Loved our time here. 1) Amazing location, right on Ermou street which is right on syntagma square- one of the most happening places in Athens. 2) Facilities: There’s an elevator to go to your apartment, so you don’t have to carry your heavy luggage up the floors. The apartment has all the facilities you need- smart TV with Netflix, enough storage space for your luggage, cutlery in kitchen, Nescafé pods in the kitchen etc 3) Cleanliness and maintenance: the apartment is very well maintained and is very clean. The housekeeping does a great job of maintaining the apartment, making sure there are always clean towels, well cleaned and ironed bed sheets, general cleanliness etc. It felt like you are staying in a brand new apartment

Nothing to dislike. Will be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen though :)

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Room and facilities are very modern, stylish, excellent soundproofed windows to block noise from the busy main street.

Only issue I had was that in the description it implied there was a jacuzzi on the terrace of the room. However, it turns out that there are 10 rooms, and only one of which has the jacuzzi - which apparently was a shared facility - not sure if you're supposed to share it with other guest though... (we didn't pursue that option..)

Excellent location , really have everything at your fingertips. Amazing rooftop bars , beyond the horizon 18Ermou street , the view of the acropolis is stunning. Athens is a foodie’s idea of heaven. Felt safe but would say outside the central area you will see a lot of elderly homeless people, which was a shocking and sad . 3 to 4 days is perfect for Athens . Metro was very easy to use too. Accommodation was ideal and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for comfortable stay in Athens.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, with almost all major attractions within walking distance. It is situated right on a bustling pedestrian street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. A special highlight was the hot tub, which brought unparalleled joy to the kids, especially on rainy days when outdoor activities weren’t possible.

However, the lively pedestrian street downstairs can get quite noisy, particularly on weekend nights, with the noise lasting until almost midnight. The soundproofing in the rooms isn’t very effective, which slightly impacted our sleep.

Overall excellent stay. On the first night we had an issue with the AC unit and management was extremely quick at solving the issue and had it fixed within a day. The apartment was comfy and spacious and was really well insulated from the sounds of the street below (which is very impressive given the noise of the street. Would highly recommend as the perfect combination of a comfortable apartment with all the luxuries of a hotel.

Slight knocking noise coming from the elevator shaft which you could hear during the day but did not disturb our sleep at all.

There was noise coming from the inside of the rooms (toilet flush and water running from the bathroom) and also the corridor (maybe a carpet could make a difference). A small sofa and a microwave would be perfect for those who stay more than a couple of days.

First thing the staff: professional, efficient and super useful with common (ie. Restaurants/coffee places, luggage, etc..) and uncommon tips (ie. recommendation on rooftop open air swimming pools)! The room was almost brand new, very specious, comfortable, and had anything we needed, including a small kitchen and some extra supplements (cookis, chocolate, etc...) we could have for free. The hotel is in the city centre, right in the middle of Ermou Street, but we could not hear any noise cause the room was soundproof. We could leave our luggage till late afternoon and that was very handy. Overall, beyond expectations, thank you!

Apartment hotel in a perfect location on Armo!!! Close to everything. A large room, they cleaned the room and changed towels every day, the room and the kitchen are equipped with everything you need, at a really high level. The staff is charming and friendly, Christianna is amazing, she helped us with everything we asked for, 2 flights canceled for us, and she gave us another night in the hotel and let us left the luggage until later at night. She is simply amazing. I will definitely come back here next time.

nice spacious room, central location, welcome gifts (a bottle of water in the room is always appreciated) Useful to know: the property shared the code for the room on the day of arrival. It was visible in the booking.com account (via the website) but it wasn't sent through per email immediately. If you did not get it, log in and check the messages. I arrived during office hours so it was no problem. Likewise if you agreed to be contacted via WhatsApp it might no be a problem for you.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location on Ermou Street is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was very clean, and our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to the lady at the reception—she was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Athens!
