I liked the curtains at the beds and the small lights! The area was perfect: it was quite to sleep but just around the corner some nice bars, the staff was always really nice! The bathrooms were very clean as the dorm was. There was a woman nearly all day for cleaning.

The metal walls near the beds were loud when you accidentally bumb against them, the sheets and also the mattresses were loud when you were moving. The lockers underneath the beds were a bit inconvenient and way too loud in the night. In the bathroom were too few hooks or surfaces to hang or put bags / clothes / utensils. I really liked it there and I probably would come back to this hostel, but I really would have liked a kitchen, especially if I would have stayed longer.

Perfect location, close to everything you might need during the stay. There were quite a few shops down the road, and lot of very nice restaurants, cafe and bars nearby. As a solo female, never felt uncomfortable in the area, and the staff was just amazing (they were super friendly and available, and allowed me to leave my bags for more than half a day while i was out exploring the city) Loved the lockers in the room - big enough to fit big bags - but bring your own lock for them. Great place for the price and location.

A bit noisy in the evening, but was in one of the indoor rooms facing the shared area. Otherwise everything else was good.

It is situated in the centre of places of interests. It is very clean. It is warm. Hostel personnel are very helpful and kind.

There is no kitchen to use as stated in the hostel advert, which hostels usually have this facility, that’s why it is called hostel. The door lock card system makes opening and closing of door noisily loud as it sounds like a bang each time it opens and closes. Because it’s strategically situated right in the city centre where the touristic hub is, it is noisy at night with the hostel windows and doors not being soundproof.

Its a clean, fresh hostel, great common areas downstairs and rooftop. Location is great, less than 5 min walk from main square Monastiraki. Rooms are clean, mine had a balcony which i greatly enjoyed. Mattress is comfortable, the bathrooms and showers are clean. All the staff i met were great

The bunk beds and underbed lockers are made of thin metal material and they make noise anytime a single thing touches them. For example if your charger’s wire accidentally touches that wall, it will be very loud. And the bed is actually surrounded by that metal from 3 sides. The locker was made of the same material. I was shy to open my locker after 11pm, because i would definitely wake up roommates. Really, those things could be made out of wood or even plastic and be leased noisy.

A great base to see Athens! Well-located in Monastiraki and with a nice bar/restaurant space adjacent to the entrance. Staff were friendly on arrival, even though it was the early hours, and showed me to the room. The 8-bed rooms are as spacious as I’ve ever seen in a hostel, as are the gender-neutral bathroom spaces on each floor. The bed was comfortable with a good curtain. The room and bathrooms were spotless - the shower cubicles had helpful shelving and the shower drained quickly.

Perfect location - absolute centre of Athens. Super clean, awesome reception and dining space, couches and amenities. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and all in good working condition. Some hostels are a bit "worn in"... But this one is super nice.

The beds frame and walls are steel so they do make loud noise when struck. During the night if someone tosses or turns you might hear it. But this is just me being nit-picky. ;)

A really great hostel in Athens! I’d happily stay again and recommend to anybody. The 6 bed female dorm was spacious; easily the most floor space I’ve had I a dorm room before. People were able to sort their bags easily without getting in the way of their roommates. Large lockers can be found under each bed to store belongings and bags. The bed was comfortable, I really valued the thick blackout curtain for privacy. The bathroom and shower facilities were amazing!! They were ALWAYS clean and tidy, and I never had to queue. I wish more hostel bathrooms were like this! The hostel is centrally located with loads of great restaurants and sites in walking distance. The metro line connecting you directly to the airport is also only 5 minutes away.

Small gripes: -The bunk beds are metal, so can be a bit creaky if you’re rolling over in the night/getting out of bed etc. -Outside of the pub crawl there are no organised events, so it can be a bit harder to socialise and meet people if you’re not a drinker/do not attend. More activities as a group would be awesome. -So nice that youre given drink voucher upon check in but the options are very limited. It would have been nice to redeem it against a soft drink or coffee instead of just tea/wine.

1. Spotlessly clean especially the toilets were up there with the best I’ve ever had in hostels 2. Staff were pleasant efficient and pro active 3. Location was the best ever near and walking distance to literally everywhere 4. Loved the reception area and lobby it was a nice chill out spot

The metal lockers and side of the beds make a lot of noise at the slightest turn so it’s not very ergonomic. They just introduced a pub crawl the day before I was leaving and it started on the day I left so am gutted to have missed it. Maybe the hostel can organise some social and get together activities with guests at the hostel.

The staff were really nice. They gave good recommendations of places to go and the order of which places to see. Also, when I returned to Athens another day, outside of the days I stayed at the hostel, they allowed me to leave my suitcases there. Dimitri even let me use the microwave to heat up take out food, gave me a plate and utensils, and gave me bread and prepared a salad for me! Lila looked up the train schedule to get to the airport. Everyone was very helpful! Additionally, I loved the privacy curtains and outlets at every bed. The curtain offered privacy and blocked off the light if someone came in later.

This was not a big issue, but there were 2 liquid soap dispensers for all the showers. I was always able to get one because people shower at different times, but it would be better if each shower had a soap dispenser. Also, in the sink area, it would have been nice to have paper towels, instead of having to grab toilet paper to dry your hands or carry your towel with you.

Very clean and modern hostel, bathrooms are exceptional! Located right near the main square and Monastiraki station which was also fantastic.

The bunks are super high, which can be an issue if you’re on the top. I had to go up and down a lot to retrieve my things as you can reach the bunk bed from the floor. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, the pillow isn’t much and you only get a sheet unless you ask for a blanket. The last night of my stay there was a street concert outside which was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep. There were also two other travellers that checked into my room, one at 12:30am and another at 1:30am which was disruptive.
