much of a concern. Note that earplugs are provided :) The breakfast had limited choices but it's good compared to our budget.

The location was a short distance from the train station and Ermou street. Many food options and for traffic at night-which makes it quite noisy. The rooftop was a great spot to enjoy and take a photo of the acropolis. The water pressure in the shower was also great! Also having bottled water in the fridge was a bonus.

The noise from the street was a little more than expected - but as you tire yourself out from walking around all day, you sleep regardless.

The hotel was close nearly everywhere. We didn’t use any transportation at all during our vacation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a room with balcony which was nice to sit and drink at night. The rooftop was amazing and has a great view of Acropolis. Daily cleaning was made by hotel, such as clean towels etc. Staff were really kind and helpful. I highly recommend :)

The only negative thing is the shower was leaking.. we had to spread one of our towels in front of it.

I had chosen this place based on a walk I had made prior to staying. The area was nice, populated, many food/drink places around and it looked clean, neat and modern. I was very correct. I cancelled a much less desirable location in favor of the Mosaikon. It was absolutely the right choice. From the time I arrived to the time I checked out (3 nights), the personnel were always there to answer my questions, provide directions and make suggestions. Great place and don't be swayed by the fact that this is a hostel. I had an individual room with my private bath. It was actually larger than the previous hotel I stayed in. Yes, there were younger people but my room on the 3rd floor was quiet and I never was distracted by the other guests. If I hadn't seen them, I would never have known they were even there. Very quiet, respectful and considerate guests. Perfect!

The only thing I would complain about was the terrible WiFi availability. On the 3rd floor in the front of the building the internet connection was minimal at best. Often I couldn't even get things to open. In 2024, I would expect better. An extender or booster should be placed on each floor to ensure WiFi is available. Even on vacation I was trying to keep up with emails, upload pictures, search for restaurants and use the internet in finding places to go. PLEASE upgrade the WiFi. Even when being allowed to use the hotel's 'private' access, it didn't work effectively.

While some issues arrised during our stay, staff went the extra mile to ensure our comfort by providing complimentary taxi services. There were some issues with the smell in the room, but the staff promptly helped with it, and in the end, we can't say it was a bad experience. Only thing is noisy but that is not in hotel. They offer ear plugs that help a lot. Small elevator not for large people :) Also breakfast is not so interesting with 2 coffees and orange juice.

Unbeatable on 2 points: 1. the view of the acropolis as soon as you walk up to the (start of the) terrace on the right. 2. Location is right in the middle of the town, 5 minutes walk from metro station. Also bartender (bar is open from 7pm in the evening) made a killer mastiha based cocktail.

When I checked in, I was told breakfast is not included by one female receptionist. Then her colleague said: "breakfast is included as I have booked a double room". When I went to grab breakfast in the morning, I was made to pay Euro15. I was told by the breakfast attendant that I must have misunderstood what I was told! The lady who checked me in was not available and I could not be bothered to kick up a fuss. In case breakfast is included with double room booking then they can refund the money to me or give it to a charity.
