The location was perfect!!! Breakfast was also very nice!! All the girls in the reception were Great!!!!!!!!

The only problem was that the room wasn't as clean as it has to be!!!

The location is perfect. Very central that all attractions can be reached by foot. Metro is just a minute walk from the hotel. The staff are wonderful specially ELENA. She’s very helpful, friendly and always cheerful. Also helps us with directions and suggested places to go. Room is basic, clean and bed is comfortable. We have everything we need. Free bottle of water everyday too! Very busy street as soon as you go out of the hotel as very central. Loads of cafe’s and restaurants and grocery store around.

Room is dated. Restaurant not in the same building.

It is located very near to Monastiraki metro station. About 03 mins walk. Due to this easy access to everything including acropolis, restaurants, shopping...etc. The breakfast was in a nearby restaurant with a set menu. Therefore the options were limited but acceptable. The AC in my room did not work properly and it was really hot. However as soon as I informed the reception, they immediately provided me with an alternate place near by. It didn't cause any inconvenience and the how prompt they acted has to be appreciated

Noise in the night due to the location. But this is a trade off against the advantages of being in the center.

The hotel is only a few minutes away from the main attractions in Athens by walk, making the location very pleasant. The rooms were spacious enough, clean, with pretty much all of the amenities one needs, and the staff were friendly.

The restaurant location of the breakfast is not close to the hotel as would usually be the case in many other hotels around the world, which was rather disappointing, as there was a restaurant exactly close by which guests frequently confuse it as being the breakfast spot of St. Bjur, and also soundproofing could be added since a lot of noise could be heard at night from the rooms.

The Monastiriki station is approx. 10 metres from the entrance. Main attractions are in walking distance and highly recommended to walk if you want to explore the city and not only see the touristic sites. My room was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet so had some good sleeps. Breakfast at the Brunchers was also good, the place is only 2 minutes from the hotel.

The mini fridge was quite loud but the noise stopped after 5-10 minutes and when I was asleep it did not bother me anymore.

Room was a good size, comfortable bed. Great breakfast included at the cafe around the corner. The bathroom was spacious, lovely hot shower. Handy to have a kettle and mini fridge in the room 2 mins from Monastiraki Metro Station and Square. Very easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. The little streets off Monastiraki square were very interesting to explore. Great bakeries and cafes nearby. Nice big safe in wardrobe for ipads. Having a lift was really good too.

Would have loved a comfy chair in the room instead of just a stool. After being on our feet all day it would have been great to relax in a comfy chair (probably reflects our ages 67 and 76 years old). Initially thought the area a bit sleazy as lots of closed up buildings and graffiti, but it was actually OK. Very noisy and light at night - need good ear plugs to block out traffic even with windows closed. Need an eye mask if you like to sleep in the dark - the fire exit sign above the door is bright and on all night. It wasn’t easy to see where the hotel was from across the street as it ‘s behind a bus shelter. The reception is tiny, but the staff are lovely.

The hotel is located in a very central area of Athens and on one of the main streets, so it is very easy to reach. It is 30-40 metres away from the metro and there is a bus stop on the street in front of it. It is also safer because it is on a busy street. The staff is very friendly, helpful and approachable. They helped us with everything during our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the beds are very very comfortable; we had a sound sleep during our holiday. The hotel was generally quiet during our stay; we did not experience any noise problem. Breakfast is served at The Brunchers, which they have an agreement with, located right near the hotel. There are 4 different options; all of them have rich and delicious content (eggs, bacon, cheese, pancakes and fruits etc.) and you have the choice of cold or hot drinks. This is a great convenience especially if you like to have an early and comprehensive breakfast; there is no need to go out and look for a place to have breakfast on the streets. In summary, it is an extremely advantageous option in terms of price/performance.

Excellent location across from Monastiraki square with metro exit next to hotel. Excellent size room l, plenty of space with small area hidden on wardrobe with tea/coffee facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, great location 2 mins walk away,with 10% discount of ordered from main menu.

We were on the first floor overlooking the main road which was quite noisy, so maybe if that is a problem then maybe request quieter room. Although breakfast was great and 2 min walk away the vegetarian choice was limited. Separate 'hotel' menu with 4 choices.

I will definitely come back to this place, because not many places have the combination of having a good place and friendly staff, for me even if the place does not exceed 100% my expectations but if the staff is super friendly and helpful then that goes above my expectations in terms of experience, and that is why I would like to thank you: Vicki, Eleonor & Penni, thank you for going extra mile and to ensure my stay here at St Bjur was memorable, you ladies are the best, friendly, attentive, great customer service, smiling , what more could I ask for! My room is comfortable with extra blankets, clean and comfy sheets, a coffee machine with coffee capsules from Illy Brand, milk, tea and even still water provided l, washroom was sparkling clean, location was the best thing about this place, close to everything, Acropolis museum, restaurants, bars, roof bars, shops, mall, hop and off bus to athens , Metro line, everything u need is just a tip off your fingers, locstion is safe and reliable, i highly recommend, not to mention the breakfast package was divine, really apppreciated !

Ava are the best (I hope I spell her name correctly). She is so friendly, make us feel so welcome every time we enter the hotel. Other staffs are also very helpful. Our room is very spaces, and quiet. The location of the hotel is the best. Easy access to all attractions, shopping, restaurant and bars. Monastiraki Metro station just a few steps away from the hotel. Location are safe at night too.

1. The bath room slightly too small. 2. The free breakfast is nice, but after eating a few days, you may choose to buy your own breakfast. 3. No lobby and the elevator is small.
