Super clean. New. Close to everything.

Very very loud bar in front of the apartment. There was a party until 4 am. And it felt like we were sleeping in the night club.

The place was excellent! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds! The location was amazing, it was very close to the shopping street, bar, and cafe. This place is perfect for friends that plan to enjoy the night life of Athens!

There was a club under the apartment, and there was too loud music at night. It wasn't a problem on Friday because we went out too, but on Sunday we needed to wake up early, and we couldn't sleep until 4.30. Not recommended for Families.

The location is great and the apartment is perfect for two families with kids. The owner/manager has then been very flexible and kind.

The street underneath might be noisy during the weekend.

Clean and spacious for a small flat. Showers were hot. Kitchen was nice and we appreciated the coffee maker and toaster they had. Was in close proximity to most of the main sites in downtown Athens. Walking distance to the Plaka/Monastifaki area. Easy walking distance to small grocery store(Masouti's) which was really nice. Good place to stay if you are not renting a car - Uber/Taxis were prompt and efficient.

The AC in the large room wasn't really able to cool the room down well enough for us given the heat outside. Elevator is small, like in most of Greece, so be prepared to take the stairs or multiple trips with a large group or luggages.

Very nice flat, clean, easily accessible, excellent location. Easy communication with the owner, happy with the facilities.

Really dissatisfied with the situation with the bar across the street. For 2 out of the 5 nights they had a party until 5 am. Very loud music and a bunch of drunk kids shouting all night. For a family trip like ours I would not visit again even though I loved everything else, the noise from across the street kept us all up all night.

Nice location. Short walk to Syntagma Metro Station, and located near many restaurants. (We met a friend for beer at the nearby Barley Cargo which was great.) Self check in and out was very convenient. Instructions were detailed. Very clean and modern. Nice kitchen area. Separated sleeping areas are nice. Air conditioning worked great.

It got a little loud outside at night, but that’s expected due to the location near restaurants and bars, so we were prepared. The windows and shutters, when closed, help to lower the volume. The loudest part was actually pretty awesome — a brass band marched down the street at like 10:30/11:00 p.m. playing great music. We actually went out on the balcony to listen and take photos. :)

Plenty of space, a suprising amount of room for the price. 4th floor with large outside area and a lift! Spacious kitchen and modern, obviously recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Surrounded by restaurants, easy walk to the sites of Athens. Train station on direct line from airport ( Monasteraki) is a bit of a walk with luggage, or change lines for a closer one, but we didnt try that. Good communication from host for entry instruction.

Location was good, easy to get to all the sites.

Club/Bar downstairs was incredibly loud. I don't mind music, but this was over the top, until early hours of the morning. Unacceptable.

Great location and very nicely set up. Easily held all 6 of us. Great to have a 2nd bathroom.

Hard to overstate how loud the bars are outside the apartment. And it is noisy until 4 am on the Saturday we stayed. So bring earplugs

Location is great!

There was a misunderstanding with the internet. Probably the modem was a bit off and needed to be restarted all the time, however it was in another room on another floor. Administration was eager to text the occupants of the other room to restart it, but it went off-duty a bit later. Sheets had a strong cigarette smell from the beginning till the end of our stay. Probably dried somewhere with people smoking? It was quite annoying.
