The location couldn't have been more perfect, central to everything and located on a quiet street with only foot traffic. The accommodations were just what we needed for our week-long stay. The room was spacious and we were glad we could open the windows for fresh air and to hear the street sounds when we wanted, but with the windows closed the room was very quiet. Housekeeping came daily, provided fresh towels and water, and restocked the coffee supplies and toiletries. The staff was very accommodating. Our flight arrived early in the morning, they let us drop our luggage off at the jewelry store next door and then had our room ready 4 hours early! Overall we were thrilled with our stay and highly recommend 24K Athens Suites.

Just a word of caution for those that may need to know, the elevator doesn't go to the ground floor, coming/going you'll need to navigate one flight of stairs. The elevator is small, two people with a couple of suitcases was tight. Also, the staircases are a little scary and lack handrails in some places so you have to take your time and use caution, but you get used to it quickly. Our room was on the second floor (ground, 1st, 2nd), we used the stairs almost exclusively. As for the room, overall it was perfect but we wished there were more hooks to hang towels, coats, bags, etc. There was only one hook in the bathroom and only 4 hangers in the wardrobe. By no means a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.

The apartment is in an excellent location for visiting all the top sites in Athens. I was worried about street noise but this property is above a pedestrianised street so, no car noise and not above an eatery so, very quiet during the night. We particularly liked the nespresso machine in the room and the mini kitchenette. We were able to store breakfast items in the fridge and then have our breakfast on the balcony outside our room.

Host was extremely helpful and kind. He contacted me days before my arrival and met me when I got to the property. He also shared tips on how to get around Athens as well as restaurant suggestions for food which helped a lot as I was new to the city. 10/10 The property is in the middle of the city and 5 minutes from the train station. It's also easy to get to the Acropolis and other sites on foot. There are lots of shops around it which is great for trinkets and shopping. It was also safe for me getting back to the property later on in the evening.

If you have mobility issues, the lift only goes down until the first floor then you take the stairs and vice versa. It was not an issue for me but it's something to note!

Very comfortable bed. Convenient central location. Quiet. Loved the pink walls outside the room. Nice minimal decor.

Some attention required on the cleanliness. I found some hair on the bathroom wall (not mine). I didn't realise there will be a daily check in from the cleaner - I would prefer not being disturbed for the duration of my stay. The advertised photos of the rooms are mixed up - when I booked the room I was expecting something different. I would suggest to add the corresponding photos to each room.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I must, and I will start with my personal experience before mentioning the rooms themselves. We booked two apartments for two groups, to celebrate Easter in Athens, including Good Friday. We did the booking a few months in advance. Two days before our flight, our daughter caught an ear infection and was hospitalized, and we had to change our plans and push the flights two days (per doctor's orders). We also decided to extend the vacation. It was a logistics nightmare, considering we were two groups, and had different flights and return dates. The guys at 24K Athena Suites were considerate and helpful beyond all measures: they allowed us to change the dates, extend our stay as a compensation for our lost nights, ALL WITHOUT ANY EXTRA PAY, and on a VERY short notice from our side. Without their dedicated and immediate support we probably would have cancelled this vacation because we would have missed Easter eve and Sunday altogether. (Finding another place was out of the question due to the low availability and high prices 2 days before Easter) Now, regarding the apartments - Location: can't get any better, it's in the heart of Athens. No matter where we walked, it always felt like the apartment was a few minutes away. It's right above Monastiraki square (metro access) and under the Metropolitan Church, near Ermou and Plaka, a few minutes from Syntagma square. Rooms: spacious and clean, excellent room cleaning service, with everything provided like towels, shampoo/shower gel/body lotion, hair dryer, even a clothes iron (upon request). The bathroom is pretty big also and comfortable. I will not look for any other place on my next visit to Athens.

The most amazing view you can wish for! It is right in the middle of the area with all the walking streets and souvenir shops and still it is very very quiet in the apartment. It feels like you are sightseeing meanwhile staying in the apartment. You can have your morning coffee on the terrace looking at the Acropolis 😍 It is spacious and clean, the bed is also big and comfy Communication with the host was smooth and quick

The amenities could be better prepared- it has a small kitchen but only 1 pan available some plates and spoons and a knife. When we asked for a pot we did get it the next day at 11 but maybe they dont want that much cooking is happening, not sure. The window on the side, next to the bed didnt have a curtain only a dark foil but that did not make the room dark. If you are used to sleeping in dark you need to put some black garbage bag ( that you need to buy) with some tape or something. We managed without because by 8 when our toddler went to sleep the sun was down but it was NOT dark

Oh my, Christos is so kind and accommodating! He arranged for transport from the ship. He met us early and held our luggage. And met us again at check in to show us where everything was. The apartments are centrally located at the edge of Plaka. Everything these 1st time visitors needed or wanted to do was nearby! The view was a definite plus! And the street...while bustling during the day...was quiet at night. The only thing (very minor) was that the shower gets the floor very wet. It's beautiful, but the design allows water to get out on to the floor. We were so appreciative of all the kindnesses...including water in the refrigerator every day. We hope to come back some day!

I had an amazing experience staying at 24k Athena Suites during our trip to Athens. From the moment we arrived, Christos, our host, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including taking care of our luggage for us when we had to check out during our stay, it made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy our last day stress-free. The suite itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Athens with an incredible view of the Acropolis from our window. The Plaka is steps away and you are able to easily walk to many of the main attractions easily. I highly recommend 24k Athena Suites to anyone visiting Athens. Between the stunning views, perfect location, and the outstanding hospitality from Christos, it truly made our trip unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great if you need to be close to the centre of Athens and explore. It is easily accessible with public transportation, especially from and to the airport. There is a great variety of places to visit, bars and restaurants all around. Great street food too! The room and the bathroom was clean, the bedding was amazing and i really appreciated that the ac was already on. Coming in from the heat to a cooled environment made such a difference. It immediately felt like home. There were cold bottles of water in the fridge, and complimentary coffee for you to make. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was large and well cared for. The bathroom was terrific. Serviceing was carried out every day with used items replaced. Well done the staff. On arrival it did have the wow facter

My room did not have a view of the Acropolis but it could be seen just a few steps for the buiding.. The down side was 24 steps with a dangerous winder at the top see picture. Once on the 1st floor ther is a lift. which is most welcome after the steps. Less abled people would not be able to get that far.
