We loved everything about our stay at Vrachos suites in Monastiraki! The location is walking distance to Acropolis, Museum, Syntagama, Plaka and Monastiraki market. The apartment was impeccably clean, modern and very comfortable for our family of four. It is a beautiful 1930s building that has been tastefully restored and appointed with modern conveniences and interior design. The bed was sumptuous and the shower, the best we’ve had in Greece. The star of the show at this property however, is the incredible view of Acropolis! Athens by night will take your breath away. The staff at Vrachos Suites were very attentive and full of great guidance and suggestions for everything from transportation, dining, tickets and beating the heat. We will definitely return to Vrachos Suites και αγαπημένη μου Αθήνα.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, walkable to all the tourist destinations of Athens. Expect there to be a lot of foot traffic and city noise, with Spotify sleep sounds we didn’t have any issue with the noise outside. We did have an issue with lack of hot water, twice. There is no reception as far as I could tell, so I texted the reception/host. They’re very polite and helpful but could offer an explanation about the hot water - we could not shower twice because it was ice cold water. The housekeeping was lackluster, the toiletries and coffee were not replenished for a 5 night stay we expected a bit more without having to request those amenities.

• It was a bit noisy, especially during Easter, but we were provided with free earplugs. • The bathroom door doesn’t fully close – it’s frosted glass and only loosely shuts. • The shower had no door, so water spilled out into the bedroom area. • As mentioned in other reviews and by the hotel, there’s no elevator since the building is historic.

Fantastic, everything was perfect and super clean. Very close to center of Athens and two steps from Acropolis and Monastiraki. Coffee available in room and all cosmetics provided.

Τhey didn't have a kitchen. Fortunately it has many bistros, souvlaki, fast food and good restaurants.

We stayed on the third floor, the view from the room to the Acropolis is stunning. In addition, the room is large and spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the design is beautiful and pleasant The management team does a good job, available for questions and making sure everything is ok

It was written in advance so we weren't surprised, but the lack of an elevator especially when staying on the top floor, it's not easy with luggage. But again, this is pre-specified.

The location was excellent and the room very comfortable, clean and tidy. Everything is just a short walk away and a million places to eat and hang out.

The place is very noisy on Saturday nights but it will not matter if you are going to be out late. Also remember that there is no lift so its a bit of a climb and would not recommend the higher floors for older people but for younger people it's fine - if you can @/ to see the Acropolis, you can to stay at a comfortable place!

The staff had been really friendly and helpful. They showed us what is the definition of “Hospitality” and what “Hospitality” should look like. Whenever we have any question or need any help, they are always there to support us. For example, during the last day, my girl friend had a really bad fever, they allowed us to have late check-out and be as flexible as possible to help us. Really thank them once again. The location is in the center of the city, everywhere is mostly accessible by foot. The cleanliness of the room is amazing.

Not many, the building itself is really old, so there are some noticeable dent in the floor or stair, but there’s nothing they can do about it. So just need to be careful.

In my opinion location is the best opportunity. Also owners and workers very interested, you can ask the place suggestion, they answer all the time. The rooms is also clean and safe. Our room window opening the city so in the middle of the night we heard music noises from the near street but we have no problem with this situation. If you go to Athens and want to close to everything, you can choose this suits peace of mind.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from everything. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is available, very polite and always helps when needed. Arrival at the hotel is accompanied by precise instruction with thought out to the smallest detail. There are two things to consider: this is a boutique hotel without an elevator and there is no possibility of luggage storage.
