location was amazing, didn't get to meet the host but the instructions to access the apartment were very clear and didn't run into any issues, the apartment/studio was huge, I loved the little balcony, and the full kitchen along with the cooking supplies provided, towels and toiletries are provided too so no need to bring your own, market, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, metro station & souvenir stores, everything within walking distance.

Incredibly spacious 80+ m2 loft with high ceilings. Bedding for 4 + 1 person couch + baby crib. Location is very central, convenient and safe. Overall ogranisation is good. Key box works well, gate code and locks work well. Had no wifi at first but by day two is was on and working.

Tried to contact the owners/managers by provided phone number because of absence of wifi. Did not manage to get through. The place was not dirty overall but could use some more detailed cleaning.

This studio apartment is 30 seconds from some lovely bars and restaurants and a short 5 minute stroll from Monastiraki square. It is the perfect location for a trip to Athens. I stayed in room B2 which doesn't have a balcony and has an internal view of buildings but the massive plus to this was when I came home in the evening even though there was lots of noise from pubs and restaurants my room was silent. The bed was comfy. The Internet worked. Shower was hot after turning the water on for 20 minutes. Genuinely a great base for discovering athens.

I had a small issue with the toilet flushing but this was dealt with quickly. So nothing.

Quiet location at a walking distance to the main tourist streets full of restaurants. Not so far from Monastiraki metro. The owner was easy to reach by phone and willing to resolve an issue with additional apartment we needed during the night. It will still be our first choice as it is safe and good location for overnight on the way btw airport and Pireus port.

Some of the lamps didn’t work and the blinds are annoying. Also there’s no fly screens so bring mosquito repellent! Unfortunately the roof terrace was shut so that was disappointing too.

The room was easy to get to and get into, in a good location, and it was clean and comfortable and roomy.

Instructions provided say to turn on a circuit breaker to turn on the hot water, and in the circuit breaker box it was marked with a magic marker which circuit breaker to turn on. However, that did not turn on the hot water. We finally figured out after a day of cold water that there was a 2nd circuit breaker that needed to be turned on. After that, everything was OK, and we had hot water for the remainder of our stay. The management should redo the markings inside the circuit breaker box to correctly indicate which circuit breakers needed to be turned on, because the current markings are incorrect/incomplete.

It felt very safe and was in a great location to get where I wanted while still being a great price.

Some of the furniture was a bit broken/worn, but I wasn’t in the room much to truly be affected by it.

The place is clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and sofa. Perfect position in the center of town.

It would be better if the stove was in the kitchen and not in the dining area.

hot water did not work
