The hotel has a very good location.

The breakfast was very poor and without any variety. There is an extra charge to pay if your arrive after midnight, 10€ for each hour, we had to pay 30€ for arriving at 03:00 in the morning. I have stayed in more than 100 different hotels in my life but have never seen such a thing. Overall the hotel is highly overpriced for whatever it is offering.

The apartment is equipped for everything you need for a short time visit in Athens, including a washing machine. They have a very nice robe as well that you can wear after taking a shower. It's a short walk to restaurants and shops, as well as to acropolis. They have an Italian restaurant in level 6 from 5 to midnight. Nice breakfast too. And thank you kindly for giving us our breakfast the night before our check-out because we have to leave the hotel early in the morning 🙂

Everything was good except we were not informed that we need to turn on the switch for the water heater. Not a big deal.

We spent three nights here before our cruise and found it very comfortable. Our “Deluxe Apartment with Separate Kitchen” was exactly as pictured—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a comfortable king bed, washing machine (a bonus), fridge/freezer, and even a quaint balcony. The location near Syntagma Square was perfect for exploring on foot; and we found many great restaurants nearby. Breakfast in the quaint, rustic dining room provided a wide range of foods, and dinner at the rooftop Italian restaurant was excellent. Staff were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. A truly charming boutique hotel experience—highly recommended.

The lift was very small!

We couldn't believe how little we paid for this incredible room! We had a full kitchen, a cute balcony with table and chairs, a washing machine, couch and two beds! The location was fantastic -- 2 minutes walk from the subway at Syntagma Square, which is central to buses too, including the airport bus. It was a short walk to the shopping in Plaka and to the Acropolis, Botanic Garden, Temple of Zeus, etc. The breakfast, which was included, was fantastic -- literally cooked while we watched, in small amounts so it stayed fresh: omelettes, meats, cheese, vegies, and these surprisingly delicious hard boiled eggs colored red. I highly recommend staying here!

I had no complaints!

Everything was great. Our flight was delayed so we arrived a little after midnight. Zoe was at the front desk, explained everything to us about how to get in and out after hours, where breakfast is served (as part of the stay), then she brought up our luggage and showed us around the room, explaining how everything worked-stove/oven/microwave/washing machine. There was coffee, fruit, tea, laundry detergent, dish detergent pretty much everything you would need.

nothing could have been better. It’s an exceptional place with great decor (old-fashioned), great staff and great accomodations.

Location is ideaL. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean well equipped apt. We really appreciated the water and fruit that was in the fridge when we arrived. The place is well thought out and all amenities were provided including two pods if we wanted to wash some clothes.

Although restaurant food was excellent, staff very friendly, nice ambaunce, view only of sky above with open roof but price was high compared with so many beautiful restaurants with amazing rooftop views of the acropolis and surroundings. I was surprised we were offered a bottle of water ( which we didnt open) and yet were charged 4 euros. Most resestaurants will ask you if you want water if they will be charging you. If they pour it without asking then its free. (i only noticed the overcharge once back in room and couldn’t be bothered to go back upstairs to tell them). Review your bill before paying.

Location of this property was amazing, Central to everything and within walking distance to lot of attractions and lot of great restaurants. The bus and train stations within 5 minutes of walking was also a great benefit. The room was very quiet and the space was utilized really well. The breakfast was really nice and Amani was always there early to serve breakfast with a smile. She was very pleasant and is a great asset to this property. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends. If I ever go back to Athens, I would definitely stay here.

The elevator was too small and barely fit 2 people with couple of small bags.

Staff was great. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and allowed us an early start. Try the Greek Yogurt. Room was kept clean. Small Hotel with about 9 rooms. We had a full kitchen. Our room did not have any windows facing the street but we were not there very often. Bathroom shower had enough pressure. Washing machine with detergent was available in room but no dryer. There was a small area outside the window where you could hang a limited amount of clothes to dry. Small elevator which really didn't matter. Hotel was within walking distance to many good restaurants. Syntagma Square was very close. We walked to many sightseeing locations.

Staff was kind, polite, and very helpful. Breakfast was as expected, the dining area has a special athmosphere. The rooftop restaurant is amazing. We stayed 4 nights in a street view apartment with a nice balcony. We got towels changed once. The kitchen in the appartment is far better then expected, the beds in the bedroom are comfortable. Worth the price. Perfect location. I reccomend it to guests want to be close to Athen's heart in an apartment.

The sofa bed in the living room is good for 2 children ( I was with children, so for us it was perfect), however for adults it could be a little more comfortable ( I slept there two nights).

The room was clean and large with a seperate bedroom, living area, kitchen and even a balcony with a small sit-out that we used. The furniture was elegant with excellent furnishings. The bathroom has lovely toiletries, especially the hand lotion! There was a washing machine which we used with the supplied detergent pods and we could comfortably dry out clothes on a small rack in the balcony. All of the staff is very friendly. Zoe showed us upto our room, did a little walk-through and offered to demonstrate the use of the washer and oven. She even arranged to have our luggage brought up. Amani at the breakfast counter was a vibrant conversationalist and always had a smile on her face. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a decent range to suit all tastes, we especially enjoyed the pies! Appreciated the complimentary fruit and couple of drinks left in our fridge. The location was perfect for exploring Athens, it was so central that we could walk back to our room a couple of times every day for a break before setting out again. The hotel is in a quiet side lane just off a busy street, with several groceries nearby.

The wifi was spotty during our stay. For a large kitchen like this one, we expected to see a few basics like paper towels, a couple of sharp knives and a chopping board. A small bottle of cooking oil and a few seasonings wouldn't go amiss either.
