Our first stay at **Noma Hotel** – and we’re already planning to return! From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The location is incredibly convenient, perfect for exploring the city on foot, yet tucked away just enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The hotel itself is a boutique dream – stylish, intimate, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Our room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable, with soft lighting and a bed you melt into after a day in Athens. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. Noma delivers charm, comfort, and hospitality in all the right ways – a perfect little sanctuary in the heart of the city.

the location is the best thing about this place. it's right in the centre and close to the metro station. you need a code to get which we didn't realise so we were stood outside for awhile confused until someone let us in. they said that you need the original card so make sure to have that on you, and you also have to pay an additional tax on top of your booking. the staff were friendly and gave us a map explaining recommendations around the area. the rooms are nice with high ceilings. the bed was really comfortable and there was good shower pressure.

the doors to the room and the bathroom are a bit janky and hard to get in sometimes. they have a nespresso machine but charge €2 per pod (which aren't nespresso) so recommend going to the local supermarket close by and buying your own. if you are a light sleeper I'd recommend bringing ear plugs as it's on a busy street.

Located between Syntagama and Monstekirit Squares and a 16 minute walk to the Acropolis Gate, it is in the heart of the historic district. Tons of tavernas, restaurants, cafés everywhere. And both squares are transportation hubs. We were about 40 minutes to the airport and it cost us €45. The hotel is very unique combination of an ancient building with the stone walls still standing and modern conveniences. It does not have any food facilities. But a few steps away are tons of amazing places to eat, have coffee, and enjoy a gelato. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

The bed was right up against the wall on one side, so I had to crawl in and out. A minor inconvenience.

Great hotel right in the centre of Athens. Within walking distance to all the major attractions. Comfortable rooms decorated in a great mix of modern styling with a nod to the traditional. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe here and the staff were very helpful and kind. Great transport links to both the airport and the port via the metro system so very convenient.

The room was a bit noisy at times, especially at night but this is the trade off you get for any hotel in such a central, vibrant area of the city. It did not bother me but if you are looking for a more peaceful stay, I would suggest an area further out from the centre.

The room was perfect and clean. The bad was comfy, and the showers were working normally, with both cold and hot water. The staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect too. There is a metro station nearby and there are a lot of options to eat near the hotel.

The only thing to complain about is that there's a clubhouse close by where they play songs until 3 am. That was not a problem for me as I had earplugs, but I imagine that for some people that can be annoying.

The location was perfect for the sight seeing we wished to do and for bars and restaurants. The hotel was boutique style and so quite intimate. The air conditioning was good. There was a lift as well as stairs to get to our rooms. Airport taxis were able to stop outside.

We had two rooms for our group, one was quite small but did have a large shower room. This room was towards the front of the hotel and so a lot of street noise could be heard. The plugs in the wash basins didn't work.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Deluxe Double with City View'. Room - Clean, spacious, well-decorated and with a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we always slept well. Staying in a room that is part of an architecturally-beautiful renovated old building was very atmospheric. Breakfast - Available at the restaurant next door. There were numerous options available. Everything was very satisfying and well-presented. Service - Polite and courteous, prompt with dealing with questions/requests. Location - Very central and a short walk away from Monastiraki metro station.

Lights - A few of the lightbulbs were broken in our room, meaning the room was often quite dark.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of town, making clever use of the space and with beautiful wooden beams and ceilings. Our room was great. The staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast at the cafe next door was delicious and plentiful. A perfect base for sightseeing. Other reviewers have complained about the noise but with our windows shut and the air conditioning on, we were not disturbed at all and we were on the mezzanine so very close to street level. I recommend this hotel.

Our bed was a bit too soft but we managed to sleep well nevertheless!

This place was absolutely amazing - right in the heart of Athens and close to everything. I only had to get a taxi to and from the airport - everywhere else was walking distance. The beds were super plush and soft and very easy to fall asleep. I really enjoyed the art work in the halls and the history of the building. When I'm back next year (hopefully) I will be staying here again!

A beautiful building and well converted. I had a deluxe double room with a balcony and street view of the church opposite. The room was spacious and a large shower. Some fittings are starting to show their age but everything worked fine. The staff and extremely helpful and friendly.

The only negative is street noise which on a Saturday night is loud (music, shouting and traffic) the the balcony door closed and aircon on it was still audible.
