Place was bigger than we have expected. Good view of the Acropolis. Has a coffee machine with some capsules which was convenient. 5 mins walk from the station. No reception but very good and clear instructions to self access the room. Good privacy and quiet. Wifi is good. TV is good. Has a iron w ironing board. Very central and within walking distance to other places. In the second day, we saw the cleaning maid who was polite and friendly. WhatsApp chat w the other staff was good and responsive. Would recommend to others if they are in Athens for a few days.

Water flow in the shower area is not good so the showering experience could have been better. That's the only not so positive experience.

It was everything we had wanted it to be. Easy to access from the train station, with a luggage storage facility nearby while we waited to check in. Right off one of the main shopping streets so it felt safe, but high enough to not hear much noise. The view was spectacular. It was super clean. I would 100% stay here again.

The water heater made a loud rumbling sound when you ran the sink or flushed the toilet. It was jarring at first but it didn’t bother us. I chalked it up to the building. For the view and location, you can handle a little rumble!

Location is just perfect! Walkable to everywhere - restaurants, Metro, tourist attractions incl Acropolis, etc. It's opposite Zara and right in the middle of the shops. Our large room had the view of Acropolis too. The staff were attentive and prompt, especially Alexandros who was ALWAYS available if you need assistance, he was fabulous! Housekeeping team were thorough with the cleaning. Just read their email instructions well on how to access the property and it'll be a breeze. Very safe area and building.

The shower area is a bit old and too close to the toilet bowl - but overall, it's clean and very well maintained.

The room was spacious. The staff was responsive via text. The overhead shower in room Gamma was broken (only the handheld worked), and when I texted them, they offered to move me to one of the other rooms.

This has absolutely no connection to the Aria hotel chain in the United States, I thought it was, I guess that's my fault. It's not a hotel. It's three rooms on the 9th floor of an undescript building.

Check in instructions were very clear and easy. View from the room of the Acropolis was incredible! Bed was comfortable and location was great as it was close to a train station making transit from and to the airport easy and hassle free and was also close to the main strip of shops and cafes/restaurants.

Water pressure in the shower was pretty bad, but could still get the job done at a slower pace and wasn’t bad enough to distract from the high quality of everything else.

Spacious room, welcome drink, great view of the Acropolis, no noise from street, great location.

Bathroom poorly designed so shower water ran along ledge behind toilet & soaked floor. No kitchen but not needed for one night stay. Street entrance to apartments was locked at 9pm. Entrance not visible on Google Streetview and no photo on Booking.com, so added photos here.

no breakfast is offered as it is an apartment but the location is great and around the area there are many options for enjoying a great breakfast.

I was a bit concerned about the safety as once you enter the building , and pass the main door, on the ground floor, where the elevators are, there are stairs to the basement . I was concerned whether there is an access from basement for third people to get into the budling. Please look at it.

Communication prior to check in was excellent. The previous guest had accidentally left the keys in the wrong box - the host responded immediately to messages about this and quickly resolved this. Superb service and response. Thanks. Hope to visit again.

Location, size of the suite, cleanliness, views of the Acropolis, excellent assistance from reception and housekeeping. Transfers were arranged through the hotel which were on time and reasonably priced. Communication with reception whilst in Athens was through WhatsApp which turned out to be quite effective.

AMAZING LOCATION, right in the heart of Ermou street above the shops with amazing view of the Acropolis. Near bus and train which go directly to the airport. The room was very big and very clean. Would 100% stay here again.

There isn't a reception desk so nowhere to store bags if you arrive before check in. But we were able to check in a little earlier which was great. Keep this in mind if you are planning to stay in Athens before/after checkin/check out.
