Staff, location, facilities, decoration, cleanliness was great! We walked around the city to all attractions. Also, enjoyed the room as well. It was good to rest with a great soundproofing room. It was an experience beyond our expectations! Thank you for everything.

Check-in hour is too late, Check-out hour is too early. I know that it is the same in other hotels in Athens as well. It can be improved for each hotel. Staff was super helpful to keep our luggage even after check-out. Many thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel! Located right in the heart of **Plaka**, the oldest and most picturesque section of Athens, it offered the perfect blend of history, convenience, and local charm. Stepping out of the hotel, we found ourselves immersed in a lively area filled with **shops, restaurants, and traditional taverns**, all set along beautiful pedestrian-friendly streets. One of the most breathtaking features was the **stunning view of the Parthenon**, which overlooked the Plaka and was visible right from the street—and even from the balcony of our room! The hotel itself is **cozy, reasonably priced**, and provides a welcoming atmosphere that made our visit truly enjoyable. The **staff were exceptional**—friendly, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, making our experience smooth and pleasant. Whether you're exploring Athens for the first time or returning to soak in its rich history, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room was somewhat compact, and morning coffee wasn’t provided—it had to be purchased from the adjoining restaurant.

The enormous room was luxuriously appointed. The staff were so helpful from when we arrived until we left. We were able to sit on our balcony and have a drink watching the world go by. Absolutely great value for money.

The bathroom had a stunning big bath. However, if you like showers, you needed to kneel in the bath and use the handheld shower. This was our only issue, which was only a small thing. If the had higher stand to you could take a shower that would be perfect. I would definitely stay again, the shower wouldn't stop me.

I loved the comfort of the room, simple, chic, clean, the location in terms of how easy it was to walk everywhere, albeit, friends from Athens tell me, it’s close to not the safest of streets. Personally, I didn’t come across anything unpleasant and walked around a lot. All the staff I met with were amazing, from the very first night I arrived, a young man called Panu (tall with glasses) welcomed me there and was so so helpful. Georgia is also amazing, helped every way that she could and is so polite with perfectly spoken English. All the young men on reception were exceptionally polite and helpful. Five Star Staff for sure and I would recommend this hotel for that alone but the cleanliness was also five star, so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! The view of The Acropolis from the room’s terrace is an added bonus. Beautiful.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Even the staff working in the breakfast area were really efficient and accommodating.

What is not to like? We stayed in the premium room with balcony - the location is exactly where we wanted to be. Within walking distance Monastiraki, Plaka and steps to many the restaurants, shops and other places of interest. Peek a boo view of the Acropolis from the balcony and steps from the property is a picturesque alley that ends with an Acropolis view. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. We even got a souvenir olive oil bottle at check out. The room is clean and well laid out. Cute little bookstore next door!

The shower has a half glass wall that could have been a few more inches wider to avoid the water getting out and getting the floor wet when you shower.

The location was great. All the main places we wanted to see were nearby and no more than a 20 minute walk. Monstraki station was just a few minutes walk away for our early morning ride to Piraeus. All the staff on reception were all really lovely and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, but it is in the centre of Athens which is quite noisy. Without good earplugs it would have been really difficult to sleep. And chilling out during the day was constantly interrupted by noise. We heard the collection of refuse below four or more times a day, including bottle collection at about 4 am.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful, they helped us rush to get everything out of the car so that we could return it to the rental agency, they helped us to bring everything upstairs, they offered suggestions for restaurants and gave us directions and always with a smile. The room was lovely, very clean and bright. Bonus - our balcony had a view of the Acropolis! It was nice to sit outside and look up toward it just to enjoy the view. Breakfast was delicious, definitely worth it. Location was an easy and short walk to restaurants, shops and everywhere you might want to go. Highly recommend!

We would have preferred that the bathroom have a curtain for the glass (see through) door. A little more privacy on that front would be better. Otherwise, everything was great!

I loved the friendly staff and the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to main attractions and the metro. The interior is modern decor.

The entrance pavements to the hotel are atrocious (of course in the hotel the decor is nice) . For 430 euros per night you would expect some sought of luxury upon first sight. The toilet was with out a glass and water splashes everywhere. The family room is good but when you enter the room your window view is of mechanical piping (should of used frosted glass instead) .... For the price the breakfast is extremely poor. If your going to make a small breakfast you need to have chefs standby to at least cook to order.

Everything about this hotel is just exceptional, but more than anything I would like to point out the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had managed to book the wrong night and Kallina managed to get us a room and check us in early despite them actually being fully booked. Being seven months pregnant, this was the biggest help. Throughout our stay everyone at the hotel were so helpful. The other guy at the reception too, although I sadly didn’t get his name - he was very kind and helpful with carrying our bags to the room. The cleaning lady Julia, was also incredible and helped us with bags both in and out of our room. The breakfast was wonderful, with well thought out dishes of high quality and the lady working there was delightful. We had intended to book the spa, but that will have to wait until next time, although the room felt so relaxing we didn’t feel the need. We will definitely come back in the future! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful.

We were a group of 9 girls. At first they told us we will stay in the building next to the hotel which was without a lift. We were panicked as we had a 20kg luggage and our 10kg luggages. However the hotel staff was so helpful they carried all the bags upstairs on the third floor. We used the spa and massage services. It was all amazing and no relaxing. The rooms were very clean and with nice view. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Really loved it there
