I've stayed in Athens so many times, this was the best hotel I've ever chosen . ●The best quality of cleaning service, they take care of every detail in you room , really important daily cleaning service for those who are interested. ●breakfast is top, one of the best choices to eat in the hotel, they serve it in your room, really impressive menu and it cover every demand. Fresh and tasty . ●The room, new renovated , they keep it so well that it looks you are the first guests staying in . Little fully equipped kitchen , including coffee machine and kettle , and offering some coffee capsules and tea options. Being able to dim the light at night is the best thing that has happened to me as I sleep with a night light on. ●Location perfect , you can not hear the noise from central road , very close by if you want to move by metro and busses . Even by taxi it's very easy, better walk to the bus station and order or take a taxi from there , to avoid few minutes of traffic ( it takes few more minutes if you order the taxi at the entrance of the hotel , but it's really nice and short walk from hotel to taxi/bus station ) . ● The staff that welcomes you each time , amazing, they care about their guests , smiling and good vibes. ●lastly, we would like to thank the owner for this amazing hotel and for his choosen staff. The breakfast choices were superb: generous, fresh and delicious. I loved the everything from the walkable location close to attractions, casual café exposure to the street, lovely, kind and thoughtful young staff, the bright, cheerful, upscale modern redesign/rehab of a very old building. Everything was very comfortable and efficient and welcoming to an international traveler.

One should know that there is a cafe/bar on the block with live music open to the street in the evenings. Loud music and conversation goes on until early morning. If one prefers having open window for sleeping, this is not ideal. The windows closed though, are quite an effective sound barrier, and the HVAC system is good.

Best in Athens! Super nice, during our traveling in Europe here Dwell is best stay ever. Amazing breakfast, friendly good all staffs. Very Clean. Perfect location!! Central of central but quiet at night, comfy beds, very clean. I recommend to my around, when they come to Greece must to stay in Dwell. Highly recommend!

Fab location - you can literally walk to everything in central Athens. Super clean - kudos to the housekeeping ladies. Delicious breakfast spread - though staff were a little inflexible. Nice modern room.

Very very noisy in the evening into the wee morning and I am usually a sound, easy sleeper. We were on the 3rd floor and could here chatter laughter music till 3am as there is a bar right below us 2 doors down. One night an alarm went off for a good 15 mins at 2am - we woke with a start thinking there was a fire. The hotel provide ear plugs in the room so they are aware of the problem.

The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast. The menu was sufficient and had a variety of tasty options to suit all tastes. Breakfast was a perfect start to each day. The hotel's location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Athens city center, it was a stone's throw away from major attractions, vibrant shopping streets, and charming cafes. We were able to explore the city easily and make the most of our time without worrying about transportation All in all, our experience at this boutique hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of pleasant breakfast, friendly service, clean rooms, and perfect location made our vacation trip truly memorable in Athens :)

We loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. The design and finishes were modern and cool with great attention to detail. The breafast and coffee (included) was gourmet with good variety. The staff could not be friendlier and more attentive. We have stayed in this part of Athens at different hotels many times over the years. Dwell was a unique lovely experience and a hidden gem in a perfect walkable location to all the best spots in Plaka and Syntagma.

Central location, footsteps away from shops, bars/restaurants, public transport, key attractions. Spotless clean. Comfortable rooms, elegant and practical design, good insulation-no noise from main streets. Welcoming staff, immediate response to our requests. Great breakfast - fresh, good quality ingredients, nicely prepared.

Love the vibe of small conceptual boutique hotel. The location is perfect. Very clean, big round of applause to the house keepers. Rooms are equipped with everything you might need, loved that you don’t have to additionally ask for the iron or slippers etc.. Breakfast was delicious and a separate appreciation to baristas in the coffee shop, they make one of the best coffee in town.

Perfect location if you are looking for something close to all monuments, museums, galleries, shops, bars, restaurants… it’s hidden in a small street, beds are super comfortable, breakfasts are delicious, it’s really quiet. Team working there is friendly and helpfull, cleaning service Ladies are also so nice. There’s an elevator inside, it’s few minutes walking from Syntagma Square. Good connection to the airport - subway or bus. Airco is working very quietly and without any problems. Bathroom is quite big if you don’t like claustrophobic hotel bathrooms - that’s the one you can really relax :)

The location was perfect. The rooms were beautiful. The attention to detail was impressive. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations.

The only negative we found was it could be noisey at night.
