The location is great. The breakfast is excellent. They are magnificent with a Greek classic welcome.

I think there were bedbugs in room 517 on the first night. The bugs bit my back and it was swollen. We told the hotel and the staff immediately gave us some medicine and cream and changed our room. This was great. They intervened very quickly. We hope that new guests will not encounter something like this again. The hotel said that they had already done the pest control immediately. Although we stayed in room 517 with acropolis view on the first night, we had to change our room because of the bugs and we had to stay in a room with a dining room view on the second night. We should have stayed in a room with acropolis view. because our payment was for acropolis view. I hope the next guests will be more careful.

We loved this hotel. We booked the deluxe room with a hammam and balcony view ten months in advance to get an excellent price. We had a very ample-sized balcony with a view of the Acropolis (and not just a small snippet kind of view). It overlooks the city, which you are in the heart of. The hotel is at the center of a pedestrian mall, and you can step right out to the shops and go exploring most places on foot. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet with many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from breakfast allows you to see the Acropolis from many of the tables/chairs. We also used the spa on site and got a massage and those ladies were very sweet as well. We had to leave early the last day, and they called a taxi for us and packed us off with breakfast in a box. The shower had a hammam in it (like a steam room) with a whole entire room, misted glass doors. We did not use it, but the shower room itself had a rainwater head and jets coming out the side with seats inside! We definitely loved the shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is nothing bad to say about Elia Ermou Hotel. When we return, we will definitely stay here again.

We loved everything! It's not a problem, but just a heads up that you can not put toilet paper in the toilet. I imagine that is the same for some other countries/places, but just to note. We got the hang of it haha

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located right in the heart of Athens. It’s within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooftop restaurant and café were definite highlights—amazing views and a great atmosphere to relax, especially in the evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with recommendations or assistance. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downsides were the very slow elevator, which could be a bit frustrating at times, and the lobby, which is quite small and can feel crowded. However, these were minor issues in an otherwise excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens!

This was our second visit to this hotel. We highly recommend it. The hotel is located in one of the best locations in Athens, near Ermou Street, very close to Syntagama Square. All the facilities in the hotel are very good. The room with the jacuzzi is very big and comfortable. All the hotel employees are very kind and welcoming, always making their most efforts to provide the best service and make you feel good. The breakfast is good, the view on the rooftop is great.

The counter where the sink is based on, on the jacuzzi room was a little too low. The AC was set to fan or automatic(beginning of Nov.). It would have been better if there was a possibility to change to "cold" option. It could have been better if there were additional lights in the room.

Hotel Elia Ermou Athens My hotel is always and always in the beautiful and glamorous Athens. A hotel that sits on one side on the main Hermou avenue, bustling with shops, cafes and more, and on the other side faces the amazingly beautiful Acropolis. The rooms are large, comfortable and charming with a good shower and a bed with the best mattress. The most abundant breakfast I know that you come for breakfast and you just can't get up from the abundance of beauty with lots of flavors. The hotel employees in all their roles from small to large are always ready and willing to help with anything and everything. And on top of all this goodness stands guard a sweet, talented, smart and beautiful girl Maria Filippidi who sees every little detail and arranges so that the hotel guests leave smiling and satisfied. We come to Athens and its surroundings and always end up returning to this extraordinary hotel. Don't think twice, just book and come if you really want to enjoy yourself.

Location perfect, right in the middle of everything you want to see and do in Athens. The room was modern, well equipped and in impeccable state of decoration. The breakfast was fabulous and the dining room looked over the Acropolis- anamazing way to stary your day. All the staff- dining room, roof top garden, reception, doormen, room service wer all extremely polite, friendly and helpful. A big thank-you to Theodora and her partner who cleaned and serviced our room; nothing was too much trouble for her

Good welcome from reception staff. As we arrived very early, we were unable to check in as the room was not yet available. However, we were able to store our luggage safely. We went out on a tour & returned early evening. Checked into our room with our safely stored luggage. A comfortable room which later we slept well in a very comfortable large bed with lovely soft pillows. We went for drinks in their bar/restaurant on the 7th floor. The staff in the bar were very good, especially Mark, who served us. The view from this area was absolutely stunning. The Acropolis fully illuminated in the darknes. We had to check out early before breakfast. However, we were supplied with a breakfast box to take with us.

It was a short stay, so really, if we wanted to be picky, the lighting in the room was not overly effective.

The refurbishment of this building into the Elia Exmouth Athens Hotel has transformed this small part of the City. Just 10 mins walk from the Syntagma Station and perfectly located for visiting the historic sites. Absolutely stunning hotel, staff were marvellous. We stayed in the balcony room and the view was amazing. Definely value for money and complementary mini-bar an added bonus. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, bar staff very friendly and food from the bar was delicious. Housekeeping were amazing and the hotel is spotless. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Will most definitely stay here again!!!

There was nothing to dislike.

Location was excellent with a fantastic rooftop view of the ACROPOLIS while having breakfast or drinks. Situated right on the main shopping street but close to attractions making it easy to get to them. Staff were very friendly especially towards our son who is disabled and in a wheelchair. They always had a smile and a friendly greeting for you. Certain staff members made a special effort to greet our son and engage with him which is fantastic to see especially when you don’t get this at other places.

No outdoor lounging area to use unless you have booked through the spa.

The hotel is in the center of Athens, there is no better location. Many restaurants and parking lots around, as entertainment places. The hotel staff is very generous and helpful, providing the highest level of service that elevates the hotel guest's experience. Very good breakfast, located on the 7th floor with an amazing view. It is recommended to sit there in the evening and order something to drink. Really good room service and cleaning and towels are changed regularly. Beautiful rooms. There is parking for the hotel, but it is better to get to the hotel by taxi. highly recommend.
