Beautiful hotel tucked away in a very convenient location. Such a comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom, good-sized safe in the room, lots of lighting and power outlet options. Tasty breakfast and seems like it would cater to a wide variety of dietary needs. Good accessibility throughout (there is one small step to the breakfast area but I think I saw a little portable ramp). Friendly and helpful hotel staff at the 24-hour reception. Comfortable lobby lounge area. I had already checked out but wasn't feeling very well and needed to rest. I was able to recuperate in the lounge and the hotel staff helped to make things more comfortable for me. Very appreciative of that.

The property was clean, the front desk staff was lovely and very helpful. Location in general was good very close to bars, restaurants and cafes and Syntagma square.

1. The location! Even though it was in a good location overall, the street that the hotel is located on (side street) is very narrow. (Which is the case for most of Athens). Taxis, shuttles etc have to stop in the middle of the road to drop off, pick up, which with the manner of driving in Athens can be quite dangerous. Side walks were very narrow in this area. You can only walk single file if you are in a group. 2. No washcloths. The shower had lovely cleansing products, but had no washcloths for the shower gel. 3. No entrance security/concierge. 4. Very small elevator and only 2 for a hotel this size.

The location was good, the staff were super super nice, breakfast didn't have anything out of the ordinary but was filling and good quality. My room had a balcony which was very good! Bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean.

I had some minor issues with the cleanliness of my room (somewhat dusty, fridge was a bit dirty), however they were minor issue - e.g. cleanliness-wise it was more AirBnb level than hotel level. In the entrance to the hotel, people smoke quite often (outside) so whenever you go in/out you have to pass through an area that smells like cigarettes.

This hotel was small quaint, and very clean!! It also had an absolutely fantastic location!! Within walking distance to just about anything you could need. I was totally impressed with the hotel. The accommodations were Roomie…the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It had a great shower too, which is just what you need after a long day of touring Athens!!

The size of the elevator haha I was afraid to get stuck in it. It was the tiniest thing I’ve ever seen. But it worked like a charm.

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from Syntagma Square. Many, many shops, bars, cafe bars on the doorstep. You can travel by metro from the airport to Syntagma Square, it takes around 45 minutes, 9 euros for a single journey, 16 euros for a return ticket. Excellent reception staff who all spoke fluent English. Breakfast was the basic continental style.

We thought breakfast could have been a little better, some food items were not replenished when they got low or had been eaten. The scrambled egg being an example, it was cold and the supposed hot tray wasn't refilled when required.

The rooms were clean! The location is also perfect, walkable and very safe even late night (we were with a kid and were out until 11;30pm at the latest). The breakfast is simple but enough and they try to put some variety every day, and even at the last 30mins the staff kept refilling the buffet table!

We were assigned a room on the 1st floor street side. On the first night the noise from bars next door was bearable, as we were tired from travelling/flights we slept anyway and the bars probably closed by 1am. But on the 2nd night, we woke up at 4pm because of drunk people outside yelling on the streets and we can hear music and people partying. So we asked to move to another room on the last night (which was a Friday so we assumed the parties would be worse). The staff was more than accommodating coz they probably get this request a lot. The room was a lot smaller and felt cramped for the three of us though it was also a quadruple room, but we were able to sleep well and get enough rest for our flights the next day!

Staff was super helpful and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Very good location with bars and restaurants nearby, very quiet room and generally nice atmosphere. the TV was very nice and the light of the room was very satisfactory.

There was no closed wardrobe, just shelves to add clothes etc. The fridge was not working properly so storing cold drinks was not possible. The cleanliness could be better - stains on countertops and towels.

The man we had on reception was so lovely! I didn’t get his name but I really should have because it made the trip amazing. He was very kind and welcoming, helped us the duration of the stay and in arranging a transfer to the airport from the hotel in departure. 10/10 for his service, he was brilliant. The location of the hotel was perfect, highly recommend it for anyone not knowing where to stay, it was so close to everything, the room was also very lovely, modern, clean and quite large and had a really good air conditioner as well as two tv’s. No complaints at all.

Nothing that comes to mind, everything was wonderful

Breakfast was good for a family, a good choice of foods to suit everyone and the buffet was regularly refilled. The staff also kept the tables clean and tidy. The hotel room was very spacious, cleaned well and the reception staff very helpful and always said hello/goodbye when we entered/left.

Nothing to do with the hotel, the only slight annoyance was the bar next door which was quite noisy at the weekend but not too bad to stop us sleeping,

For its price and star level, this was an outstanding little hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the A/C worked very well for us. The best thing about this hotel was the staff -- everyone who worked here was kind and helpful. The front desk staff in particular helped us with many things, and were very friendly and amenable. Very good location, about 5-10 minutes to the Acropolis/Agora/Plaka/Monastiraki areas, and easily accessible trains for elsewhere.
