We arrived at 8am and even though the check in is at 2pm the made their best to give us a room. 10 points The staff super supportive and friendly. Location best in town. Value for money a 10 Shower was excellent. Clean. Rooftop with best views to the Acropolis. What else you can ask for??

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. Right next to many restaurants and the Acropolis. It's also well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff we very friendly and helped us with everything from holding our bags to throwing out an old suitcase. There was also a lovely breakfast on the roof with a beautiful view, and the omelets were made by a very friendly woman who spoke no English. I'd highly recommend trying the breakfast at least once.

The rooms are small, but we had a great view every time. There was also a nice balcony. If you have kids you may feel cramped, or need to book multiple rooms. For us it was perfect though.

The location of the Is hotel is fantastic. Step out & you’re in the heart of it all. Cafes, restaurants, the mall, commercial shops & supermarkets. The vibe is high. We walked to the Acropolis 20 minutes & had breakfast at a cafe nearby to it. Cafes don’t open till after 8am so we were lucky to find one near the south entrance. Our room was quite small & so the bathroom. But it suited our stay. We had a little balcony with a perfect view of the Acropolis. Beautiful church across the road. Cafes & restaurants are open late but the noise was ok. Staff are very friendly.

Staff were helpful We were able to check in nice and early Very basic room but clean and in the BEST 👌 location. Close to everything. So many bars , restaurants and shopping nearby. We were also able to walk to the meeting place for our Acropolis tour. Room was tiny as rooms in Europe often are, but we had a cute little balcony with room for 2 chairs, it overlooked a busy street, nice place to watch all the activity. You will save money if going to the airport as there is an airport bus which goes every 30 minutes for less than 10 EU, it's just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They were so kind letting us store our luggage there so we could enjoy our day before our flight. I'd stay here again

Unfortunately the breakfast lady was sick so we weren't able to enjoy the well priced breakfast upstairs. I'm sure this is very rare though.

Location was great, and view was wonderful.

Bathroom was too small and no shelving for a family of 4 to place toiletries on so we had to put things on the floor.

Location excellent - seems to be in the middle of all attractions and transport facilities. You can walk to Acropolis and main sites (if no mobility problems). Many good priced eateries a few corners away. Staff members were very helpful and apt at giving directions and suggestions. On the day of arrival our room was ready in the morning. On departure we left our luggage at the Reception. Clean room, beds and bathroom. Air-conditioning worked well. Patrons are allowed to have dinner or snack (bringing in own food from a take away) and consume at their Rooftop Terrace with an incredible view of the Parthenon. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Thank you so much.

The 'breakfast' was non-existant as was the rooftop bar/overlook! I selected a 'family room' but it was a small regular room with 2 double beds; there was NO view of Acropolis from rm 21; upon arrival, air conditioner was broke...but staff diligently worked to fix it and by 2nd day it was operable. THE BEST PART of this hotel is the friendly helpul staff...but the hotel is not as pictured..and the 'amenites' were nil. There is NO FOOD or ICE at the hotel. Fortunately there are NUMEROUS restaurants and vendors in the immediate area of central Athens

The Staff was wonderful. We arrived around 9:30am, long before the 2:00pm check-in time. We figured we would be dropping off luggage but they managed to get us into our room without us even asking. The staff regularly checked in with us whenever we arrived or departed and was always friendly. Hotel was well located and was a short walk from any of the places we wanted to go. Plus, there was AC which was amazing! Arranging an airport transfer with the hotel was easy and convenient. Overall was very happy with the property.

There was one occasion where there was a small stain on one of the pillowcases. Also, given the lovely AC, would have been nice to have the option of a comforter/duvet.

Great location, easy access to metro. Taxis hailed right out the lobby door, shopping and dining all around us. Beautiful location to walk and see landmarks too. Room, elevator, stairs, shower, etc all extremely tight! Modern and updated finishes were nice. We managed easily for 1 night. Staff friendly and helpful.

Old building was beautifully updated and modern finishes. But everything was extremely tight! Barely room for luggage, smallest bathroom ever! The shower fittings were fantastic, but sprayed the entire bathroom. The finishes were very nice, made up for the tight spaces.
