Dynasta is a very value for money stay in the very centre of Athens. The location is just great and the facilities were sufficient. It was clean and tidy and the decoration was simple but nice.

I definitely think it’s a good place to stay, however I think the rating in booking is slightly overrated. Just for feedback, we had an issue with the shower not working well and we couldn’t turn on the shower head. The building is old and yes there is some noise, however that was not a problem for us at all. As long as you don’t expect something extraordinary fancy then you will for sure appreciate this place.

Clean, modern, well kept and good sized studio near the touristy area of Monastiriaki, close to the ruins and tourist streets. It was actually very quiet as well! We didn't hear any noise and were very comfy there for 2 nights. The toilet and shower were very comfy as well. Matina, the owner/staff was very polite and gave recommendations on whatsapp etc. We can recommend this!

The entrance of the building is ugly (but that is Athens) and the lift is in very poor conditions and smelled a bit. We were on the 3rd floor so it was a quick hop on and off but it was defo a low point of the stay

Perfect position: 8 minutes walking from Monastiraki or Syntagma Square. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Very going equipped: 2 coffee machine, coffee, sugar, even cookies, microwave, complete kitchenette, good queen size bed, nice shower, hairdryer, air-conditioning, etc. The room is big, the bathroom has a spacious shower and the pictures on Booking are real. There are 2 elevators (third floor) and near the elevators there are 2 lockers for luggages, really useful if you have a late flight or early arrival.

The windows do not isolate sound and on Friday and Saturday there is a lot of noise on the street. It's like trying to sleep in a bar. The good part is that you will find earplugs near the beds.

Perfect position to explore the city centre. Everything is within walking distance, many bars and restaurants nearby and 10 minutes walk from Syntagma Square where you can catch the train to the airport. Safe neighborhood, had no issue at all. Spacious room with kitchenette, fantastic shower with hot water, clean place and very relaxing. It had everything I needed for my 4 days stay. Staff great with the info and communication even if never met them in person they always answered my messages. Plus the lockers to store your luggage at arrival or at check out are super useful! I will definitely stay here again!

The building where the apartment is located is a bit outdated so it can be a bit disappointing when you arrive (it doesn't look at all like a residential building) but then you get used to it! Elevator on the other hand is an adventure but it works! I would have preferred a window that could be completely open and not a tilt and turn one because it was warm and more fresh air would have been perfect. The only flaw I have not enjoyed at all was the loud music coming from a couple of bars nearby. We had to sleep with the window closed. I know is not their fault but it was unnerving.

A perfect apartment. The apartment is centrally located. It is a few blocks from a train station that connects to the historical center. However, you can also walk to the acropolis, passing by several restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything needed for a very pleasant stay for three people. All was in perfect condition, clean and modern. Definitely, I would come back!

As it is located near bars and restaurants, it can be noisy at night. We stayed for a weekend and the first night (Saturday) it was a bit loud. Although the host can not control the noisy neighborhood, inside the apartment we found earplugs that we could use. I was positively surprised that they thought of every detail. I must say that the only night that we heard some noise was Saturday night. The rest of our stay was very pleasant.

Apartment is close to all the main attractions, but the street is mainly quiet. It is spacious, very clean. It has got all the facilities that you will need for your stay.

One bed is very close to air condition device so if you like airconditioning breeze, it's a plus for you. If you don't like sleeping under aircondition then it's a minus. Sometimes at night it can be loud in the summer when the windows are open.

This apartment is an amazing location in Athens! Next to restaurants and shops just perfect! My husband and I love the size of the apartment. We really like the contact, free check-in and check out. I very much liked how the bathroom was well equipped- extra towels and also an extra bath mat. I wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe we'll book there again.

We were there on a Saturday night. So I can understand why there's some low ratings because the bars below the apartment are very loud. Good thing for us we use an app that has white noise to drown out the sound. I would suggest to the apartment owners to have a noise maker that plays white noise or has a loud fan in the room.

Overall it is a good place to stay. There are nice coffee shops around. 6-7 minutes to both Syntagma and Monastiraki stations, and a nice route to walk. It was extremely hot during my visit, but air conditioner was working perfectly as well as the refrigerator.

Sound isolation is a little bit worse than I expected. Motors are driving by during the day. At the weekends, sounds from nearby pubs may be a problem for some people late at night. But most places in the center of Athens have the same issue. There are earplugs in the bathroom which is a nice gesture.

The location is fabulous. It is in the most popular district near Athens College with lots of tourists around. However, there is no noise leak. The room is quiet with great air conditioning. One more thing I like about this apartment is it is pretty spacious, neat, easy access to the main gate and Wi-Fi.

The outlook of the building ( apartment ) and elevator seems a bit old. Don’t be intimidated. Inside the unit is modern and neat.

The location is excellent. Very central and few minutes walk to all main sites, including the Acropolis and the Plaka district full of restaurants. The apartment is spacious and modern, super clean, and a geat shower. The apartment is air conditioned, a must in summer. Safe area. All amenities can be found in the kitchenette. Highly recommended. Self check-in and instructions given to access the property were very good.

There is a bit of noise at night from a nearby nightclub. But this was not every day, and ear plugs were provided. We still had a good rest. Also, don't be put off with the ground floor entrance area to the building. The apartment floor level is totally different and modern.
