The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 2-5 minute walk to the metro. It is close to the Acropolis and Plaka Village, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores nearby. Complimentary wine and juice were provided (though we only discovered this on the last day). Yannis was very responsive and accommodating.

The hotel is smaller than expected. Only two water bottles were provided for our 3-day, 2-night stay. Some lights weren’t working. We were not informed about the complimentary wine and juice when we checked in.

Great location, very very central to the shops, the metro, restaurants, bars etc and all tourist attractions. The room was a good size and clean although there was no maid service to empty bins, change towels etc during our 4-5 day stay!! The noise was as expected for a central location in a big city. The breakfast was very nice although a little more variation would be good for a longer stay. We felt very safe in this location also, something we were unsure about prior to our visit.

The bathroom was a little odd with perspex like windows / doors - hence not a lot of privacy when sat on the loo !! There appeared to be issues during our stay with the main gate key to the apartments stored in the key safe which all guests had access to if required when the main gate was locked. The key safe code had to be changed during our stay as another guest had left it open and the main gate key also disappeared at another point during our stay. I think every guest should be given a main gate key during their stay to avoid these problems.

the bed was really comfortable and the location is perfect

unfortunately there was a smell of sewers coming out of the bathroom, nothing too disturbing, they give you slippers and you should use them because the floor is quite cold, keep in mind that the apartment is located in a busy street so there will be noise even with the windows closed (we don’t mind the noise but just to share this fact)

The room was clean, well-equipped, very well located (just a 3-minute walk to the Monastiraki metro station), and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the service and hospitality of the owner, Michael, and the manager, Yannis.

Although the room had everything I needed during my stay; I would have liked to have room service for daily housekeeping.

We had a wonderful three days staying at Anna’s place in Athens. Everything was perfect. Great location, newly renovated rooms, and a great caring host. Anna and her boys run a great little pizza shop close where we had breakfast and amazing pizza. 🍕 I highly recommend this place. Anna is very sweet and generous.

The place is located right in the heart of Athens, very close to Monastiraki square. It is very busy area, bustling with people, lots of restaurants, bistros, shops. I also enjoyed the famous flee market. Good location to reach out most of the sightseeing places on foot - Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Plaka district, National gardens and other. I had planned to use the local subway but in the end I walked everywhere. The host Michael was great, clear instruction for check it, communication was easy and efficient. He has a nice little Pizza place near by - breakfast is served there.

Since it is a very busy area, it is definitely not a quite place. Restaurant are opened till late night so lots of activity outside. I personally did not consider it as a problem, just an observation.

Perfect balance of style, comfort and amenities. Very convenient location as well. I’ll use this place again if I’m in the area.

Only one thing I was missing during my stay was some form of safe on the room, just for the complete peace of mind for documents and valuables.

Very well located in the centre of Athens - everything is walking distance. The hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast was a nice mix of pastries and toast a short walk away at their pizza shop. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable.

There is a little bit of noise from the street but that is to be expected with the central location and it didn’t bother us.

The location was so great right in the centre and a close walk from the train station. Also close to all the main sites. The host have us such great instructions on how to find the place making it a smooth way to find the location. The property itself was very clean and cozy too. Also not to mention the complimentary bottle of wine included was great 😆

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was so close to the touristic attractions.

The breakfast was a bit weak.
