Firstly, the location of the apartments is absolutely superb! It is very very central with lots of small shops right below the apartment. It is also within a couple minutes walking distance to the big central Syntagma square! You are also very close to the big shopping street: Ermou street which is filled with a lot of brands, and Monastiraki square where you can find even more shops and many amazing restaurants. All in all, a perfect location. The host, Constantina, is also very helpful and nice, responding quickly and with action to any problems that could arise. She left very good instructions on how to check in (as we arrived very late in the evening past check in hours) and we were therefore able to check in to our rooms very easily. We were also very kindly given late check out, without any extra charge. In one of the rooms we had a problem with the shower head, and Constantina very quickly delt with the issue, sending a plumber to come fix it right away. She also provided us with a link for taxis from and to Athens International Airport, which was really helpful for us. For the price, it is a stay I would very much recommend.

There is a very loud pub right underneath, so it was a bit difficult to sleep on friday and saturday evenings, however that is kind of expected when you stay very central in a big city. There were some minor issues in one of the rooms like that it had a very noisy ventilator in the bathroom but those were very small issues and hardly something we would consider a problem.

Not quite located in the middle of the action, but well placed to access all the things. Accommodations are well maintained and well thought out for a small space.

There is a night club at street level that raged until 2 or 3 AM on a Tuesday night. ?!?

An outstanding host and an exceptional property, ideally located in the heart of Athens. The accommodation was well-equipped, and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was highly responsive, professional, and made every effort to ensure a seamless experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

One consideration for future guests is the presence of loud music from nearby venues, which continues until approximately 2 or 3 a.m. each night. While this may not be an issue for all visitors, it could be less suitable for families with young children or those seeking a quieter environment.

Good size studio apartment at Athens city centre. very close to everything and between Syntagma and Monastiraki Metro stations. Apartment was clean and good size to fit a small family. There was a very useful kitchenette and fridge with the relevant utensils, plus a Nespresso machine. Comfortable beds.

Two issues: Noise pollution is very high till late in the night, like 03:00 in the morning, even in workdays, mainly caused by a club opened recently in the street across. How this is even legal in a residential area? We have stayed in these apartments few times and some street noise should be expected and we were always fine with that but this time it was beyond acceptable. I suppose if you're visiting for partying and clubbing that's not a problem, but if you're travelling with family you may want to consider this. Also, it is unclear how often to expect change of towels or bed sheets as there is no reception or person of contact in the property apart from contact through the booking app.

Location; it was very close to syntagma square, many touristic attractions, public transport shops cafes restaurants... we walked almost everywhere. Host; before arrival she sent a detailed message and was easy to contact when needed. Flat; we were 4 people so booked the flat with 2 rooms, it has 2 bedrooms with seperate bathrooms which was perfect and also the entrance was like a living room and a kitchen with 2 refrigerators ( which was surprising) all the things we needed was there even an iron and ironing board, AC ın all rooms etc. ** Maybe it was a bit far but we had a view of Acropolis as well.

The only small problem is there is no place to open your luggages ın the rooms as they are a bit small. We had 2 cabin size luggages and was hard to do it if you have bigger ones than they wont fit anywhere at all. You can either use the main room or do it on the bed which is not a good idea if you care about hygiene.

Great Location, you can reach everywhere just in 5 minutes walking. Our landlady was very helpful and fast to reply our questions. Check in was also very easy because we arrived nearly midnigth. We also enjoyed small but sufficient kitchen. The room was really clean and beds were comfortable.

There was a loud noise coming from the bar outside. If you don't like loud music, it could be annoying. We also enjoyed that music by the way.

Location was incredible,close to all sites and amenities. Views of the Acropolis from the apartment was a beautiful bonus. Ensuites in both bedrooms was a huge bonus. Aircon was excellent relief to the Athenian Heat.

Some Powerpoints were not working, freezer was iced over so needed to be cleaned, bathroom cabinents were broken and not useable. Availability of a washing machine would have been amazing.

Beautiful room, excellent location, 5 minute walk from Syntagma Square (train from airport). Very comfortable bed and linens.

Lighting in bathroom was poor. The view (not that we spent much time in the room).

Best location!!! Able to check in earlier which was a blessing. 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bf bathrooms and lounge/kitchen. Amazing views of The Acropolis!!!

The lift was broken on the day we got there and on the day we left. We had to carry 4 heavy suitcases up and down 5 flights of stairs in the heat!!!!

bed was comfy, shower was massive and the place was quiet. It's not in the thick of things if that's what you're looking for, but a 5-10 minute walk to the train and squares. Had a nespresso machine which I think is a bonus.

could not figure out the blinds, but it was so hot we left them down anyway
