The room was spacious. The communication with the property owners was very good. They agreed to let me extend my checkout and also offered to stored my luggage until I left for the airport.

The shower gel container was empty when I entered the room, and also soap was missing next to the bathroom sink. I contacted the property owners and they arranged it immediately. Both the toilet and the shower cabins are made of metal, probably iron, and they were both very rusty because of water contact. It would be good to take care of this issue to avoid unpleasant views by the room guests.

The apartment was amazing and super comfortable, the shower was huge and the bed super comfy. The host left so many treats for us, like creams and coffee, wish I could stayed longer just to enjoy the room more. It also had a very good and quiet AC, which came in handy. The location was also perfect, as it was close to lots of good rated restaurants and close to the train that take you to and from the airport.

The room left a bit of light in, nothing a sleep mask couldn't solve. Also, the toilet was good, but the air ventilation wasn't the best, maybe some candle could help if you are sharing. Also, completely out of the hosts control, but the lift was kinda scary 😂

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children staying at Stoa Lekka A spacious 65m2 apartment, the apartment is decorated in a modern style and contains all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove, cooking and serving utensils, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a percolator, the sofa bed can be separated into two separate single beds so that each child has their own privacy, the double bed is comfortable, nice and comfortable bedding, the apartment is bright with windows from end to end, a separate shower and toilet, the location of the apartment is a winner, 2 minutes walk from the main Ermou Street and 5 minutes walk from Monastiraki Square and Syntagma, cleaning service every other day, it would be good if there was a broom and trash bags so that you could also clean yourself in between. Dimitri was attentive to all our requests and allowed us to leave our luggage until the afternoon before we left for our evening flight. We highly recommend the apartment for families with children.

Location was great. Entrance easily accessible. Lots of places to eat around the room. Spacious living quarters, as were the shower and toilet. Some light breakfast items provided which was a pleasant surprise. I’d stay here again.

Ok, so I believe this was not the problem of the actual apartment we stayed in, but unfortunately, on our last morning, we had a lot of water coming into our apartment. The floor was practically all flooded. We were told it was coming from next door. Nevertheless, it was dangerous and we didn’t like having to walk in the smelly water which I suspected came from the toilet. Hopefully, this was a once off occurrence.

Almost everything a person might need has been considered, including a pasta boiling pot, microwave, coffee machines, kettle, ice cold orange juice in the fridge, 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners... Everything was in our room, very central location, there was also a stylish bar on the street corner downstairs. Everything I asked, including our reservation and directions, was answered immediately. Many thanks to everyone who contributed and Mr. Dimitris.

The view from our room wasn't very nice, but it didn't matter to us in winter.

The staff of the apartment was very easy to contact from the beginning til the end our stay. They helped us with all sorts of things: giving advice on what to do; how to get around athens during holiday season; luggage storage etc. The apartment was clean and well organized. They pretty much had everything from toiletries up to hair dryer and clothing iron. The bed was super comfy. The location was excellent - it is so central we got around the by foot during all of our stay. Overall super satisfied with out 4 night stay.

The apartment was centrally located and close to public transportation and many of the main attractions. It was very large and could accommodate everyone who used the bed and fold out. Everything worked well apart from the TV, which was very slow to respond to the remote. This probably won't be a problem for most people.

There were businesses nearby that played loud music late into the night on Friday and Saturday. It wasn't deafening but it was annoying and might not be suitable for people with small children.

Great location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. They also provided luggage storage the day we checked out. The air conditioners worked well and are quiet too.

There was a bar or something downstairs, and they play really loud music (disturbing but not deafening) at nights. They seem to stop around 11pm in the very least.

Perfect location. Near to many restaurants and bars.. walking distance to all the tourist spots… Safe locality for family. Easy to access. Wonderful information by the property owner. . No issues at all

There is nothing which we didnot like but few suggestions- 1. There is no lock in bathroom and toilet door which was required 2. There is no place to hang even towel in bathroom so it will be better if there will be arrangement of that. . These are the areas which can be improved…

Staff was very helpful, a godsent! He helped us sith everything we needed, and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, even with last minute changes. Very good amenities, fully equipped apartment. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. We were also provided with snacks, tea, coffee, juice. The shower, toilet and sink were in separate locations, allowing different guests to prepare at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing. It was great. If I had to just menion something is that the shower water sometimes leaked in the living room, but this did not ruin the experience.
