The staff were friendly, warm, helpful with tips and suggestions. The room was modern and comfortable ( including bed and pillows). If we had realised we would have booked a room at the front with balcony and view...we had a locked connecting door to another room which we could occasionally here noise from ( and they from us no doubt). The restaurant is about a month from opening so when that happens it should be a huge plus. The location is spot on ...right in the centre of everything . We would book again ...in a better located room. Thankyou Stathis for being so charming.

We had to request the iron ...which they brought straight away ...but having that already in the room is better. As mentioned, the interconnecting door not great.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right across the main shopping streets and squares of Athens (and the metro). Around the hotel there are several restaurants as well. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room is even better than in the pictures, very modern, comfy and with high-end finishes. They gave me a free room upgrade. I definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was separated with other room by a simple door (which of course was locked), but with no noise isolation at all. I could hear literally everything the people were saying at the room besides mine, and consequently they could hear me, so there was a complete lack of privacy. It was surprising for me that such a nice hotel would have kind of an improvised arrangement to separate rooms.

Let’s start with the disappointment I made to reserve for the best room and I paid the highest price that was available then I was escorted to a room that I knew it wasn’t the one the lady at check in said it is and then checked and I called her and I told I paid for the suit and that for sure isn’t this room she came after a bit and escorted to another room this is the thing that I don’t like why I need to complain to get what I paid for why I wasn’t honered from the beginning and of course this created an ill feeling towards the establishment although I know that they had put (the owners) a lot of work to create this beautiful place!

Not giving me the room I originally reserved! And also saying there is breakfast and I get box of tea and not even a choice of even milk or lemon! And two pastries and didn’t check if I ate gluten or not! I won’t offer breakfast if I’m still not ready for that!

I really liked this place, especially for its location. It’s 5 minutes walking from Monastiraki metro station. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and souvenir shops nearby.

My room didn’t have a window, but it wasn’t a big deal

The location was outstanding!! You get an incredible view of the Acropolis, which is constantly breathtaking. The area was vibrant, with a beautiful church, plenty of stores and great restaurants less than a minute away! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean! The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning staff were quick. The AC system was powerful, unlike other places we stayed, which was necessary given the August heat! You can not go wrong when choosing this hotel for your Athens stay! We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future!

The only heads-up I would give is that the breakfast option is simply a notification that you get 15% off a local cafe - it is not bad, but it wasn't what we entirely had in mind! Of course, it is not something that hinders us from returning! The other thing is that the transfer that was arranged cost 65 euros. We were alerted ahead of time, but the total fare of the taxi was only 47 euros! If you are trying to save money, you are better off arranging it yourself!

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and professional. The highlight is definitely the view of the Acropolis and the location at the historical center.

Fantastic brand new hotel. 2nd time we have stayed here. The first time the room had Acropolis view- spectacular especially at night. All rooms are beautiful with lovely decor and set up. Location is excellent - close to shopping, sites, museum, and restaurants. Staff are great - always helpful with any questions. 24/7 reception and lift to rooms. Quiet and peaceful - no noise from outside so slept amazingly. Hotel is opening a rooftop bar soon (renovating whilst we were there but looked nearly finished) amazing view of the Acropolis.

Fantastic location close to the city centre (150 m) to the markets, shops, restaurants, and transport (metro, buses). Staff were friendly and very helpful going the extra mile to give great service. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Amazing views of the Acropolis from your room. The hotel provided us with early check in, which allowed us to freshen up from our trip before exploring. I would recommend this hotel to any one staying in Athens, the hotel is brand new and the roof top breakfast area was not quite finished during our 4 night stay.

Was recently opened which allows for small issues but needs to have a place to open suitcases.

The location was incredible and staff were super friendly, but suprisingly, the bathroom washlet was such a surprise to find so it totally left a positive impression on the details of comfort.

For some reason the payment was an issue online and it seems the management were alot more uncooperative or rigid than the staff who did an incredible job walking me through the process and helped me get comfortable and checked in than keep waiting in the small lobby considering the long travel hours I had to take to arrive to Athens.
