Comfortable, clean rooms in a location close to everything. I would stay here again if we return to Athens.

The place is very central, and very quite. Everything was sparkly clean. The details were really nice - complimentary bottle of wine, but even better the Martis - with their story. They were king enough to allow a later check out.

The reservation process was way more complicated than I expected - especially as I was traveling from further away and it was the last thing that I wanted. My online payment was not accepted twice, I was not sure if the reservation is on or not. I was required my phone number which the property should already have, I called one of their numbers and it was not functioning. It was really weird that I was asked my CVV details in a message. Honestly it made me think if this was a scam. Whatsoever, once I managed to call the property and arrived there things were better. The only explanation I could find was that the initial staff was either too tired to see all the details from the Booking messages or was new to ask this kind of things.

The place is in an excellent location. Really great! Right next to monastiraki station. You get there straight from the airport using the metro. The stuff has been great, very polite and they have helped us a lot in every question we had. A big thank you to Christos and Manolis for their support. We have been upgraded for free since their was availability. The room was beautiful. Our stay was short, we didn’t have the chance to use breakfast, but overall we couldn’t have chosen a better place.

Inside the shower there is no place to put the shower gel and shampoo while using them, but we managed :)

location is excellent, close to everything, room spacious and clean (adding a mirror, full length preferable - would be great) smart hotel is comfortable, staff extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast - not really a breakfast I expect in Greece... ingredients do not look fresh, very basic... I rather skip breakfast and pay less... better eat in one of the cafes/ restaurant at this great location. Hotel is not accessible - too many stairs till reaching the elevator, so if need of accessibility or traveling with heavy suitcases - it's a problem.

Great location near square and restaurants and the sights. Amazing view from breakfast room at top. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. Comfy bed. All we needed for a short stay in a small room with mod cons , Aircon fridge tea and hairdryer and shower all great. Large bed. Nice decor in lobby’s etc.

Had to carry my massive case up two flights to get to lift. Small room, but nicely done.

Everything very clean and I was getting provided with water and bottle of local Greece wine

The fact that I had to carry my 2 luggage to ground H to get to the first floor from -1 floor because the elevator is not programmed or overridden so it can not be used from floor -1 for a solo traveler female is very tough

The location is great, the room very clean and look good, the shower is large, and the water pressure is perfect. For the price and the location its great deal!!

Its more like, appartment billding that you go by your own. There is reception in sister hotel near by, you can also leave your luggage there. The side of the bed are bit small to reach. And there isn't all glass to the shawer, so the floor get bit wet. Even though i really recommended for stay in this place.

The location is perfect and the rooms were not big but clean and comfortable.

It would be perfect if they could do something about the elevator. Start at 0 instead of dragging up your suitcases some stairs to get to level H to get to level 1 or 2. Furthermore some better light at the staircase or white lining on the steps of the stairs . One of us almost fell down because she missed a step (too dark, couldn’t distinguish the steps). A railing would be handy too.

The most clean hotel at the most convinient spot! The personnel is amazing, while the room is spacious and modern. I enjoyed a lot the free coffee and wine inside the room. The view during breakfast is one of the kind! The breakfast's choices can cover all the tastes

It has lots of stairs and afterwards an elevator, making it approachable if you have mobility issues

We were absolutely satisfied. The location was perfect close to the Monastiraki Square and all other historical monuments and museums. Metro is very close, so it wasn't challenging to get to the accommodation from the station it was about 6-10 minutes by walk. Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. The room was very nice and clean, very modern like it was currently renovated. Big satisfaction and recommendation for other tourists :).
