The room itself is modern with all the amenities one needs, even includes a washing machine hiden in a cupboard, a powerful yet quiet aircon which is a must in Athens, the Queen bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa bed our kids slept but could easily accommodate adults too. location doesn't get any better you are right at the heart of Athens literally 5-10mins walking distance from Syntagma, Monastiraki, Plaka, Psyri yet from the apartment you can't hear all the street noise. Overall a great place to stay with reasonable price and I can see myself staying there again.

There is an issue with the shower tiles, they are very slippery and someone is going to get hurt, our son slipped and landed on his butt, if that was to happen to an elderly person I'm sure hospitals would be involved. It's an easy fix to install a shower mat to give some grip.

Location - comfortably located in the heart of Athens. Everything is in walking distance. Landmarks such as Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, Syntagma, Psyri, Zappeio, and many more, old and new, are in very close vicinity. Bus station at your doorstep. Either you are an history enthusiast, foodie or an avid shopper, this location will fully satisfy you. Apartment - most certainly will cover all your needs. The fully equipped kitchenette, electric cattle, Nespresso machine, fridge, cutlery, etc., will enable you to prepare all your meals if you so desire. Otherwise, downstairs you can choose from a variety of styles: street food, gourmet, traditional Greek, ethnic, the surrounding area is packed with amazing offers for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, coffee shops, taverns, roof gardens, bars and many more. With a minimalistic design, the apartment offers a super comfy very large double bed, free WiFi, big screen flat TV in the room, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and a great balcony with comfy chairs. Although located in the heart of everything, in the apartment you will enjoy the peace and quiet that you need. Either you visit Athens for the weekend or a 2 weeks holiday, no matter the season, you will find this location to be the perfect fit. The location is superb! The apartment is right in the middle of Ermou Street, in the center of the Athens, a walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and the towels and bed sheets looked new. Prior to our arrival, we received a detailed explanation of where to find the keys and how to get to the apartment. Also, Giannis was available online and answered all of our questions. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a lift in the building.

The apartment might be a bit tiny for 4 people. We stayed only two nights and were mostly outside, so it was fine. The sofa bed was not comfortable, but the owner said that they are going to replace it.

The apartment is in a perfect location, just walking distance to the metro,the street food restaurants excellent food cuisine, excellent atmosphere area,a short walk away to traditional soldiers marching in front of the presidential palace,acropolis and the Museum, all the other temples and Olympic stadium you can walk a round loop and reach Monastiraki ,Plaka and Ermou, we did after we picked up area map from the tourist information centre and had no trouble in getting around , would recommend Ermou Athens city centre Apartment it was clean, comfortable with a spacious balcony, the host was good to meet us and show us in and so was our transfer from the airport, thank you for for our stay

Everything about the apartment was fantastic. Coming from North America we are used to large appliances which is not always the case in European standards, but this apartment did (washer/dryer, oven, range, fridge, freezer, Walkin shower, bed, couch, balcony, smart TV, air conditioner) Location could not have been better, never felt the need to use public transport even though it was readily available. A grocery and bakery are just outside as well as several restaurants. Security was top notch as was convenience and value.

Hard pressed to think of anything lacking. One of the kitchen outlets didn't work and a shower door was missing but both were easily worked around. We did miss not having a tea towel but again easily worked around.

Central location close to main shops/restaurants. Apartment was Clean. Good air conditioning. Bed comfortable

No taxi/pick up location. Had to walk a distance with luggage on cobble stone to get there in the heat.. probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. Doors very difficult to open/lock. No linen/blankets supplied for sofa bed.

We loved the room, very modern, and great location - everything in the historic center was within walking distance, lots of restaurants, and cafes, there is a grocery store in the back of the building, unfortunately we noticed it on the last day.

The room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait to get in (the owner sent cleaning crews and they had a key). The room was a mess and we had to wait for it to be cleaned up; also, someone had turned off the water heater (it was off on the electrical panel) and we only had cold water. We stayed in the hotel for two nights and had to take cold showers on the second day. I didn't realize this until the third day of our stay, (didn't realize it was turned off on the switchboard). Also no one came the next day to clean the room or make the bed...... There was a kettle and coffee maker in the room, but no complimentary coffee or tea. I contacted the owner and was promised this would be taken care of, but it seems to be done for the next visitors.....

Pleasant, clean with everything you could possibly need. Even an umbrella which was a nice touch. The very large balcony was definitely a huge plus. The location was superb. The perfect distance from Ermou and Syntagma Square while very quiet as its in a side street. Being Easter, we visited amazingly beautiful Mitropoleos church which was a stones throw too. I must also note how secure the building is with triple door entrance.

We've stayed in many places around the world, mostly hotels but we weren't sure what to expect with this apt type accommodation as the reason we chose it was almost soley for it's location. The only slight issue but not serious was the bathroom size but I'm 6"3 so I'm used to this even in multiple star hotels.

The entrance was a bit complicated, but the owner answered immediately. The balcony wasn't clean enough. There was only a very thin blanket on the bed.

The location was phenomenal - right off the main shopping/restaurant area! The apartment had everything you needed except a washing machine which would have then made it perfect. We arrived early in the morning and I called Giannis to see if we were able to leave the bags in the room. The lovely lady cleaning the room was already there and we were able to leave our bags and she gave us the keys. Perfect.

The only thing was the 4 flights of stairs with big bags. There looked like there might have been a lift but it wasn't obvious or on every level so we didn't try it. Europe is full of stairs so it didn't take away from the amazing apartment, I just wish our bags weren't so big!
