The staff was very friendly and helped us amazingly get us a new room as the first one was very nice, but it was unfortunately very loud. Keep in mind, the street is just below and it is a high traffic street unfortunately. The Hotel however provides orobugs and will do everything to make the guest feel comfortable - so a huge thanks for this. The second room was much better and we managed to sleep. Buildings are very nice and the rooms are beautiful. Area is great for sight seeing and to get to known Athens.

The first room was a bit loud due to the traffic but as mentioned, the staff tried all they could to make our stay great - we got an different room and all was good at the end.

The very central location of the property makes it a great choice and the inclusive breakfast was excellent - a lovely spread made and served with passion with two lovely dedicated chefs/ladies that comprised the kitchen staff. The room was spacious and we loved the manor-style architecture of stone and wood that made it elegant.

Unfortunately our nice experience was marred by too much noise in the night, to the extent that we could not sleep well most of the nights and would rethink visiting this hotel on that account. We were unlucky to get a room right next to the reception & the disturbance from a reception that operates 24/7, including their laundry service company that visits at an unearthly hour of 3:00-4:00 am, made the noise loud and unbearable on our last night. A doubly whammy for us was the noise from the room above us all night long as well! We articulated our concerns with the staff at the reception and they were apologetic and polite, taking our suggestions into consideration. If you choose this hotel I highly recommend ensuring you do not get room 104, which is right by the entrance/reception!

Staff were always happy to assist and answer any questions. Everyone was excellent and highly efficient at their jobs and couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast great. Very secure as you need key card access to the building. The location was awesome - close to everything. It was a short walk to so many historical sites but also restaurants and shopping.

We had two very heavy bags and the room we stayed in had no lift and with a small staircase to the room. The porters were always there to get help.

Location was perfect, very close to the Acropolis & Parthenon and Acropolis Museum, as well as Plaka for shopping and plenty of amazing restaurants around to sample. Breakfast was great, fantastic selection of western breakfast staples and additions of Greek tastes including olive spread (tapenade), Tiropita (cheese pie) one morning and Greek honey. Room was clean and spacious for 2 large suitcases, with a lovely outdoor balcony we sat on to relax. Toiletries were provided which was nice and featured olive oil. Just to note there a 3 buildings and you may need to walk 1-2 minutes to the main building (building A) for breakfast however wasn’t an issue.

The air conditioning had a slightly odd smell when we would return to the room but would disappear once we slotted the key card back into the room for the air conditioning unit to turn back on.

Great location. In the heart of everything. Close to attractions, shopping, restaurants, and bars. They have multiple buildings, and you could be in any one of those. The building was very secure and safe. The room we stayed in was tight with a queen bed.

The location was great, but it was like living in a bustling city square. Every sound, from honking horns to late-night karaoke, seemed amplified. I think a room on the top floor would have been like living in a quiet oasis. As for breakfast, it was a bit of a trek, but at least it gave us a chance to get some exercise and maybe even stumble upon a hidden gem.

Location and clean facilities! It is located in a great area full of shops & restaurants. I wish I had room in my suitcase to buy more stuff! The entire staff was kind and very accommodating, allowing 7 of us to store all our luggage because we arrived early, and then delivering it to our room when the room was ready. It was our last night in Greece so we were exhausted. They even arranged for the van to take us all to the airport. It’s a set of three buildings that have been renovated to become comfortable and rustic rooms. I loved staying here. Ohhh and breakfast buffet was perfect

Our friends room was on the higher floor of building B and did not have elevator. The steps are tricky and spiral. We had a small elevator in building C.

The Hotel was in a perfect spot right in a middle of Athens walking distance to everything we wanted we literally didn't have to use public transport once. Room was ok, very clean there was no problems.

If you are light sleeper do not chose this hotel or prepare to have ear plugs all night since its so centrally located there is a lot of noise outside that you can literally hear like you on the street. i didnt have a problem as i can sleep in any conditions and my wife chose ear plugs which are also provided inside the room.

Very well located. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help or advise. Breakfast was great but variety was lacking at some point (we stayed 5 days). Very clean and spacious rooms. 24/7 reception. Cleaning the room every day.

Noise from the street. At all times. Either traffic or construction works. But they provide earplugs. Ridiculous to charge 1€ per coffee capsule after you run out of coffee. Same for the water. We had early check out and it was not possible to get a breakfast take away. Nor refund. Really check if you can get a lift in the building you book. But they provide a butler service if you can’t carry your suitcases.

This was a last-minute booking, and it turned out to be one of the best hotel rooms I have ever had. Top notch decor. A charming breakfast room downstairs with multiple options.

The transportation arrangements I made for pick up at the port did not go as planned, though that was not the fault of the hotel. I also experienced a lot of noise from the room above me. Even with the high ceilings, I could hear every footstep.

The breakfast was perfect! The set up was really lovely and there were so many options. Our group of 9 were all very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing! I want to mention that the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Especially, Mary, Marialena, Dimitri, and Kosta! I messaged the hotel prior to our arrival and my questions were answered immediately by the staff (Marialena, Despoina).

The guests above us were a little noisy, but we were still able to sleep.
