The hotel has good staff, rooms of different sizes and a very nice roof terrace with a nice view of the Acropolis. The staff are friendly, helpful. The breakfasts are solid, more or less as befits a hotel of this kind. The hotel is centrally located and the distances to all the attractions are such that you can easily walk them. The hotel does not have its own car park, but hotel is very close to Klafthmonos Square, under which there is a large underground garage with very good prices (13 EUR for a full day's parking). Although some people write on the forums that the garage is in a very bad state, I think it is a very ordinary garage, which is of course not very nice.

From the photos, some rooms may look bigger than they are. And, like everywhere, things do go wrong in this hotel, but I really wouldn't point out anything bad. But I hope it's clear to everyone that, although it's a 4* hotel, it's not a prestigious hotel located a few minutes away in an elite location by Syntagma, where of course the prices are completely different.

The rooftop bar and breakfast were amazing! The view of the Acropolis does not get old. Location was a short 10 min walk to the Plaka.

The room was tiny, which I was expecting, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the room when there is so much to explore. I could go without the glass bathroom door as well. Although it’s not clear glass, you can still see outlines through it.

The hotel was beautifully designed and in a great location. The rooftop was very pretty although they were out to half the drinks and it took ages to order a drink and the bartender would just disappear so it wasn’t really a vibe up there. The rooms were very clean and nice. The coffee pods were way overcharged- should be free?

The reception staff were very unfriendly. I tried to explain the scam message I had received through booking.com from them asking for credit card details etc. they just cut me off and said they know about it and are sorting it…. Didn’t even apologise and I still haven’t received an email from the hotel regarding this scam which could have been easily fallen for as it was sent directly from their booking.com account

The staff was terrific, and the location of the Lekka was great. I enjoyed the room, the spacious bathroom, and how easily I could keep my belongings organized with the open closet spaces. I got to spend some time after check-in at the rooftop bar, which has beautiful views of the sunset and the Acropolis. It was a bonus to have such a friendly bartender and get to learn about Athens. The breakfast service in the morning was also terrific - a traditional European breakfast with some Greek additions.

It was disappointing how quickly the spa/massage reservations filled up. Something that is likely out of the staff/hotel's control, but it would have been nice to include in my trip!

EXCELLENT LOCATION, RIGHT IN THE HUB OF THE CITY. THE TOURIST RED BUS SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT. LOADS OF AMAZING RESTAURANTS, BARS AND COFFEE SHOPS, MOST WERE REASONABLY PRICED AND VERY AFFORDABLE.

WE SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM DUE TO MY WIFE BEING DISABLED AND A WHEELCHAIR USER. THE GROUND FLOOR ROOM WAS IDEAL AND SPACIOUS, HOWEVER THE SHOWER SEAT WAS BROKEN AND A SERIOUS HAZARD (NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO FIX IT DURING OUR 5 DAYS STAY). ENDED UP USING A CHAIR FROM THE DINING ROOM. THE SHOWER ROOM LACKS SUFFICIENT HAND RAILS. THE DOUBLE BED IS COMFORTABLE BUT TOO LOW FOR A DISABLED USER. THE BAR WAS CLOSED FOR THE WINTER SEASON. THE HOTEL SEEMED VERY BUSY, SO CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY A BAR ONLY OPERATES IN SUMMER.

LOCATION and ROOFTOP VIEW A+++++ Good solid small hotel in centre of Athens with excellent location for all visitors wanting to see all the main sights. Was a solo traveller and felt very safe. You can walk to the Acropolis and wander through Plaka in about 20 minutes. Lots good cafes, restaurants and bars very close by too. Great breakfast choices and the view from the rooftop area where it’s served is very special with the Acropolis staring back at you as you eat. Room was small but no need for a larger one as was out and about most of the time. There is a decent, comfy bed ( great pillows as per their Pillow Menu),and lovely designer bathroom with beautiful products to use. No wardrobe to hang clothes and limited space to store things outside of suitcase but is clearly designed for short stays. Good coffee choices and machine. No view from the window as was a Nest room so don’t expect anything but doesn’t really matter thanks to the rooftop view! Lovely guy called Vasillis who they organise to pick you up from airport for 55 euros. Worth requesting this rather than a standard taxi. Really lovely introduction to Athens.

Seems trivial point but wanted to mention it for other travellers: bright green fire exit light in room at night, so bright I had to wear eye mask as I like my rooms completely dark to sleep. Really weird as don’t know why it was there as the bed is one metre away from the door and I would obviously assume I’d need to open the door to leave in an emergency…normally have fire exit lights in main corridors versus in each room? Very intrusive for sleeping at night and couldn’t cover up. The 2nd night I couldnt get to sleep because of the light as has a weird green glow. Really frustrating extra feature of the room. Unsure if every room is like this. I would ask when booking if you think this would disturb you.

The property was in the heart of Athens city and the major attractions were all accessible either by walking or paying $7 for a Uber ride. The property has a roof garden and you can view Acropolis from the roof. The Hotel offered for free Excellent breakfast in the morning from the roof. The receptionists were polite and very helping and the hotel staff kept the rooms and bathroom very clean.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. We regret that we couldn’t utilize the space services of the Hotel because of our time schedules.

Probably one of the coolest breakfast locations with delicious greek yogurt and a beautiful view of the city! The hotel was well located and we were able to do many things on foot. There are a LOT of food and drinks options in this area. The staff were very friendly. The room was a bit small, but it was enough space for two people. The bathroom products smelled super delicious and were an unexpected bonus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was super clean.

Our room was on the first floor, which has an opening to the reception, so we could hear a lot of the noise from the main entrance. It did not, however, cause any issues at night/sleep time.

The rooftop bar was closed which was hugely disappointing. Would be good to have a desk in the room for laptop ?

Boutique style spa hotel lovely place, modern comfortable stay and never been in a hotel where there is a pillow menu! Customer service was fantastic they even booked my birthday meal for me and made recommendations. I enjoyed the relaxing massage here. They even upgraded me to a family suite on a high floor for my birthday free of charge. The location of the hotel was spot on if you want to be near the Oxford street of Athens and close to all the squares. Also there is a fantastic view of the acropolis from the rooftop which was mesmerising at sunset.

My only gripe was the breakfast buffet could have been labelled so you know what it is and incase anyone has allergies other than that the breakfast was lovely fresh and tasty.
