Nice hotel, very clean, very comfortable rooms, white linens, espresso machine, safe box, elevator, 24hrs reception. Great location, e few minutes away from Syntagma square and metro line, shopping Ermou street, many cafes and restaurants. Very nice and friendly staff.

-Arranging a late check-out before trip and during the trip was not possible before the check-out morning and then only 1/7 rooms were available for late check out. -No secured/ surveilled place to store your luggage -You could hear everything that happened in the hallway in your rooms

Great stay at this centrally located hotel in Athens — perfect for exploring the city, with lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and Michaela’s warm Cretan hospitality really stood out. Maria, who checked me in, was kind and helpful. An excellent choice for a comfortable and welcoming base in the heart of Athens.

New hotel , basically has everything you need !!! Design of the rooms is beautiful . Michaela at breakfast is one of the best staff I have ever met. She took care of each guest , provided the best service. Receptionists were also really good. Keep up the good work !! Well done !!

The tv in the room is placed too high.,almost on the ceiling. No kettle in the room althought you provide tea bags. Rooms were very small.

Hotel is in a good location and appears recently remodeled and updated. The room we got was so tiny we had to put one suitcase on the bed when we were not in it. There was no luggage rack, so we had to pile our bags on the chairs. The balcony was enormous with a bathtub, but that space, for our purpose, was unusable. We had not booked the large balcony, but probably got it because we checked in late. Bathroom was large enough and nicely updated. Staff were helpful and friendly. One young woman recommended a restaurant called The Traditional. It was fantastic if you want to try traditional Greek food like moussaka. I honestly don't remember the breakfast, but that means it wasn't bad or outstanding, just average.

The room was so tiny, it was difficult to move around, and there was no place for luggage. If they had made the balcony smaller and the room bigger, that would have been better.

The breakfast was FABULOUS! A variety of foods and food groups were offered each morning! Loved their breakfasts! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Always greeted us with a hello and a smile!

IMO a different menu could be offered as the breakfast cakes were the only things that switched out whereas all the other foods were the same for the 5 mornings we ate there. Also the room was a bit on the small side. They also had so much furniture in such a small space, it was pretty difficult to move around.

* Location - everything was in a walking distance, it felt safe in the evening and there are tons of bars, restaurants and places to hang out * Stuff - the reception and restaurant team were very kind, understanding and in the checkout date, we needed to checkout early, they mad us a take away breakfast which was amazing * Rooms - Clean, everything is new, bed was comfortable

The rooms was a bit small, but thanks for the location, it's understandable. Everything else was good otherwise

The only downside is the room size, so if you plan to stay in the room.... Think about it again

the location is in the center of all the objectives of interest; just a short walk (500-800 m) and you reach the Acropolis, Plaka square, Monastiraki square, Syntagma square,... Around the location numerous places where you can have a meal or a cocktail or...whatever you want. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean, a good place to rest after daily walks. The breakfast was very good, fresh products every day, a special mention must be made for the fresh orange juice.

because it is a 4-star hotel, maybe they should have provided a shower cap and slippers
