The people on the reception were extremely lovely and always tried to help us when we asked for things! The room was really lovely, very well priced and in a great location.

Room was so spacious! Everything was just so nice, the design, facilities, staff, would definitely come back whenever I'm in Athens. And the location- couldn't get any better than this. Very good value for money! The staff was just so nice it was unbelievable. They even give you free water, sparkling water and beer in the room!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gave us timely local updates that could affect our trip.

The room is exceptional, ac is working perfectly, very beautiful lightning of room. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is very in the center which is very comfortable to stay. I had a very beautiful room on the upper floor. Complimentary water is very nice as well as coffee machine and tea.

• The absence of cards for elevator/door, so you need use the key password (which when I was forgetting was annoying). • you are contacted by WhatsApp which was a bit disturbing for me — telling when I come, all information there… it makes some fuss for me. • Wi-Fi was working very badly, unfortunately, all time of my stay. It was quite an issue for me, since I was counting on it. • Some paper and pen would be nice in room. • In the evenings can hear noise from streets. • There is music in corridor, which was disturbing for me, it them was made more quite. • More cleaned would be great (there were dark hairs found in slippers/carpet and I’m blonde).

The location is fantastic—right on Ermou Street, the best area for shopping, and surrounded by great local restaurants. The service and staff were exceptional; I truly appreciated their daily follow-up and support. The room was very clean and modern, making for a comfortable stay. My only suggestions would be to add a chair, a small table, and a hook or rack in the bathroom for hanging clothes. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens and will definitely choose it again for my next trip. Special "thank you" to Evita, Katerina, Konstantina, and Pantelis for their follow-ups.

“Honestly, this hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The most outstanding feature was its location. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you find yourself on the main shopping street in Athens. It’s close to all the famous attractions, and within just 10 minutes you can walk to almost anywhere you want. As for cleanliness, it was spotless and excellent. The décor was ultra-modern and very beautiful. The staff were extremely professional and always ready to help. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.”

Location excellent, spacious room, good cupboard space, excellent coffee facilities, located away from the elevators and public areas, and reception. Staff were very attentive.

Water supply disrupted on a couple of occasions but consideration was made by the hotel staff in lieu of this. Morning noise and talking from the staff using the staff room just outside my door. I found use of light switches confusing - couldn't always turn off all lights from bedside so had to get up ... Re this survey is was not technically possible to complete the survey in #2 though my indicators would have been very positive. Perhaps the inclusion of breakfast might have been an agreeable option though there are quality places nearby

We had a lovely stay at Nur Aparthotel Athens. The location is unbeatable—right along a vibrant shopping street and within walking distance to all the major sightseeing spots in Athens. The room interiors are modern and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. We really appreciated the key code entry system for both the room and lift—very convenient and eliminates the hassle of carrying or misplacing a room key. Because it’s in such a central area, it can get a bit noisy, but we weren’t bothered by it at all. Overall, a great choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of Athens!

The location was incredible! Right in the middle or Ermou street, walking distance from anything and everything. Additionally, the cleanliness was great, the staff friendliness was excellent and lastly the self service of entering and leaving the property is very feasible.

To ensure security is maintained, a lot of codes are required on different doors, which I completely understand but can be challenging when you want to forget an item or you want to get up and down real quick.
