Staying at this brand new, impeccably clean flat in the heart of Athens was an absolute delight. Located right on main shopping street with convenient access to everything. Although in an older building, the actual aparthotel takes up an entire floor and subdivided into individual bed/bath units with their own code and physical key access. Rooms are bright, airy, modern, clean, and set up with comfy beds and thoughtful amenities. The owner monitors booking communications and directly intervenes to ensure prompt responses and guest stay meets expectations. Overall, price, customer service, location, amenities, and cleanliness can't be beat.

The location is perfect, just a 5-min walk to the metro, with direct access via the M3 line to both the airport and Piraeus port. The area is vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The family room was spacious and clean, though the layout is a bit unusual. Access to the room requires 3 different passcodes, but as long as you follow the instructions carefully, it’s not an issue.

The building’s lift is a bit old, but it works ok. There was a mosquito in the room, and unfortunately, my daughter ended up with a few bites on her face, which she was quite upset about.

Location Location... was perfect for us as we love staying on Voulis. Everything was literally right at your doorstep and very easy to move around from here. The room itself was nice and the chambermaids a delight. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Athens.

Trying to get into the actual apartment very late at night! The door code was not working as the battery was flat however we then discovered the key was in the door... phew. We also had to help another traveller get into her room so perhaps this could be made a bit easier. All other codes worked fine into the building and to the actual floor ....

The location was perfect, close to many restaurants, transportation, and sites. The building was not well-marked, but once you understand that the Voulis rooms are on one floor (5th floor) and other offices or apartments are on other floors, you understand. If you need a luxury hotel, this is not your choice. If, like us, you like a good accommodation, close to places you want to go, clean, quiet, convenient, and a good price - this is it! We wanted a refrigerator and coffee maker - got it! The attendant tidied up the room each morning.

The room was way too warm and turning down the thermostat didn’t change it. The windows need to be closed a night for the sounds of cars and people on the street. The down comforter was lovely, but too hot! We should have contacted the manager about this but we didn’t. The elevator was very old but worked well. Once you figured it out, it was charming. Button #5 for the 5th floor had to be pressed really hard in order to connect, but sometimes we got it on the first try.

We are a family of three, and we spend three nights at this lovely place. The location is the best that you can have, it excessed the location than other hotels there, since everything you need is on this street and you do not have to cross any traffic light at all. The facilities are more than excellent. The rooms are modern and luxury. Cleanness it something that we should mention since the place was really clean! We were surprised that our room was cleaned everyday. Check-in and check-out were more than comfort and the communication was very easy. Definitely will stay there again.

Apartment clean. 2 little free bottles of wine in fridge a nice touch. Bathroom and shower great. A/C worked well. Access was clear, even for our tired brains after 30 hours of travel. Communication with management was excellent and timely. Very convenient, central location for sights, shopping and Metro to get to and from airport.

Building was a little sketchy, but that is not uncommon. It didn't reflect on the apartment. Elevator could definitely use an update as it was a bit tired and hard to figure out. We had to tell someone else how to use it when they were checking in.

Location is perfect: Dozens of good restaurants around, supermarket and a important metro station a few blocks; people walking on the street all the day and night, what made us feel safe. Accommodation was new and had everything we need (comfortable bed, refrigerator, air-conditioning and a nespresso machine; bathroom with good shower and reasonable space). We arrived late night (1 am) and had to leave very early on the morning (5:30 am), and it was no problem at all. It is a place I would return for sure.

the location is very central, just at Syntagma square. Clear check-in instructions (self-check in and check-out helps with late arrivals/early departures). Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities (shower accessories and coffee etc.). Good wifi. The value for the location is unbeatable (although i guess it was off season).

please take into account: - there is a bar that played music loud, even on Sunday and that can disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. not all rooms face at that street so maybe check. - i was alone but for 2 people the room might be small-ish.
