- Excellent central location, close to restaurants, bars and breakfast / coffee place, as well as heritage sights but still on a quiet pedestrian street. - Spacious rooms with storage. - Clean. - Easy to fit 4 people (adults and kids). - OK-equipped kitchen for a few days. - Responsive and reachable host team. - Keyless entry (via code) makes things easier. - Elevator available, no stairs (suitable for strollers, kids etc).

- Wifi was unstable despite the promise for speedy internet, which really troubled my remote work. - The property management team promotes early check-in when you book, but only informs you 2h earlier if it's doable, which eventually sounds like an overpromise since they can't fulfill it or store luggage, so you can't really plan anything around your arrival. - There's no space to store luggage (despite the fact the whole building is owned). I would have preferred an agreement with one of the local storage options. It's hard to find them online, because they're appearing as closed / not available.

The location of the hotel is prime, very central and walking distance from all the attractions and at the same time not noisy as it is in a side pedestrian street. The apartments are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. We stayed for 4 days/3 nights and the towels only where changed once but they didn't clean the room which was ok for us since we were staying a short period of time, I am not sure how it is for longer periods. The staff at the beginning of our stay were great as we had to shift our stay for 2 days and it was easily done through booking.

My only disappointment was during checkout, the staff was not flexible at all and even after paying half the price of the room for late checkout at 3pm, they didn't agree to let us stay till 3:30 for no reason other than "this is our policy" which was a bit frustrating. Communication with them during that time was very confusing and stressful, i think it would have been easier if there was someone at the reception to talk to not just through the booking chatbox. However, our overall experience was great and I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Athens and wants to be in the center.

Location and balcony was excellent for morning breakfast. Loved that it also had a separate bathroom which is handy.

Our room didn’t need any improvements. But given many people take flights at night offering room storage would make this accommodation a 10/10. The early check out is difficult when you have a late evening flight. Also not making this information known until after the booking is disappointing. most travellers would assume this is an option.

An excellent property in a great location - very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately we didn’t receive a message with our entry code so we’re unable to get into the building or know our apt number. Called Booking.com on the contact tel no and the rep had no idea what was happening - had to wait an hour with no info before we received a message advising a technical issue had delayed our entry and giving us the entry code and address. We definitely should have been advised in advance of any issues so that we could plan accordingly; also once advised the rep should have kept us in the loop rather than ignore our further calls and leaving us not knowing when or if we might get access.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The balcony was a plus and the view from the roof garden beautiful with vistas of the Acropolis. Location is perfect for exploring the city center, close to many sights and with access to two metro stations. Communication with staff was quick and they were very responsive. Maria in particular is a gem and we are grateful for her presence, going over and beyond to assist us while my partner was unwell. Maria made our stay very comfortable. We hope to come back.

Beautiful clean apartment, in an excellent location 1 street over from Ermou. The view from the rooftop terrace needs to be seen to be believed. Photos do not do it justice. Bonus: the little gyros shop across the road has really great souvlaki for only €1.50. Lots of little bars and coffee shops nearby.

The security codes to both the main entrance and the apartment were a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't. However any issues the staff responded immediately and helped sort it out.

The cleaner was really friendly and helpful. The receptionist staff on WhatsApp not so. The apartments are all good until it comes to the sofa bed. This was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. We got the same response from other guests we met on the roof for NYE. The roof is great but there are NO working lights up there which is a bit dangerous and a disappointment. The lift was annoying for the 5th floor after a day of pounding the streets, only one person Alain it at a time!! The location is incredible though.

Exceptional location, almost in the heart of all action in Athens City Centre. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable and cosy. There are really nice cafes and eateries all around. It’s located 5-10 mins walk from Monastiraki square and Syntagma square. The apartment was very nice and clean. The concierge team is easily accessible through WhatsApp and helps out quite promptly. The housekeeper was quite helpful despite not being able to speak English.

These are in no means cons, just a few things potential guests should be aware of in case these are a deal breaker for them. 1. The cleaning service is available only for stays beyond 4 nights and done every 2 days. 2. The washroom was kind of small, especially the basin area.

Athens is a lively city, the appartment is located in an area where people go out at night. Thus, noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants is to be expected. It wasn't too loud and didn't bother us but people with light sleep should be aware before choosing this place.
